Loughborough has an amazing campus, it is a big and spacious and there is a free campus shuttle too, though its not the most punctual

Love it the services are really good
Thank you, Loughborough University is glad to offer lots of facilities including shops, cafes, eateries, bars, dining halls, hotels, two gyms, and a pharmacy, an optician, a dental practice, a hairdresser, launderettes, a taxi rank, and a large nightclub. :-) Our teaching areas and sports facilities are world class too. There's something for everyone and it's all conveniently located on campus.
Really happy with the facilties, it cna be a bit difficult with calling and walking around as it can get a bit choppy but otherwise its pretty good

Great location but terrible internet

There can be many reasons for this and the IT services for students team can help you with this - please take a look at the web page to access the helpdesk.
If a sportsperson, most societies don’t fit into those times left free so not able to join many
Hi, thank you for leaving a review, Lboro Students Union offers a list of societies, and you may find one with events that fit with your timetable. It can be challenging to balance being a dediciated sportsperson, with timetables and independent study, with all the things we have going on here, but there are many facilities on offer on campus to help students make friends and enjoy student life to the full. We hope you are settling in well and enjoying your course.

The Holt accommodation at this UK university provides a decent living space for students. While the rooms are adequate and the amenities functional, there's room for improvement in terms of modernization and community engagement. Overall, it serves its purpose as a standard option for student housing, but falls short of being remarkable.

The reception staff will always be attentive to any issue around maintenance etc. in this historic buidling, please advise them of any problems you may experience. Although it is a short distance from campus, there is plenty on offer there, please check out this page from Loughbrough Student's Union. Hope you continue to enjoy your stay there!

everyone is lovely and friendly campus is so nice and easy to get round
Thank you for a great 5* review! We try to make it easy to get here and travel around on Loughbrough University's campus - we even have a free yellow shuttle bus every 10 minutes, ideal for getting to and from lectures.

Lovely people and brilliant accommodation
Thank you for the five-star review! Loughborough University has 17 catered or self-catered halls of residence for undergraduate and postgraduate students on (or very close to) campus. All of them offer a unique experience and there is something for everyone.

Great halls, good maintenance, friendly and helpful receptionists

Good student atmosphere and plenty to do socially. WiFi and connections are generally not great and systems are often offline

Loughborough uni definitely is a community, and the facilities are amazing. Would definitely consider doing a postgraduate degree here too

Value for money, friendly staff, well equipped, cleaned every 2 weeks, rooms can be kept neat and clean. 20 min walk or direct bus to the door, close to supermarket and town.

Great choice of sports related stuff, but not as much non-sport activities

We also have lots of other extra curricular activities on campus from volunteering to RAG to societies so there's lots to get stuck into!
The campus and facilities available are amazing- especially for sports. There's a range of societies, I managed to find the one where I fit in best. The WiFi in lecture halls is awful- keeps disconnecting every 10 minutes or so.
