Great experience in Southampton University
University of Southampton has been a great place to exceed my learning and to receive my degree. I can fully support that the university is very supportive of our learning and will go above and beyond to meet our needs as students with many different backgrounds. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time being at university and it’s where I truly found who I am and the sort of person I would like to be.

It is a great experience studying in the University of Southampton.
The campus ranges from newer buildings with very nice lecture halls to older ones which many dislike. The campus is very spread out with green spaces breaking up the buildings which look very attractive. There are very good social spaces as well as areas for quiet study.
The environment here are good for us to study and the library is good too.
I have been at this university for 4 years and have loved every minute of it. It is a lovely city with a great student crowd. The University offers many opportunities and its clubs and societies are certainly a highlight of my experience.

Since I come to the University of Southampton, I feel very good. Although I come here only 2 months, the various clubs make me feel fascinated and the campus is large and filled with beautiful trees. The internet is very convenient and I can search many sources by entering the University of Southampton. I am proud of being a student of this school.
It is a really excellent university, in this university, we can get the greatest education because of the knowledgeable tutor and professors.

The service here is very good. The staff at the information center are also very kind, and there is good customer service and timely resolution of problems. Close to the university, public places will be cleaned regularly. Organize social events from time to time.

The accommodation hosts regular social events and activities, creating opportunities for residents to connect and form friendships. These events not only made my stay more enjoyable but also provided a supportive network of fellow students. Lastly, I want to highlight the exceptional customer service provided by the management team at Cumberlan Place. They were responsive, efficient, and genuinely cared about the well-being of their residents. Any maintenance issues were promptly addressed, ensuring a comfortable and stress-free living experience.
Good Uni, reliable lecturers and clean campuses. Good transportation routes to and from London, as well.
All campuses are beautiful and provide great facilities including lots of study areas and quiet places to study. Lots of stuff going on around the university all term, including food trucks etc. The library is great, carries lots of books and resources, state of the art borrowing system which is efficient and easy. They also provide water bottle filling stations throughout the building which is great. The campus is directly next to highfield interchange which comes in handy with travel to and from your accommodation and the town centre. The university provides a lot of opportunities for sports and is well connected with great coaches.

Fantastic university with an impressive ranking and course selection
The campus itself is nice and in a nice area, it looks modern and the facilities are also great. It can be a bit confusing to get around at first as there are more than one campus, but once you are used to it it is quite easy.
The University of Southampton is a very well rounded type of school. I studied Interaction Design and there is Southampton's School of Design in the quiet city of Winchester. The college has easy access to public transport allowing us to travel between Southampton and Winchester. The school's student union offers a very rich social programme for students. All in all this is a university that is well worth exploring in depth, it is perfect.

It’s an amazing uni, you can really see your future with uni of Southampton.
The campus has lovely greenery that gives the campus a welcoming and wholesome atmosphere. However the library is limited in size, which makes exam periods extra stressful.
University as a whole is brilliant, prices in the student union shops and food places on campus could be cheaper

Southampton Uni is a great uni to attend, the campus is really pretty, has lots of greenery, own gym, and a lot of peaceful places to study such as the Hartley library. They have a wide range of societies to choose from, and the student union is like no other- very proactive and always happy to get involved. Careers service are very supportive and always ready to help when needed, also the WiFi has never stumped me in the past, great for studying.

I have been very happy with my experience in University of Southampton.
Had many problems connecting to eduroam at NOCS, connection unreliable and many computers out of date or not working. Highfield has good facilities but nothing outstanding. Clubs and societies are a joke, very expensive and badly organised. A lot of information on social pages is outdated and casual sports basically don't exist unless you already know someone in the very small group of people involved. Serendipity was a disaster that you had to book tickets for and there werent enough for all the students who wanted to go. What makes NOCS good is the teaching and the experienced individuals present in the building as well as frequent career events and networking opportunities.

The school is not too far away from the city center. It is convenient to take a bus to school

My university is very good, especially the campus is beautiful, except some of the courses are a bit difficult and there are too many online classes.

I've only really had 2 terms worth of in-person university experience, and am now in my third year, thanks to Covid, when I believe we could have had Semester 2 of 2020-21 with a hybrid model, but generally since being back this year things have been much better. I don't understand why we still need to wear masks all the time though when the law says we don't need to. Additionally, some library staff are quite rude and tell you to put a mask on when they are not wearing one/ correctly.
Nice and luvely campus life. Friendly students and sociaties.
