The accommodation is really expensive—likely the most expensive among all the student options in nottingham. However, the facilities are new and modern, as it's a recently opened building and the staff here are excellent. The night shift staff, Nader, Lee, and Sam, consistently provide outstanding service, and Chris, the maintenance technician, is fantastic at resolving any issues quickly and professionally. The accommodation also includes cleaning services, which adds to the overall convenience. Despite the high cost, I believe it's a good place to stay overall. In terms of social experience, it's generally positive, though it would be even better if there were a greater diversity of nationalities represented on the same cluster.

the services provided are amazing for the price. when i describe it to people they joke and say im describing a hotel room not student accommodation. great value for money, cleaning is included and you get your own TV aswell! Since the first day I came to and checked in the Triumph House, the manager and employees here have already gave me an unforgettable impression. They are all very friendly, kind and warm-welcomed to offer any help. The Madame chief manager (Her name is Lucie) is so wholeheartedly supportive and grateful for students who live in the property. I have been living here for almost a month, the property is becoming my home in the UK.

I have loved staying at Triumph House, it is by far the best student accommodation that I have stayed at. My flat has been very friendly and clean as the cleaners come very often. The facilities are the best that I have seen in any accom and my room is really nice with furniture that looks good and is generously sized. I have greatly enjoyed my stay here!

I have felt very welcomed and settled almost immediately after moving into triumph house. It seems that time has been spent to give all areas of the building a calming atmosphere. The facilities are brilliant. Staff are always helpful and friendly - most notably Lucy who cleans my flat and Katie at reception. My only real problems with the accom is the lack of ventilation in the kitchen that leads to continual fire alarms as well as the lack of community. Although the latter is likely due to the large proportion of students living here who do not speak English and therefore StudyInn are not to blame.

This is my second year at Triumph House, and it’s honestly the best student accommodation in Nottingham. I feel so comfortable in Triumph House, and it has everything. Moved in end of September and it has been nothing but pleasure staying here, very comfortable accommodation with everything you could need there. Including your own lockable fridge cupboard, washers, dryers and gym. Sociable place, would recommend to everyone.

I moved into Study inn Triumph house this september and it has been amazing staying here. They have a lot of amentities like pool tables, gym and spa meaning you don’t really need to leave to enjoy yourself, which also saves a lot of money. They do amazing events fairly frequently with fun activities, free food, DJ etc. The rooms come with everything you could need, iron, hair dryer, pots and pans etc. the housekeeping is great, the kitchens get cleaned every day making it a nice clean space to cook and enjoy. Every student gets their own lockable cupboard and fridge which is absolutely amazing not having to worry about other people taking your stuff. The management is also great if there are any issues they are always available to speak and help out. Love this place and recommend to anyone considering staying here.

It’s good but kitchen and rooms get really hot and the windows don’t open much

Unfortunately we have to install window restrictors to our building due to regulations in place, however if you speak with your Centre Manager on site, I'm sure they'd be able to help you try and cool the room down with alternative methods.
Tiny but tidy.Hot water supply is sufficient.Beding items would be replaced twice a week. Several other functional tools are provided here. It would be pleasant to stay in Triumph House for one year.【I enjoyed myself in the party held last week BTW】

I live in Triumph house for almost 2 weeks. The atmosphere here is very pleasant, it's very close to the school, and it's also very safe. The staff here are all very friendly, and there is regular cleaning service. Living here, I feel very comfortable.

This is a great accommodation, and really close to jubilee in Nottingham. While I really like the fact that there’s a piano provided for me to practice, also the table ball bring me a lot of fun.

It's been a really nice space for me with a good amount of room. It's a bit hot, and opening the window doesn't help much, but I suppose I can't hold that against anyone! All of the amenities work quite well and the cleaning takes very little time!

Great place to stay, love the location, and staff are super friendly! It’s like a hotel, so nice compared to the other accommodations in the same area and definitely worth paying extra for. In terms of improvements, the gym area is a bit hot so maybe air con would make it better. Also would be good if the cooker turn-off timer was every 10mins instead of 5mins. The welcome party was great fun (and the DJ was really good as well!) - more social events would be nice as it’s hard to meet new people since our keycards only work in our corridors.

The biggest issue with this accomodation is the ventilation situation. The windows in the rooms open a small crack that's not enough to cool off from summer heat or for air-drying clothes or for letting the smell of food out in the suites. Same issue for shared kitchens; they won't open the slightest bit and it gets hot VERY fast. Can't open the door of the kitchen either, because the fire alarm goes crazy. They tried to install some panels for this, but they did it wrong and they do nothing. Ground floor where the gym is REEKS of armpit because the big floor-to-ceiling windows don't open, there's no ventilation, so the smelly sweat stinks up the place. Which is awful because that's where most of the common spaces are as well as the lanudry room. There's big windows in the gym area, and it's on a ground floor, so the fact that they can't be opened is baffling. Hope they fix this for the 2024 bunch, because us who got the building brand-new got a rough trial-and-error phase.
We are very sorry to hear of these issues. Unforutnately due to building regulations we have to install window restrictors to all of our bedrooms in all of our centres. We installed air conditioning to our gym area a while ago due to feedback from our guests and we are confident this is now an enjoyable experience for all. We always listen to our students and try and make changes based on feedback albeit some improvements take longer than others. The sauna looks great, right? Well, it sure is if you have a spare 45 mins to wait for it to get to temperature. But do not worry, you don't actually need a sauna since the whole building was designed to be one! Not a single window was installed anywhere, especially not in 4th-floor kitchens. This makes for a hellish living experience where a shower is essential after sweating your balls off trying to cook dinner. The best part is it's only May! Any complaint mentioned to staff will go completely unanswered. Yes, that's right, 7 months of complaining will result in no action whatsoever. So if you're looking for a leaky shower, desk lights that don't turn on, radiators whose primary purpose is to look aesthetic and staff that will tell you to turn any music down in your own flat after 8 pm - this is the accommodation for you! Plus the student atmosphere is something you absolutely can afford to miss - there was more life at my grandmother's funeral.
We are extremely sorry to hear of these issues last year and apologise for the delayed response. We have since carried out works to resolve these. Great place for the price and the location. It is right beside a number of bus stops that go right to the city center, and even next to the uni bus route. It is also close to the cinema and a nice pub. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The sauna/ steam room is nice to use to decompress after a long day and with room service once a fortnight, you feel a bit like royalty.

Didn’t seem ready to be moved into, over 15 maintenance issues in one room, most took over a day to resolve including a large plank or wood with wires hanging above my bed. Staff seem unprepared and unprofessional e.g, sleeping at desk, management fail to enforce policies such as drug use in the building etc. overpriced and unprepared sums it up.

In the first month of loving here, it was a bad experience for me. Because I have an electronic issue in my room but it was been resolved 1 month later after I reported it to the reception and staff. However, after the electronic problem had been solved, I always feel safe and warm living here and quite enjoy the atmosphere since everyone is friendly and nice to each other.

Amazing manager and people at reception, so friendly and look after us well. The social area is a great place to hang out with friends play table tennis and the gym facility is really good.
