I love the experience. Amazing tutors and environment.
Northumbria University has a nice cultural blend. everyone is included. The research oriented courses are thorough making it the University of the year last year(2022)
They have offered my all the support needed throughout my experience and studying there has been enjoyable.
Northumbria is a great university. I have struggled a lot with mental health and i can admit that there are a lot of reasources and counselling available . My only problem is travelling to coach lane campus and back. it doesn’t feel like the true university experience
It is a great university to study master degree, the university has rewarded as the university of the year in 2022.
Good university for the course I'm in.

Value for money, worth studying at the university.
Northumbria are always sure to give you what you need. Library/books/ wifi and really helpful tutors within the establishment.
Average experience. The staff was always helpful however I'm not satisified with the Mass Communication programme which I think didn't teach me the practical skills and knowledge.
Northumbria Universirty has been a great experience for me. I have met many new friends on my course and within the hockey club.
It has a good range of facilities and many clubs for people who enjoy all types of different things. It’s a very welcoming place and everyone is always really friendly
great social experience with a real focus on student wellbeing, staff are extremely friendly and happy to help. Campus is full of joy and life. Amenities could perhaps be better kept.

great university and great course
Good uni. Needs to improve there communication skills
Not the most organised especially around timetabling, but aside from this my campus (coachlane) has good facilities and a positive atmosphere. My teachers are also engaging and enthusiastic.
Couldn’t ask for a more welcoming experience as a fresher! The university has lots to offer for students outside of learning such as fitness opportunities, social clubs and study spaces all over campus. The on campus shops, cafes and bar brings a positive attitude to learning too!
Amazing facilities on site for students and there is support when needed. The wifi is very reliable but I didn’t know about the student union until second year of uni so was quite sad I missed out on this.
Very good University in Newcastle Upon Tyne
Northumbria university so far is brilliant, I have only just started my second semester but I am loving it. The lessons are well structured to enable students to really grasp the content as best as possible and if you struggle with anything you can set up 1-1 meetings with the lecturers.
it’s a good university, lots of staff on help for any enquiries
Good wifi throughout campus and excellent 6 floor library. with a wide variety of study spaces. Good variety of choice of sport teams to join and choose from to socialise and meet people

All academics and staff are amazing and friendly always there to help, and easy to access the campus and multiple study areas

Always good to be at Northumbria
Good teaching and very modern facilities.
Great experience, helpful and friendly staff, great location, always clean.
Northumbria is a top notch. Excellent learning environment and quality tutors.
Good uni for my department. Could improve a bit
When the professors weren't on strike they were pretty good, unfortunately the uni didn't allow soon to be protesting professors to let students know directly so sometimes people would show up despite there being no lecture and that meant less learning despite paying the same per year. The uni's greed meant the entire cohorts was being stunted.
Modern campus and facilities. Many clubs and activities to get involved in.
The university campus is very large but easy to navigate. There are maps located around which are helpful for when you’re first visiting the university, but after some time it becomes easy to just know where everything is. There are lots of facilities like gyms, convenience stores, cafes and restaurants located on campus. The students union building is also a lovely space to be, and they frequently hold a wide variety of events for all types of entertainment. The main campus is City Campus, which is seamlessly in line with the town centre, making it easy to pop to the shops between lectures or just feel like it’s connected with the city.
The university is very welcoming and up to date with technology and their teaching. All teachers are willing to help you and are very supportive. The facility’s that are available are modern and really easy to use such as the library. The university is also very helpful in the way that students able to show their attendance and open doors with one key card.
Staying in The Shield gave me the feeling of being closer to my home. The team members are extremely friendly, helpful and attentive to the student's needs. Monthly fun activities, complimentary free breakfasts and freebies are some of the perks of staying here. Overall, staying at The Shield has been and is such a delightful experience. And special thanks and appreciation to the team members. :))
Wifi needs serious help but pretty cute
not too bad , wifi could be better as well as the facilities

Really nice, modern campus. All my lecturers have been really lovely and helpful so far. The Wi-Fi is an issue but I know they are doing upgrades to try and combat this.
