Great choice of sports related stuff, but not as much non-sport activities

It's great to hear you've made the most of the sports opportunities here - there is something for every level so it's easy to get involved and make the most of the sports facilities here. We also have lots of other extra curricular activities on campus from volunteering to RAG to societies so there's lots to get stuck into!
The campus and facilities available are amazing- especially for sports. There's a range of societies, I managed to find the one where I fit in best. The WiFi in lecture halls is awful- keeps disconnecting every 10 minutes or so.

Great course with really knowledge lecturers. Very happy with the holt as my accommodation, good location for my subject and nice scenery. staff are all great. Maintenance fix problems really quickly. Usually quite quiet

Nice campus, lots of clubs, student union nights average
Loughborough is perfect for people who love nature and being in a quieter town comparison to a big bustling city. It has a lovely community feel and the societies are a great way to meet new people

student union is fun, always got something going on, markets, good nights out but can be expensive so not always student friendly prices

I started my postgraduate studies at Loughborough University this year. The experience is great so far. The campus, community spirit and the opportunities for professional growth are worth mentioning.

Great for if you like sports for sure. Other societies seem to be less important than the sports but still reasonable. University facilities are lovely - all lecture theatres are well looked after, as are all other rooms. Th students union is a bit smaller than in other places but it has everything you need in it.

Loughborough University is the best place to study for any students. It has got a beautiful big campus and provides a huge facilities for students. It also provides placement opportunities for everyone over here.

Everything is great about this university and about this town - though it is small it has all you need.

The cube is the one of the cheapest and best option, room size is good, kitchen is large has Owen and a microwave, it is nearby to the bus stop and you will get free pass to travel around. Accomodations is cleaned and maintained well Best place to stay in Loughborough.

It's good but they should improve in providing extra activities for every person because this university is all about sports
I'm sorry to hear you feel there aren't many extra curricular activities outside of sports. Our Students' Union put on some great events throughout the year from societies to RAG but if you want to feed back to them directly about what events you would like to see you can contact them here. Most supportive/neurodivergent-friendly uni in the UK ~ I'm an ungraduate student with multiple additional needs and disabilities and I can honestly say that Loughborough is the best uni ever, across so many areas, but especially in terms of their support. They have a dedicated and hardworking Student Wellbeing and Inclusion (SWAI) team, which includes but isn't limited to disability advisors, mental health mentors and study skills advisors who are supportive, understanding and will go above and beyond to help you.

All the staff are very friendly. There are very good teaching facilities, various labs, study spaces and a gym. Any questions you have will be answered and responded to positively.

Loughborough University has a very complete campus area and a beautiful landscape. Compared to universities in larger cities, Loughborough has a more clustered academic area, which makes it easier for all students to be efficient.
