Very good apartment, and very nice reception
I was really nervous about moving to Leeds but it’s so welcoming on campus and everyone is so friendly and it’s a great city to be living in as a student
All nice for our residents, very glad to live here
I love this university,I enjoy living here
Really good place, good people
All-round enjoyable three years at the University of Leeds. Campus is always clean, there are plenty of clubs and societies for everyone, and they have a strong careers support team.
It’s a great university which has a lot of friendly people and meaningful events
I hope the University of Leeds can provide more detailed services to students, including food, recreational activities and employment help. Especially for international students, many times they will miss a lot of activities
The campus at Leeds is vibrant and inspiring, constantly reminding me of why I chose to study here and how grateful I am to have that opportunity. It is home to a diverse student body and always showcases a variety of exciting events. The staff at the help desk are incredibly welcoming and supportive, and the facilities are consistently clean and well-maintained. I especially love the old bar and terrace lounge, which offer fantastic food and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere. The energy of the students and the atmosphere of academic excellence are palpable the moment you step onto campus.
Workload is massive but make me productive and build a habit of time managing here. Best thing is campus has so many cafe and restaurant around so do not need to worry about food. Laidlaw library is the best for me and I love studying there. Overall, I enjoy studying here.
All the facilities provided by the university are spot on and would love to be in the university of leeds
I chose Leeds having never visited or been through the city. What I found was an amazing city, community and excellent university experience. There really is no other university or city I'd rather be.
Above average overall. Good services and facilities. Wish there was more academic assistance and help regarding the actual school content and focus on that.
Student union messed up an event our society organised a month in advance, basically left us scrambling for a venue on the day and without lots of equipment so our event couldn't run as planned
Amazing, campus is beautiful and compact near the city
Very beautiful campus, professional tutors and an amazing experience.
Fantastic Service from Mary Morris! Mary Morris, our building manager and ex-rugby player, went above and beyond to fix my boiler by increasing the pressure so my hot water and heating work again. His hands-on approach and quick action are truly impressive. Student Number: ******** Email: r.*******@student.leedsbeckett.ac.uk
Good campus, good teaching, good social life, really enjoyed coming to Leeds
Leeds has always taken care of me, and has been a massively enriching experience both socially and intellectually
Love it very nice facilities and good teaching staff
I like everything! Campus, student union, clubs and societies are very fun!
No complaints great place to live and great staff there to help at any time. MAR******
I love my university. Everybody here are very kind and friendly. As an international student, I attended many activities that really warmful for me
I love Leeds! Campus is lovely, it's super green and sociable and has a great mix of spaces to cover whatever you need, to socialise or to study. There are so many students, the atmosphere wherever you are - campus or in Leeds' neighbourhoods - is always lively and welcoming. I recommend so much!
Everyone has been really friendly and welcoming. There's not much to complain about. I have been enjoying my time on campus and have found it pretty safe to walk around.
Settling into university was made so much easier thanks to the incredible support from the staff. They regularly sent advice, reminders, and accommodation options, helping me choose what suited me best. The university also offers numerous support campaigns, making it easy to find someone to talk to whenever needed. Additionally, the societies here have made Leeds feel like home, allowing me to connect with others who share my interests.
I very like my school. Also can let me learn many things in the class
It's the perfect place to live.
10/10 experience Loving my time here at the terry frost building
Top-notch education and great community!
I love it it here the location is great it a near uni and the accommodation.
The check-in experience was great~ I am a very light sleeper, I sleep very comfortably and firmly in this homestay, the room is very soundproofed and quiet, and even the curtains are double curtains with strong blackout. The room was well done and very clean. The housekeeper is also very enthusiastic, if there is any problem to call her, they will quickly help me solve it, very satisfied! Must give good reviews
I love the facilities. The clubs and societies are very active.
Very good university with good lecturers.
Friendly and helpful professors
It’s a lovely accommodation and city
I think it’s good and very good and it’s just comfortable
the uni is good but the societies could be improved
Great uni and studying facilities though could have more such as jamming studios.
Amazing campus and facilities, lots of beautiful study spots but they get too busy during exams. wide range of great societies and socials and other events on offer
Great experience at the University of Leeds with all facilities and quiet spaces where it was easy to concentrate. Also there are good library facilities.
Everything at the uni is great. My course modules are specifically tailored to teach transferrable skills and the professors are helpful if you are stuck at some topic
Life at Leeds University is very interesting. I really enjoy all the student activities that LUU puts on. It makes me feel relaxed. The staff of the school is also very friendly, and they are able to solve problems patiently.
uni is decent, the main issue is the support services are really badly signposted and lecturers seem to take little to no interest in student wellbeing
The campus is overall very good, I would say that there needs to be more opportunities for student part time roles as the city is overloaded with applicants and I need a job to be able to progress I have also applied to roles at the student union that are perfect with my skill set but because of the overload of applicants it is very difficult still as for a student like myself having a regular fixed part time income is crucial
The university is really awesome with top notch facilities and with world level libraries and top faculties.
It's very good I love everything
Campus could be improved by having more charging stations around, a few libraries don't have plugs near the tables. Wifi can sometimes be dodgy, can disconnect you without warning. Student Union often don't reply to emails and when they do it takes a minimum of 2 weeks.
So many societies to choose from. Currently part of LSTV, and they are like my family.
I find the University of Leeds student union to run lots of exciting events, which are great for students looking to make new friends. The careers service is always openly offered to all students as required.
Overall it’s a excellent university to attend not only is it a great choice for education it’s also a good choice for a great nights out
Live Love Leeds! Campus is the best of both worlds being close to the city yet everything is really close together + there’s bunnies on Campus. Lectures are interesting and engaging, Leeds is one of the few Russel groups that actually offer a range of creative courses in the School of Design which I love.
One of the best universities in Uk
I have loved my time at leeds, the union is my favourite.
Great university with lots of clubs and societies, very helpful staff, and a nice campus
Nice facilities and plenty of clubs and support
The school is okay with different kinds of activities each week to join
the plaza is a very good place for the students who are leeds to live.
great university with lots of societies and social areas, wifi could definitely be better
I recently moved into the student apartment, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The facilities are modern and well-maintained, providing a comfortable living environment. The communal areas are perfect for socializing and studying, and I’ve already made great friends. The staff is friendly and always ready to help with any questions. The location is convenient, close to campus and local shops, making it easy to get around. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to live, study, and grow. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for student accommodation!
I had a fantastic experience living in the student dormitory! The facilities are modern and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. Plus, the location is perfect for accessing classes and nearby amenities. Highly recommend

Great university and atmosphere. I love the campus and all the libraries. The tutors are brilliant and genuinely care about helping you do better.
I think it's great, first of all, the school atmosphere is very nice and suitable for study, second, the teachers are very friendly and the classes are very interesting, and finally, the student apartment where I live is also very nice and convenient.

The University of Leeds campus is a vibrant and welcoming place that enhances the student experience. The blend of historic and modern architecture, along with beautiful gardens and green spaces, creates a stunning environment for studying and relaxation. The facilities are top-notch, with excellent libraries and study spaces, and the student union is buzzing with activities and clubs, making it easy to get involved. Its convenient location near the city center means easy access to shops and restaurants. Overall, the supportive atmosphere among students and staff fosters a strong sense of community. I highly recommend the University of Leeds campus for anyone looking for a dynamic and enriching educational experience.
I am so excited to meet many folks in the university.
I have only been in Leeds for a couple of weeks but the campus is beautiful and they are extremely comitted to support students in more areas that you could probably image
Decent union lots of sics, union lots if red tape annoying
University is good, a few are great but I think in general the staff could be a little more helpful in terms of support and guidance. There has been several occasions of me double, triple emailing lecturers to try and get a response to a question or issue and they just do not email back. Quite unprofessional and unfair if they are your module leader. However, the modules are interesting and I enjoy that we can choose our own, pick discovery modules and really select topics that fit our interests. The university is also large, decent transport routes as a commute student. I like Minerva and I think the library staff are amazing tbh. Overall, I enjoy Uni, I think most of the staff have been helpful and teach well. Another issue I think the uni could work on is integration. smaller universities, e.g. Leeds Beckett, Teesside, Northumbria make lot of effort to get their students to talk to others on the module/course, to talk to other students doing the course in the below/above years, spea
Leeds University has a beautiful campus with great accessibility and facilities including multiple libraries, cafes and bars, and event locations.
University of Leeds is huge and luscious green. It has amazing facilities and societies. The faculty is very helpful and amicable. It is very peaceful to be in the campus. There is diverse crowd and people are so friendly over here! I really appreciate the fact that the campus is smoke free and promotes sustainability. There are a lot of cafes with lovely food and coffee!
Good university would reccomend.
lots of support available, wifi is inconsistent
