They don't help you when you have dirty a** flatmates that affect your eating and mental health.
In all honesty, the university is accepting, friendly and helpful. As it is the only one I attend or have attended I havent got anything to compare to, but in my experience NTU is a good university.

Campus has pretty much everything you might need - and SU still do events at the campuses further out of the city despite them being quieter. Library is kind of small for the size of the uni and often very busy but there are still plenty of other places to study in. Loads of societies and lots of social events.

The uni is actually very good in that it has everything set up for you, there’s so many spaces to do work, i’m not in a society personally but i always see the society’s out on nights out and they’re always pushing the careers website for us.

This university has so much to offer for students and there are so many opportunities to get involved with - there really is something for everyone.
Studying at Trent is great. The humanities department are wonderful and caring. All the resources don’t just fall in your lap, you have to reach out - you can have free English and maths tuition from the library, you can have free career advice any time, even after you graduate and much more. The city is awesome, even if you live on Clifton campus, there are plenty of buses to get in etc.

A great city based University! It has all modern facilities for everything you need from studying, sport, and leisure. The university as a whole has a great community of students and staff who all support one another.

It’s great. Helpful staff, friendly students and a beautiful campus.
I have received so much support from the university. When my flatmate passed away they scheduled me in to talk to the bereavement team that week and the welfare officers came to visit at my accommodation which was so really nice.

NTU exceeded my expectations. It's a very student friendly university, covering all kinds of studying fields and supporting the students in all aspects of life: mental, physical, financial,.. etc. I'm really enjoying my course and I made a lot of friends. I really love it here to the point that I don't want to graduate
It is great to hear of your love for NTU! We pride ourselves on providing tailored, useful support to our students, whether it’s physical, emotional, spiritual, financial, or academic. You will always be part of our NTU Alumni community!
NTU is a very very social university so it’s impossible to not make friends. I am apart of multiple societies including makeup and hula hooping which hold social events. I also work for the student union in the on site cafe which provides flexible shifts to fit around lectures and brilliant pay.

NTU offers great support for students. There are great facilities for student life.
Brackenhurst campus is a great place to call home and study at. Perfectly placed in the countryside but with a close village and bus route to the city. The proximity to the natural environment is perfect for courses studied here

It is great to hear you love our Brackenhurst campus as much as we do and everything it has to offer from a working farm and a wildlife haven, it is fully equipped with outstanding facilities including our animal unit, food laboratory and more. Brackenhurst Campus is an amazing community. It’s a truly special slice of the natural world with a thriving learning community all just a short bus ride away from the hustle and bustle of the city and we are so glad to hear you agree!

overall a good experience despite a year online, enjoyed my time here mainly and love the facilities on campus
Studying in a satellite campus can sometimes be challenging, because despite the fact that it is in located in a lovely place with plenty space to get hands-on related courses experiences, getting groceries and eating/going out to the city becomes a bit daunting. Although we do have a shop and 2 cafes, they close quite early and during the weekends.

the best decision to study at Nottingham Trent university. They care about their students and international students are well taken care of. Courses are well designed and you will definitely leave with a few skills after the course. You would be ready to transition into the industry.

NTU is a very modern uni with great campuses based in easily accessible areas. The city is thriving with students, helping you feel at home. The social side of the university is one of the best in the country, with a large number of bars and clubs packed into a smaller city centre when compared with other universities. The library can sometimes be hard to find a seat in, but there are solutions such as laptop hires for you to work at home on.

NTU as an university is great, very well organised. There are lots of societies, I am in 3 and none of them plan any activities so that is not so fortunate. If you don't live with others (for example private flat/studio) it can be lonely.

My overall experience has been very positive. The lecturers are always there to support you and are easily accessible. The campus is amazing and has everything you may need.

I haven’t been clubbing much so I can’t comment on that but the SU isn’t bad. They weekly crafternoon sessions which I wish was more popular. The career service does support you but for me it’s too early on in the course so I haven’t used it much.

It has been a very pleasant experience studying at NTU so far. It may not be the most prestigious uni but it’s fun and warm and welcoming.
I have loved studying at NTU and I feel as though I have made the most of my time here. I would say my course content needs to be revised in order to avoid repetitiveness between the years. I would also say student support services needs to be more accessible for those with mental health and personal struggles.

NTU has an amazing campus. I study in the business school, which is modern with lots of independent study space. The library is also great.

Clifton campus has an amazing atmosphere however I believe there needs to be some work done in regards to student support services.

The NTU campus boasts stunning landscapes and is one of the best. The labs and library are accessible almost 24/7, which is an added advantage. Additionally, the virtual labs are a great feature. The cafeteria offers decent food options at reasonable prices.
