It’s my first year in St James House and it has been quite pleasant. Staff here are very friendly and warm-hearted. They are willing to help us with all kinds of problems at any time. Especially today, I had some problems with my rebooking. I came to the reception to seek for help. Lu and Yoko were so nice and solved all my problems with their patience. Their help really makes me feel at home here. I really appreciate it!

Flat service is warm, clean and hygienic. The room is clean and tidy with complete facilities. The flat is conveniently, which located close to supermarkets and shopping malls. The reception staff is also very kind and dedicated. They always deal with our needs at the first time. Lu, in particular, is a friendly and enthusiastic staff member. When we meet problem, she always helps us to resolve it with great detail and patience. By the way, the flat also organises events on festivals to bring us together. What's more, the residents of the flat are also very nice, like a big friendly family.

Greatful for living here. The staff are very friendly. The facility are efficient and well-equipped. It only takes me no more than 10 minutes to school.

The accommodation is in great location. Maintenance and repairs can be done fast and in time. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you have any problems, they would like to help you. Also the accommodation organized a lot of events including international festivals. I love staying here.

I would like to recommend the accommodation to all the students as I am very happy staying here. It is just like staying at home. Everything is cosy and safe. Nothing to worry about. 24 hours staff on duty at reception. You can get help at anytime. All the staff are so nice and helpful.

I picked this building to stay in because it’s small and peaceful. The staff are extremely supportive if you experience a problem. I like the fact we celebrate lots of different religions including my own. The building is always clean and everything I need is available here. The staff are always happy and tell me to have a lovely day on my way out

a warm，friendly and perfect place for our students
I really like the reception staffs, they are very helpful and kind. We have Cinema room, air conditioned common room and study room, the environment of public area is excellent. The location of St Jame’s House is near to the city center, so we can go to everywhere easily on foot.
Mainly I'm satisfied. I really appreciate Ray who works at the reception, he's really friendly and always been helpful.

Excellent location, management, room is ideal, good wifi connection , has a washing machine in every studio apartment . Spacious apartments, parcel collection service available . I had a memorable stay.
Great place to live, the smart tv sometimes has a delay in picking up the wifi but other than that it was brilliant. Having the large bookable kitchen was great for holding big dinner parties, with the common room great for studying and drinks etc. Maintenance team were great and very quick to respond.
