The Waterways Biography
The Waterways is brand-new and perfectly situated within easy reach of both Nottingham Trent University and the University of Nottingham. When wanting to get out and about, The Waterways is just a ten-minute walk to NTU and less than ten minutes into the city centre where there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops to enjoy.
If residents are looking to meet their neighbours, they can attend one of the residents’ events or hang out in the cinema room, communal bar, games room, and social space. For added convenience, there is a fitness suite, meeting room, and study area to make use of. Residents can take advantage of the handy Wi-Fi, all-inclusive bills, laundry facilities and cycle storage. To ensure residents are well looked after and supported during their stay, there is a friendly on-site residents team.
The Waterways provides students with modern and purpose-built en suite rooms and private studios. Opt for an en suite room and enjoy communal living with a shared kitchen and living space. Alternatively, if you prefer more privacy, you can choose to stay in a self-contained studio where you have everything to yourself.

Very good accommodation especially with the cash back nicely designed and in a decent area to go to the different things in Nottingham
Great place to be in, the management is great. I do believe for shared rooms there could be cleaning staff arranged since students dont clean well, which is also causing fights between students.

I am impressed with the accommodation as it definitely worth the money with all they provide and mini events they provide.
