The size of the apartments vary from 6 to 11 students. Normally, more 1st year students stay in the apartments but every year is different. As Talbot Street building is located in the city centre of Nottingham, most of the students staying in this building are NTU students.

For those who study in Jubilee Campus, it’s just 10min bus + 5min walk only. To Nottingham Trent, 3min walk will do. What I love the most is there’s grand piano & wonderful gym facilities to entertain ourselves! For the premium price we pay, we get al the kitchenware needed and daily kitchen cleaning service too. Wonderful!

Hi, this is Chai CAHYANI ! This is my third year of staying at the Study Inn Talbot St. I like all of staff in the accommodation. The concierge team: Shayne, John, Emmanuel, and Liaquat, are responsive to our requests. They are friendly, helpful, and readily solve any issues during out of office hours. They are highly responsive to any urgent matters we share by phone calls and chats too. The managers: Agnieszka & Magda are very attentive to the tenants’ comfort. They put their best effort to make us enjoy our stay at Study Inn and always make sure we participate in the events at the accommodation. The cleaners: Mira and Anna are amazing. Mira cleans my room in a good standard; I am happy when it comes to the two weekly cleaning day, because my room becomes super clean when I arrive home in the evening. Anna cleans the common space very early starting 7 AM, so the study rooms & the piano area become clean & very convenient. Lastly, I love the grand piano :D Thank you, Study Inn

Super nice facility, great amenities and the room is perfect, I have a great view and it’s super close to city campus. I am glad to have finally found a nice accommodation in Nottingham. The location is perfect in the middle of the city. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. I feel safe to live here. The facilities especially room service, common area and gym are really nice. It’s almost like I’m living at the hotel. I really want to thank our cleaners Sonia and Charlotte for an amazing job they were doing everyday in the kitchen and in my room. Everything was super clean and neat, they are also really welcoming and nice people to talk to. Our kitchen was a mess everyday because people didn’t clean after themselves and Charlotte cleaned it everyday of the week which was really helpful. Sonia is such a professional as well. Every two weeks my room after her work was like at the hotel with clean bed sheets and towel.

The cleaning was really good especially the kitchen from Charlotte. The receptionist are nice and it’s a value for money. Though I did have an issue with my wifi the security could be improved.

I really like the Grand Piano, because I can play it in my free time. The piano has been well maintained & cleaned regularly, so all piano parts function well. I enjoy the gym, mainly the treadmill & dumbbells. The laundry facility is easy to use & affordable. I greatly appreciate the cleaning service performance; the staff who cleans my room is Mira most of the time. It's my 3rd year staying at the Study Inn, but I change room numbers/floors every year. Mira has always been the staff responsible for my room cleaning in those 3 yrs. I feel happy when I arrive home & my room is just cleaned; the room becomes comfortable after the mess I've made. I love the sheets, duvet, and towels changed 2 weekly. The managers, Agnieska & Magda, are very responsive. I requested new cooking utensils because the old ones have so many scratches, maybe due to previous users, and they changed them. The stairs from the front door need to be changed because it's difficult to bring luggages to the lobby.

Have been living here at Study Inn Talbot Street Nottingham for a few months now, and it’s been a great experience so far. Pros: + Very central location, with great transport links to both UoN and NTU, with NTU City Campus in particular only around 5mins’ walk. + Everyone in the staff are great and amazingly helpful. Big shoutout to centre manager Agnieszka and everyone on the staff. + Housekeeping staff is brilliant, rooms are cleaned every two weeks and always spotless. + Nice common area for events and studying, with meeting rooms, pool tables, even a gym and sauna all included. + Impeccable internet connection. Cons: - The nightclub Rock City is *very* close by, which is good for partiers but not for everyone else. Surrounding area can get pretty noisy. - Some will find the rent to be overpriced for what it offers. - The rooms can become swelteringly hot in the summer as the window only opens a crack. Overall, I have really enjoyed living here so far and would recommend it.

Actually i liked staying in this accommodation and even the staff that they work there they are friendly specially john he is more like a friend to be honest and the environment that you get from the place just feels like home

I don’t see the need to close the social area at 12, the need to have the card in the door slot is annoying and power turns off too fast when removed. Gym could do with some more equipment, other than these small remedial issues the study inn is most likely the best accommodation available in Nottingham.

Great cleaning services and the perfect location. The reception and management staff are lovely. I love the size of my bed and the storage spaces, although my favourite part of my room is the shower, its so relaxing!!

The accommodation was really nice and staff were helpful. Especially Muskaan who helped when situations arose - she was very helpful and got it sorted. The accommodation is nice it’s just up to the students themselves if they want it to remain that way. Good value for money - you get what you pay for.

Overal nice however you’ll hear a never ending SLAMMING of door throughout the entries day and night as well. Additionally my room is right next to a tree and these birds wake me up every morning at 4am and no one can do anything about it👍🏻. Then the walls are very thin and I can almost hear my neighbours convo thru the wall. Then the electricity for cooking turns off every 5 minutes which is annoying as well. Oh and I don’t know who thought it was a good idea to put movement sensors for the lights in a 3x5 studio??? One move while I’m laying in bed and the entire room is lit up again so annoying. Every night I lay in my bed waiting for the lights to turn off so I can sleep, and then to be woken up by those loud a** birds at 4 am. Also the room is very small for what you pay. However the staff is really nice and the common room and facilities are really nice. I also like that they have a cleaning service and spa. 👍🏻

I have been staying at this accommodation for the past academic year. Since my arrival the staff has been friendly, from the cleaning ladies to the management. This accommodation provides a range of different room styles and facilities including a spa, gym and theater.

The best accommodation in the town and the only problem is to get my friends to my flat in the night because the staff doesn’t allow more than one guest. I think this should be changed.

My experience in past 2 years at study inn has been great and I will choose it for the next year as well!! I’ve stayed in student accommodations in london and Manchester but till not study inn at Nottingham has offered the best service! Love this accommodation. Joanna and Agnes are really nice people and undergrad was easier with help of study inn.

I’ve had a good experience at study inn. If i have to name any complaints, one is the time it takes for appliances to be repaired, also the use of sensors for lights in a small area means lights are constantly turning on and off when you don’t want them to. The social area is good but you can hear a lot of noise from the study rooms and the “cinema room”isn’t closed off so nobody uses it. Apart from that, study inn is great compared to other student accommodation if the high price isn’t an issue for you.

Such an amazing accommodation . In a perfect location, next to the University and night life. Reception team are great and i’d like to thank Joanna and Agneshka for being so lovely and welcoming. Cannot reccomend Study inn more! the staff are all absolutely lovely and will always go out of their way to help you 24/7 just to make your experience just that little bit better! room cleaners are very professional, makes you feel most at ease as they clean your space, and they always do a great job! Gym is great, always good to have a bit of a work out! you pay more than the average student accomodation, but you get so much more than the norm! closest thing to a gripe would be the occasional spotty wifi at peak times, but this is remedied with an ethernet cable! If I am in nottingham next year for my placement year, I may well have to come back here! Thanks!

The facilities here are good, although I’ve had problems with the flushing systems and heating doesn’t work, I’ve reported it and they keep telling me that they’ll get someone tomorrow but no one has come to even view the issues let alone fix it. Very bad standards by the Study Inn staff

I moved into study inn in september 2020, I couldn’t ask for a better experience.The facilities are amazing and not like any other student accommodation. The cleaners do an outstanding job as well. All of the staff are extremely friendly and any problem or issue, they will go out their way to fix it for you especially Agnieska and Joanna.

Reception staff are great, very helpful and friendly. Cleaning is amazing as well. Overall, all staff on site are wonderful! However, never had a chance to use the spa and management refused to return money for this service. Thus, very bad communication through emails with admins and student experience manager as the problems students facing are ignored.
