Ridiculous had staff entered my room multiple times without permission, you have to pay £96 if you leave your key in your room and are locked out, lost my whole deposit because my mattress was ‘soiled’ despite me using a mattress protector and I kept the whole whole studio clean. Was charged a cleaning fee despite me cleaning it when I left yet was still charged a cleaning fee. Not sure what more I could have done. Don’t recommend!!

Really nice facilities and the staff and teachers are all very helpful and friendly.
I have enjoyed my time at NTU so far. The society options are great and there are many places on the campus for you to work and have fun.
Great social life, however the warden management team is terrible, accused me of something I didn’t do and didn’t have any CCTV footage to prove it was me. Mistook me for another Asian guy that doesn’t look like me.

The campus and building is very nice, although some of the staff do not bother to reply to emails including myself and many of my peers. Facilities are great and the town is very nice too

Staff helpful and always willing to explain if you are having difficulties, Library accommodating and resourceful. Lecture theatres have tons of room at the front. Time table a bit difficult to maintain punctuality if sessions are all over the campus (Nice shortcut via Bible Walk). Online systems are occasionally glitchy especially the log-in to additional library resources and the attendance app. Overall very good Hope this helps, a book reading, tv watching, hermit criminologist

Never been. Lecturers take no interest in helping us further, especially under the circumstances and I don't believe anybody has done anything to keep us engaged during the pandemic where it is possible.

NTU is amazing. the library is brilliantly stocked and very good on interlibrary loans, lectures have been incredibly helpful through both BA + MA, theyre really accommodating if you have special circumstances. if youre looking at the midlands go here its class

Wonderful university. Staff are so welcoming and the course is brilliant. Even though covid has diminished the first university experience, it has been a brilliant year nonetheless.

As it has been covid 19 I have been unable to experience some aspects of uni but the ones I have experienced have been good so far
Spent half of my year feeling unwelcome here so I can't really say I've got any frame of reference, although I will say that numerous visits or passing by the main campus have resulted in receiving numerous unpleasant encounters with other students in groups who keep trying to antagonise me for no particular reason other than.... funny?

Debbie is our favourite manager that takes care of this place and supports students with any encountered issues. It’s my third year as I can’t imagine a better person place to live at.
Great university to go to with lots to do
An amazing university. You can tell they really care about student wellbeing. The university also has great facilities and is right in the city centre, so everything is easily accessible.

NTU is a great university, and their staff have always got their students best interests at heart. I'm doing a TV Production course, and the facilities are exceptional. The opportunities that are available outside of uni, that have been given to us by our tutors (excluding during COVID) are always fantastic, and interesting, and I am looking forward to my second year on the course.

Due to Covid I haven’t been able to fully utilise the university facilities and as Internet in my accommodation and other are not the best (glide) it’s made university harder than it needs be

NTU is a great university to fuel the start of any career. The approach of lectures, seminars and even Grand Challenge when you’re taking engineering gives you the opportunity to transition from the great deals of theories and ideas in your mind to an actual application phase where you gets your hand dirty. I also commend their facilities, they are just what you ask for and just as you wish for:)

It is realllllly good experience.
Great first year. All my course lecturers made the content engaging and interesting so it was easy understand, which meant completing assignments etc also was calm. Class range of societies and facilities on both campuses; with great student reps on hand to help you get around, or just give good general advice

The student union could have more club rooms
The careers service is really good. Resources that are provided by NTU are very useful even after you graduate

Its alright, but due to covid, the whole student experience and academics are spoiled

Great university even though covid-19 has happened this year I've still had a great year at the uni and wouldn't have wanted to go to any other.

Best location for NTU student. Really friendly staff and they are always willing to help. Communal areas are always clean and tidy. Would recommend to other students.
NTU is a great university that offers lots of opportunities in the UK and Internationally. They provide a lot of support for study and career. I enjoyed my time at NTU
Very good and excellent university
I really love my experience at NTU! There are plenty of different available facilities to choose from! The Societies are all lovely but they are still people so, it was nice but also times where I found some hard to fit in...the Student Union are also very lovely people but I haven't really talk so them often nor used the careers service yet but I'm gonna give them full anyways. The internet actually works great on campus so I don't have to worry if I can't use my own mobile data! Overall a really good experience so far and still more to come!

Great place for study with pristine modern facilities
Good housing close to uni, packages are delt with well and rooms are a good size

If you’re looking for a beautiful campus environment, City campus of ntu is not your choice. Well, luckily we still got Clifton campus

Friendly learning environment, experienced tutors, good projects to practice.
i love this university, my tutor is very nice, the park campus is very amazing that soo many animals live here.
Clarendon street The reception is very friendly, the apartment management is very perfect, and the cleaning every two weeks is very good
Me being a chemistry student the science campus(clifton) is well accommodated to provide students with the essential skills, knowledge and experience for their future.
I think that the university is amazing. During this pandemic, we didn’t really get to go on campus much. But the university have really helped us during these times.
This apartment has a good reception, the staff is very warm, and the room service is very good

Great university, as an art student - the city campus has many rooms and places catered for your learning experience and materials to help you on all kinds of projects. And if you can't find what you're looking for on the spot, staff have been really helpful in going out there way to find out more than one possible solution. There are amazing cafes close by with delicious foods to help yourself to using your uni card's credit and comfy spots to hang with friends. Beautiful parks closeby to hang as well and if you ever need that outdoor space for a break. NTU also offers many events and clubs that are always a great opportunity to meet and make new friends, or just deepen your connection with friends you've already made. NTU has made me feel valued as a student and offered a lot for my social experience :)

Really great university with lots of facilities catered to students. As an art student I enjoyed the printing facilties in waverly and at the print shop as well as the range of content at the library
Good support for an estranged student like myself!
People travel to Nottingham to experience the Trent life as it is so good. Everyone in the uni will drop everything to help you but teach you to the best of their knowledge. All tutors cover every aspect of your course with experience backing it up
