Really good place to stay, I’m final year so most people I knew went on placement, and was a great option for me to meet new people as well as still having loads of independents. Really helpful staff and amazing security team, couldn’t recommend more
It's good in every element, luxurio is very well.
Good for the same price as uni halls. But location is a bit far away from the uni, 20-40 minute walk.
Good facilities, could have better systems in place for residents who don't contribute to cleaning and better ventilation systems but overall a nice accomodation.

I moved from Jordan to Loughborough to complete my education. Mentally it was difficult as I thought I would struggle to make friend, especially Arabs. But surprisingly, the moment I arrived to luxurio one of the workers turned out to be from Jordan her name is Leen, she was very helpful and she kept making sure my experience at luxurio was good. Even Martin helped me a lot as he is responsible for maintenance, my issues would be solved within 1-3 days maximum depends if its a weekend or not. At luxurio, I felt that my homesickness was reducing as I was able to make a lot of friends. Also, my room met my expectations, I had my own bathroom and I just shared the kitchen. The room turned out to be modern, as well as the whole accommodation , I am a fan of the gym and the cinema room. The location was ideal, as there are many restaurants around, and there is a Tesco that ids a 1 min walk away. I encourage to live at luxurio it is highly suitable and has a lot of internationals as well.
I joined luxurio in 2021 and ive been living there for 3 years. As an international student I was concerned and stressed going to uni, but at lux everything changed. I met friends at lux since day one that are still my friends now. It is highly student friendly and the environment is great. The staff as well are amazing, Hiram and Meghan are very helpful and friendly, they helped settle and made it feel like home. The accommodation includes bills, which is so convenient especially since the rooms have ac's in them. The hygiene is good, the cleaners clean everyday and kitchens is cleaned once a week. The location of luxurio is in town, so everything is near buy and the bus stop is a 3 min walk and campus is a 15-20 min walk. As a third year student who lives at luxurio I would highly recommend choosing it as a plan A.
Decent but more effort needs to be made in terms of cleaning, cleaners can’t simply refuse to clean cuz a kitchen is “ too dirty”. is there a metric to quantify what “too dirty” means ? it’s your job for christs sake. Rooms were good regardless and really big fan of the TV and air conditioning. Social events should also be emphasised more as it is a university accomodation and students want to mingle and get to know each other

Luxurio is the best accom in Loughborough by a mile, there are loads of tho gs available for me here at luxurio. Whether it’s gaming or social events or an area to study which is important for all students. This is the place.you want to be at if you want a mix of enjoyment whilst studying.

overall experience is amazing, everyone in loughborough wants to stay here honestly. the only downside is that it is pretty expensive, but for everything they provide i’d say it’s worth the money

I am extremely happy with my experience at Luxurio. The staff are very friendly, warm, and helpful. Maintenance issues (which are rare) get resolved at the earliest. The building has really chill vibes and positive environment. I would definitely recommend any new student to come live here.

Great facilities and lovely staff. My favourite part about living at luxurio is the events they run and the buildings location as it’s great convenience to the town centre.
The location of the classy accomodation is ideal for all the essential needs as it's pretty close to the market. The gym facility is fantastic and it's free of cost for the students. The students at the accomodation can hit the gym anytime and there are exclusive female hours too.

Amazing place to stay with good facilities, the gym is decent and the games area is a nice space to hang out. It takes a little while to get to campus but the bike shed has plenty of storage and the bus from town makes it a lot easier. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen has plenty of space to socialise
Luxurio Loughborough has been the perfect accommodation for me. The staff are really friendly. The location is ideal as it’s next to the town centre and there are many extra curricular activities to take part in. It has been a 10/10 experience for me.

Luxurio is an amazing accommodation with amazing staff. Even the security guards are really friendly. I would say the only thing to look out for is the storage space, there isn’t as much as you’d think, maybe bring extra storage space. But other then that it’s great, the social events a really fun too :)
Very friendly staff and easy to talk to if any problems. Facilities are very high standards including gym, common room and cinema. Rooms are also high standards and has everything you need including tv and air conditioning which is very useful especially for a student in their room revsing. Highly recommend 👍

The staff are friendly and the location is fab - right next to the town centre. You can choose to be located in a flat with people at a similar age to you as well. Everyone I've met who lives here so far has been lovely.

Luxurio is a great place to stay whilst you study in Loughborough, all the facilities you'll need are readily available and easily accessible pretty much 24/7. It may be more expensive than other places in Loughborough and the rooms are slightly smaller than ideal but it's worth it.

I had a wonderful experience at Luxurio during my first year here. And decided to stay here again. Unfortunately, I was having some issues with my flat. But overall, the accommodation is really nice and pretty, and the stuff is really friendly as well. The only thing is it is getting quite pricey (rooms + laundry).

As a international student I have been very pleased with the experience so far as. Leaving home was a tough task but coming that leaving feeling was gone. We got lot of activities and fun things to do which are held by the members of luxurio. Most useful for the student is the gym and the study area. There is also private kitchen and private theatre that can be booked
Living at Luxurio was the best decision of my life. With diversified crowd and places to work on projects and do fun activities is the best. Management is very corporative and it's a happy place to be in.

As an international student, my time at Luxurio has been amazing. The room I stayed in was very spacious and clean during the time of moving and it had all the required amenities such as good WIFi ,AC and televisions as well. The social spaces were a great place to hang out with friends and I also enjoyed all the social events held at Luxurio. The staff and management at Luxurio were really nice and always ready to help as well, which made the living experience better. I would say Luxurio is the best place for any student to stay at when in Loughborough.

I really enjoyed my time at Luxurio. The place itself was great, and consistently clean. It had a great common area with games as well! The people who worked there were extremely helpful throughout my moving in process and my tenancy and I would surely recommend it to everyone
Good facilities, but maintenance is not good. The main door to the reception from the central block side is still not operational and it stopped working 6+ months ago.
Overall it's a great place to live with plenty of things to do, and not far from the university, 20 min cycle to Hollywell park. AC and TV make coming back home relaxing and a great place to work even in summer. However, desks in rooms are a little small and the setup with rubbish and getting in and out of the courtyard sucks.

My experience has two parts to it in all honesty. Before the new year, and after the new year. Prior to the nee year I was quite disappointed with Luxurio due to the construction and the incompletion of the building. However since the building has been completed, I have been very impressed by the services Luxurio have to offered us. I can truly say I’m completely satisfied with residing here .
Luxurio offers great rooms and great prices. You’ll find also the support you need in Luxurio with their 24/7 reception.
It was very easy to get around. Good info given when needed. People were able to visit.
