I've lived at The frontage for 2 years now. It's well located, right in the city centre and has a great team. The rooms are spacious and there is alot of communal areas to study and socialise. Highly recommend!

I've lived at the frontage hello student for a year. It's an excellent accommodation and during my whole year never ran into a problem with maintenance or inconvenience. Excellent facilities such as the gym and cinema. The staff are always friendly and extremely helpful.

This is the best accommodation I’ve stayed at in Nottingham. It actually organises all kinds of events for residents throughout the year. The staff is super friendly and really helps with any problems. Everything in the rooms is new and working and design of the room is very aesthetic. Loved it there and very sad to be leaving!

I have stayed in The Frontage for 2 years now and I have nothing but good things to say about this accommodation. Location is great (right at the heart of the city), staff are nice and helpful, common room is nice. However, it is quite costly compared to other options.

Good. But window is not soundproof. Too noisy on weekends. Pool table needs to be replace.

Location makes student life very active and convenient, however living space is definitely much smaller than anticipated or worth the money. Staff are nice though I wish there were more social activities to have neighbours interact with one another rather than sticking to cliques.

Very good people. All helpfull. I would like to address the fact that the people work in the night shift did not seem to be interested protecting us ( except Scott). I would like them to be more active during their shift (there were scenarios were there were strangers inside the building and they did not carry out any action to take them out)

The location was the main reason I chose to stay in the Frontage but the social spaces like the cinema room made my stay here more pleasant.

The heater has not been working and i have been freezing in my room. The frontage takes a long time to bring maintenance and im feeling very sick. The weather outside is also very cold which makes the issue worse.

My experience with frontage has been full of faults. The heaters are currently not working in my apartment. It’s in the end of December and this has been a huge issue since the weather is extremely cold outside. They also take a long time to bring maintenance to fix their equipment. I’ve had a really good experience living in the accommodation. The people have always been friendly, I’ve been assisted with every matter I’ve ever had, the social spaces are warm and comforting to be in and the people have been great to converse and spend time with. This is a great accommodation and I would highly recommend to anyone. You get what you pay for and I have met some great people here. The staff here are so friendly and accommodating, all together it feels like a home away from home.
What a fantastic review! We are over the moon that you're having the best experience with us at our Frontage property and pleased to hear that we have achieved our aim of making it your home away from home.
A ferrari, looks good, yet is unreliable and generally not satisfying once enough time passes... Paid a large amount to be here, expected a good room with decent living standards. Came to discover a pillar dead center in my room to which i was not told of at all when picking my room (I do not consider a pillar to be an accommodation feature). The laundry facility was a grandiose total of 3 washers and 3 driers generously accommodating more than a hundred people... The bathroom feels like a prison and is worse than a standard university accommodation bathroom that I had last year which is genuinely embarrassing to think of. Fire alarms have become my occasional bullet to the ankle as I wake up in the middle of the night due to someone smoking. And one elevator which >100 people use and 2 extra elevators in some awkward back corner of the accommodation building is a new low here.

DO NOT stay in this accommodation. If you look at the pictures of the rooms and its location, it may be very tempting to book your room here. However, the management does not prioritise residents, instead they only prioritise their financial income. Here are the main problems with this place: 1. There has been no hot shower water for the past month, yet it is still not fixed nor compensated for despite complaints. 2. The elevators are constantly broken and instead of opting to purchase an upgrade, they would often hire incompetent contractors to attempt to fix it resulting it breaking again after a few months. 3. The new manager this year is extremely rude and refuses to acknowledge any concerns the residents raise. 4. False fire alarms are constantly going off. All in all, please do not stay in this accommodation especially when it charges 200+ per week.
Thanks for providing this feedback. We’re sorry to hear things haven’t quite been to the level we strive to achieve. 1) We did have issues with our boilers for 3 weeks however this is now resolved. The delay was due to external contractors waiting for parts to a boiler. 2) Our elevators are an original fixture of the building, we can understand that there may be issues with them due to their age . There are 2 lifts available on site and we endeavour to ensure at least one of these is always in working order. 3) Our manager takes every resident’s concerns seriously and works hard to try and get any issues resolved, if any issues could be highlighted we would be happy to address these. 4) Fire alarm testing is conducted every Wednesday at 3pm to ensure everything is in proper working order. Any other activations are mainly caused by residents cooking which are thoroughly investigated and logged for every resident’s safety. The fire alarms must go off even if they are false to ensure the safety of all those who reside with us.
