MMU is not a supportive or communicative university. Do not do your Post grad here. There is very little support, the staff are not professional and the PGCE course is a nightmare. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else! I wish I had.
I'm sorry to hear that you have had a less than favourable experience. All our courses have access to the student hub, academic services, personal tutors and careers. It has been challenging with Covid-19 but we have put in new safety measures to ensure we are available to students. If you send me an email with specifics of your above statements I will certainly get some action taken. All our postgraduate courses require a considerable amount of independent study as that is what employers look for. PGCEs have a significant amount of placements. Please email courses@mmu.ac.uk to Antonia. I would like to discuss this further with you.
Fantastic university with lecturers who go above and beyond for their students. Union is seamlessly integrated in University life and make a concerted effort to ensure everyone is involved in social events and aware of what's happening in and around campus. The careers service could do with an update and ensure they provide more adequate help with students CV's etc. and provide more drop in sessions. They also need to be more widely advertised as I didn't know it was available till third year which I felt was too late to do anything by.
Hi, Thank you for your feedback. Our student services have just undertaken a massive revamp, with new space for our student hubs, updated technology and are located in our 3 main campus buildings. I will certainly pass on your feedback and ensure that they are promoting their services to students in all years; including our careers and employability hub. Please ensure that our careers and employabilty hub is still available to our gradutes and alumni once they leave us. Good luck with your future plans.
currently enrolled in the Global MBA online course. Worse course and university ever. Tutor does not reply to emails, student advisor does not reply to email. If anyone is considering the global mba couse, take only if you enjoy struggling as no one will answer to your questions. The only email you will receive is the automated email asking you to pay school fees.
We are sorry to hear that you have had trouble contacting the tutors on the Global Online course, the MCC Learning group are the leaders on these courses and we will investigate this for you. We appreciate students' feedback and we will take this to the team and ensure we do better.
Staff and students have been friendly and until covid happened I very much enjoyed the teaching on my course. Communication between the department and students has always been shockingly bad and even worse since. The teaching has all but stopped too. I'm very disappointed with how we have been all but abandoned during this pandemic.
We are sorry you have felt abandoned during this difficult time, the wellbeing of our students and employees remains our top priority. Please don't feel that you are alone, please reach out to your personal tutor and Neil Wilson, who I am sure will be happy to support you and hopefully be able to provide some clarity and updates. You can also reach out to our student support team.
My 3 years at mmu were the best 3 years of my life! I had the best time, the student life was so much fun, loads of society’s and sports activities to do. The business school facilities were amazing, modern and the access to resources was extensive. Lots of great lecturers and support available. I’d do it all again if I could!
We are glad that you had a great time with us during your study. We do have a wide variety of postgraduate courses if you are interested in re-joining us, we would be delighted to see you back.
I'm a student nurse and was extremely excited to attend MMU as it seemed like a great university. Unfortunately I've had nothing but problems with the university, from a lack of communication to being told different information by different tutors etc. This has especially been the case during the coronavirus pandemic, I understand it was unexpected but there has been barely any communication to students in regards to placements, accommodation, exams/essays etc. I would've also hoped for some communication between personal tutors checking up on students but I feel like I've been left to struggle on my own. I really wanted to love this university, I understand that with NMC guidance changing and the coronavirus pandemic there have been a lot of changes, but I had hoped for a lot more support and communication. Perhaps my expectations were set too high, sadly, I wish I had attended a different university. One positive is that the campus is lovely and very sustainable.
We are sorry that you have left estranged from the university. The wellbeing of our students and employees remains our top priority, our staff and students have moved to online learning. However, please be assured you are a priority for us. I understand that our courses with placements have been impacted with the current uncertainty of the current Covid-19 situation. If you are feeling disconnected please speak to your personal tutor or speak to Neil Wilson. I am sure he will be more than happy to help you. We are updating our staff and students on the latest covid information as soon as it becomes available. You can also contact our student support team.
Manchester Metropolitan is a brilliant, laid back type of university. All the lecturers are so friendly and helpful.
We are thrilled that you enjoy our university, why not let your favourite tutors know by nominating them for the Manchester Met Teaching awards. These are a great way to show tutors you appreciate them.
Love everything about the institution . I am happy with my decision
Amazing! We love to hear students are happy with us. I hope you are getting the most of your studies and recreation through our students union.
MMU has been fantastic for me over the years. I studied at this Instituition when it was called Manchester Polytechnic. I struggled with my Bachelors Degree course in the 80s I thought that extra academic and care needs support was needed for me. However, I still passed my Bachelors Degree in Chemistry and the Poly as an excellent University for me to study in and the teaching and course quality were very good. When Poly became Manchester Metropolitan University, the standard of education and course quality were excellent and I studied on a 2 year, part time PGCE in Tertiary Education. I passed this in 2005 and was then able to work in colleges and as a supply teacher in schools. From 2014 to 2020, I studied on part time Masters Degree in Education and I have achieved a merit grade, thanks to the tremendous, academic and care needs support of the lecturers and my supervisor was A* for my dissertation. I am really pleased with the MMU and I highly recommend this University to stud
We always welcome our Alumni to re-join us in their continuing strive for Education. We are glad that we were able to guide you through your next level of study and wish you well for the future. Remember students have access to our Employability hub up to 3 years after they graduate.
The best place to study. Teaching stuff are excellent, always ready to help Great environment to socially connect and learn State of the art facilities to enhance teaching and learning. I rate MMU the BEST
It's wonderful to hear that you have enjoyed your time with us, we wish you well with your future plans.
Has lots of society’s to join, fast WiFi, modern buildings and lots of spaces to work or relax
Thank you for your review. We are proud of the facilities here at Manchester Met. Joining a society enhances your whole University experience. It is good that we had Societies to suit you.
I studied fashion art direction MA at MMU and I very rarely take the time to write reviews however, I felt this one was to be honest, brutally important. The course felt like a wild rollercoaster the whole time and I can honestly say that I never felt settled at MMU, I can’t speak for the undergrad courses because I got mixed reviews from other students however I know the people on my course felt very similar to me. Basically I am writing to tell people contemplating this course to look into it thoroughly and make sure it’s right for you and make sure they have improved their course structure, make sure you get some actual time with your tutors because I never did, I never felt like I really had one... I understand MA’s are supposed to be independent however this one in particular was like teaching and exploring things myself, most of which I did at home without any input from anybody, I never met any industry professionals or people of interest in my year at MMU.
Sorry to hear your course did not meet your expectations. I wonder if you were able to raise these concerns with the Course tutors and/or Student Support. this may have helped you with any issues you faced whilst studying. Good luck in your future plans.
Student hub mental health counselling is awful the uni need to sort the welfare of students out and place it as a priority otherwise they will leave which many do after 1 term or 1 year
Thank you for your review. we are sorry to hear that you feel you are not getting the support you need here at MMU. it may be worth contacting your Personal Tutor who can guide you to the relevant support. Please don't give up on getting support, contact our Student support team.
Great student life on top of a world class business school enabling students to achieve high scoring degrees along with personal and professional development
Extremely happy to hear that you are loving your university experience! We are very proud of the reputation of our Business School.
Great, good, grand, fab, cool, fun, exciting, interesting.
Wow, it sounds like you are having a very poitive experience here at Manchester Metropolitan University. Hope you continue to do so for the rest of your studies.
It’s a great environment to work in and there’s always someone to help if you need it.
Thank you, we are proud of the facilities here at Manchester Metropolitan and have an excellent support network throughout the University, starting with the Student Hub.
Loved being here and soo much better than Uni of
Extremely happy to hear that you are loving your university experience! Hope you continue to do so for the rest of your studies.
Amazing university. Everyone is so helping and considerate. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Facilities are very well laid out to help each individual.
Thank you, it is good to hear your review. we are fortunate to have a great staff body and excellent facilities, here at Manchester Metropolitan.
Had a good time at MMU and came out with a degree that actually helped me to get a job
Thank you we are proud of the way we prepare our graduates to move onto employment following thir time here at Manchester Metropolitan University. At home and internationally we have over 300,000 graduates form our global alumni community in more than 140 countries. There are lots of reasons to choose to study here at Manchester Met.
Great university that has a free active campus if you can’t afford to be In societies.
Thank you for your review. we are fortunate to have a great location for our campus. there are so many activities that are in a very close proximity to teaching buildings and halls.
I’ve heard good things from people doing other subjects but do not take international relations. Lectures are sarcastic and think the world of themselves. Course is BORING!
Thank you for your review, sorry to hear that you are not enjoying your subject. You can talk to your Personal Tutor about any concerns that you may have with your course. have you considered changing your course if this is not the one for you? We hope that as you progress you begin to enjoy your experience more.
The teaching is fantastic, tutors are kind and very knowledgeable, and the level of support I have been given for my mental health is outstanding. I study English and Film and the course is fascinating and enjoyable. I love everything about MMU and would highly recommend it to anyone!
We are delighted to hear that you are enjoying your university experience here at Manchester Metropolitan University. It is good that you were able to access the student support we have for students and it has helped you have a positive experience. Hope you continue to do so for the rest of your studies.
Man met is an excellent uni with lots of support and facilities for all, both socially and educationally.
Hi, Thank you for your comments, here at Manchester Met, we pride ourselves on the experience we give our students. The facilities are ever improving with new projects being completed all the time. We have excellent Library facilities with study areas. Student support areas which are easily accessible with the Student Hubs. And a fantastic social calendar through the Student Union.
I currently study Business Management at MMU (2nd year) and I have noticed that the majority of modules that we are studying are more Marketing oriented. Although this is not bad as we can develop our creativity, ot would be better if some accounting or finance modules existed as well.
Hi, have you discussed your modules with your tutor/s. they would be able to discuss with you the rational behind the curriculum for your course. The course lead should be able to inform you about what is coming next in year 3. Good Luck with your future studies.
My experience has been overall very good. I feel sometimes the university isn’t as organised as they should be however I have been overall very successful academically so far and socially it’s been the best few months of my entire life.
We value your feedback, I would reccomend becoming a student rep to help us gather feedback from those like yourself who can help us improve our service. We also advise filling our our annual questionnaires so we can continue to work with student to give the best service possible.
Great facilities for independent studies. Lecturers go above and beyond to help students.
It's great to here the hard work of our staff is appreciated by our students, Thank you.
An obvious amount of money invested into facilities and updating the university, despite this I feel as tho the teaching by lecturers could be improved significantly, having only experienced a couple of tutors, throughout my 3 year course, which were willing to help me considerably. Unfortunately the rest of my tutors had little of no interest in me and my grades, having taking obvious favourites within the students in my course, investing most of there time in these people. I really do believe that my grade did suffer because of this, and without my own ambitions and motivation I would have not passed the coursework focused course.
Thank you for your comments, we are sorry to hear you have had a dissapointing experience whilst studying here at MMU. We aim to make every students experience whilst at Uni the best it can be. We are pleased you got the pass for your course. We offer support from our Academic and Study Skills Tutors, through Student Support for anyone needing One to One Support. We wish you every success for the future.
Amazing university, go there please.
Thank you for your great review. here at Manchester Metropolitan University, we pride ourselves on our great tutors, fantastic facilities and our super location. we feel it provides a good allround experience for our students.
Easily the best university in Manchester with great psychology facilities. Tutors are knowledgeable, passionate and keen to help. Constantly spending money to improve the uni and themselves. The help they provide new students is great.
Thankyou for your fantastic review, we aim to provide every student with a positive and rewarding experience here at MMU. We wish you every success for the future.
Since I joined late in the year I have found it welcomed me with open arms. Transferring from uom I have found the facilities so much more expensive and tutors more engaging
We are glad you have settled into life at Manchester Met and wish you luck with the rest of your studies. I hope you have had a chance to get involved in all that university offers, with our unions mentoring schemes, student representation, Jobs4students scheme including becoimg a student ambassador and our societies.
Manchester Metropolitan University is fantastic with great facilities offering many opportunities to students. Moreover, the courses are very well organised and the personal tutors very helpful as well.

We consider ourselves top providers of professionally focused education, where student experience is at the heart of everything we do, our key mission is to develop our students into highly employable, socially and environmentally responsible professionals. MMU is a very good uni and care a lot about their student and their well-being
Thank you, we do aim to meet the needs of the students to ensure they have a positive time at MMU. Our Student Support team work with the Teaching Staff to make sure this happens.
Proper bad boi business, everybody getting leng and that. if you wanna learn not just about maths n s*** but life and garry's too then this is the gaff, honestly is like that scene on Paul where he touches your head and fills ya up with knowledge. this is what every lecture is like.
We are glad that you found the lectures knowledgable and wish you luck with your future plans.
A truly amazing University with incredible infrastructure located in one of the best cities of the United Kingdom. The lecturers are very helpful and approachable. However, the Student Union needs to be improved and also the prices of the Union's products should be better for students.
Thank you for your review. We consider ourselves top providers of professionally focused education, where student experience is at the heart of everything we do, our key mission is to develop our students into highly employable, socially and environmentally responsible professionals. Our Student Union are always looking at ways to improve their services. If you leave them some feedback, they can look at your sugesstions and try to make improvements.
A stunning university campus right in the heart of the city, MMU is a great university for an overall experience and a fantastic education.
Thank you for your great comments. We are very lucky to have our campus so close to the city center; it means that everything you need is right on your doorstep. Our excellent teaching quality has been recognised with a Teaching Excellence Framework Silver award.
So much fun and welcoming atmosphere, it’s actually harder to not make any friends. You fall into so many friendships
Thank you for your lovely review :-)
Felt kinda tricked when I started here - all the videos/promos made the facilities and university look great. But in reality, they only showed the best of the facilities. The library is the most depressing place on earth. Smelly, dark and awful upkeep of toilets etc. It's so uninspiring. The union is disappointing too - not enough to really engage students. It's an ok university, but the facilities, equipments desperately need an update... also the accommodation is SO expensive even for the worst ones, they put the prices up every year - 6k a year minimum. Only come to MMU if you have a high loan. Upside is that they really push placements on most courses and that really helps your job prospects after graduating.
Sorry to hear that you did not enjoy our facilities. Have you left any feedback with the Library? If not, then you can so on their website, and on the Student Unions too. We are always looking to improve our facilities, so feedback is greatly appreciated. Great to hear that you have been offered information on our placements. As you mentioned they are a great way of enhancing the CV for when you graduate.
The university itself has a lot to work on, especially some of the courses in the School of Art.
We are sorry you have not been satisfied with your course. We value students feedback and suggests, please contact your student reps and or your course tutors. Alternatively, you can contact our student support team who will be more than happy to help you.
Exceptional, I recently completed my postgraduate qualification at MMU and I feel more employable than ever before.
Congratulations on your successful completion of your Postgraduate, we wish you every success in your future career.
MMU is an incredible uni with so many opportunities to grasp during your time there. Only thing for me is there needs to be a drama or musical theatre society that anyone can partake in- even those who love the art but aren’t doing it as a degree can join
Students can create their own societies with a minimum of 3 students and can apply for funding through our union. We do have a drama theatre that could be booked for students to practice. More information can be found here.
Wasn't expecting much from my backup uni but was pleasantly surprised. Great uni with great lecturers.
Hi, thank you for your review and great to hear that you are enjoying your course!
MMU has been a great university experience with supportive staff and diverse facilities. This University reflects the city of Manchester and provides a good library service.
We are glad you have enjoyed your experience with us. Good luck with your next adventure.
I transferred university from Essex to Manchester metropolitan and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. Everyone helped me get on track right away and I fitted in so well with my course mates!
We have a number of students who have transfered to the UNi from other institutes, We aim to provide the best experience for all our student. It is good to know you settled in well and was made to feel welcome.
I studied English literature here. So the facilities i.e. the Library, the lecture halls and so on were of phenomenal use here. The lecturers were full off support and were always on hand if you needed help academically and personally. The Geoffrey Manton building is incredible with a book swap and sofas down stairs near the lecture halls to provide and incredibly chilled space to go through ones notes from the lectures. The student life is incredible being in the middle of Manchester town centre, it is an incredible chance to soak up the culture off the city, and my peers were more than accommodating, supportive and inclusive, its hard to feel left out at this university. I did not live in the dorms, I can't speak for them facilities but my friends who stayed on the student accomadtion have had nothing but positive things to say about the accommodation.
Lovely to here you had a great time here at Manchester Met, we wish you well in your future endeavours.
Lovely university with lots to offer! Everyone is more than willing to help and there’s so much you can immerse yourself into! However, the union needs to improve
as per my personal experience in this university it’s provides the best facilities and the professors are damn good and friendly
Thank you for your comments. We aim to provide the best experience for all students, Academically and socially .
So much fun, gained so much knowledge and experience. Had the best 3 years, modern facilities, so much to do.
Its a good uni very close to manchester city centre with great facilities but students union is abit hidden
MMU Business school is fantastic but i never really felt engaged in the things I learnt about on my course as many of the lectures are purely a lecturer stood talking rather than practical or experience based. Friends at other universities had the opportunity to attend more talks from industry professionals. That said, I achieved highly and had all the support I needed from certain lecturers.
Really good new buildings new library can borrow Mac books every day too
We are pleased you are finding the environment around the University good for your studies. The library is an excellent place to study and has fantastic resources.
I had an amazing four years of my life. I got help every step of the way from lectures, career services, the library (my oh my! My favourite place ❤️), the union and financial advisor (they even contacted student finance on my behalf as they were messing me up) thank you MMU.
Thank you for your lovely comments, they are so nice to hear! We are pleased you received the support you needed from your tutors and our careers service. The Library would love to hear that it is your favourite place, if you would like to let them know you can provide them with some feedback.
It’s a good uni in a lively area but it’s obviously not as fancy as Uni of Manchester for a example. My main issue is that they’re not great at sorting issues and not great at communicating. Still though, I’m glad I chose this university as it’s not just about the uni itself but the place you live have such a big impact on your uni life and I enjoy being where I am.
I loved it there. Had so much fun in learning and lectures were always helpful. If I had any problems the student hub was always welcoming and happy to help.
Thanks, The Student Hub is an integral part of the university and can help students with all their needs.
Manchester Metropolitan university really do go out of their way to help people do better no matter what background. The financial support and student support systems they have in place our fantastic. They provide us with a safe and positive working environment and also offer a wide range of safe and secure student accommodations. I believe it is important to highlight the support they offer to people who don’t come from a fully supported background because without Manchester Metropolitan university I would have lost my confidence in going to university and continuing my education. Many thanks Manchester Metropolitan university :)
Campus is lovely and modern and is easy to settle into. Everyone is friendly! Internet is a big let down as is extremely slow particularly in the Brooks building. Student Union is very helpful
Lecturers (psychology) show very little support towards students and take days to reply to your emails. A lot will resort to telling you ‘look on moodle’ when you want to ask questions. Campus is lovely and modern however and is easy to settle into. Everyone is friendly!
It's a great uni and they are very organised and lectures are very supportive
Thank you for the review we are please you have had a positive experience.
Excellent university with great facilities and staff that are willing to go the extra mile, privileged to study here
Brilliant all round university
Thank you for the great review.
best uni, most sustainable, cares about students
A really friendly environment to study in with great opportunities. The lecturers are really helpful and give you the advice you need with all assignments.
Good variety of facilities in art school
Thanks, It is a good place to study and be creative. Manchester School of Art
A great place all round, it has everything and more
Friendly, welcoming experience and with so much to offer
Masters students were lied to before applying for the course in order to increase applicants. The course was poorly run and massively oversubscribed.
It is unfortunate you feel like this, have you contacted student support in the Student HUB or the Student Union they may be able to help.
Hardly saw the tutors. They hardly replied to emails. In second year has hardly any teaching and ws pretty much left to our own devices but expected to create work to fit a brief but didn't explain the work required properly. Really poor teaching from the textiles department
MMU is alright, I don't have the time to get involved with societies sadly!
I have my amazing staff that have been so helpful with the transition from A-levels to university degree I found my course content really interesting and manageable and the building is absolutely superb
Overalk very good but departments vary in quality.
Library is 24/7 and can fine all books and other necessary resources. All the courses are up to date to professional specs.
Very good food and a nice environment at the uni.
Thanks, we have excellent on site catering facilities at MMU. With 12 venues across the campus we aim to offer choices for everyone.
Only 1 out of 4 of my computing teachers actually speak English well at all.
University is great when it comes to facilities and clubs etc but the teaching is poor. I was there for a year and ended dropping out with no support as I didn’t feel my lectures cared and were so half hearted. Fashion department is over rated , it’s awful. Moved to Salford and the difference is unbelievable
Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm glad you enjoyed our facilities and clubs, but really sorry to hear that you ended up dropping out because of our teaching and the lack of support. Our Support Team aim to provide support to all of our students, and i'm sorry that you did not receive this. If you would like to proivde any further feedback to manmetuni@mmu.ac.uk, we can pass this on to the Fashion department for you. We hope you enjoy the rest of your studies at Salford.
Two words: wonderful and unforgettable.
Amazing welcoming experience with all modern facilities and great teaching standards
I am enjoying my first year at MMU for sure. Great course (English and Creative Writing) and facilities (24 hour library as well as a poetry library to come in the following year!) The only thing my uni experience falls down on is lacking social side of things which includes societies/inactive societies.
Hi, thank you for your review and great to hear that you are enjoying your course and the library! Have you spoken to the Students Union about the particular society you are interested in? If we don't offer one in that area, or is it currently inactive, i am sure they would be interested in working with you to start the society up.
I’m a first year and the university has been so welcoming and made me feel a proper grown up just living in a different city. The library is 24/7 and although I hope I never have to be there at 3am, it is nice knowing I can stay as late/be as early as I want. The apps that the science students use are also available on the library computers which is really useful if I haven’t finished my work. The library is massive and has loads of different sections (quiet/silent/group) which is useful. The lecturers are all really friendly and very knowledgeable meaning we can throw all kinds of questions at them. The accommodation is amazing and makes me feel at home. Most of the buildings also have a nice modern feel to them so everything is up to date. It’s a great uni :)
Thank you for your fantastic review, we are very keen to make sure you have a positive experience during your time here at MMU. The library is an excellent environment for students to work on their assignments. And a comfortable place to work particularly when in groups. We pride ourselves on the standard of teaching at the University, and that they are contributing to your positive experience. Our eccellent teaching quality has been recognised with a Teaching Excellence Framework Silver award. It is important that you settle in when you are at University and having good accommodation help you do this.
Great uni with lots of support.
Thankyou for the great review.
Great for developing Life skills but terrible Academic teaching
I have received no support whatsoever at MMU, to the point I feel as though I am going to fail my degree.
Hi, i am sorry to hear that you don't feel like you have the support you need. If you are still at the University have you tried contacting Study Skills team? They are a team of dedicated tutors who can offer support on academic writing, presentation sills and can provide feedback on your draft writing. You can also contact our Wellbeing Team for support.
I love my uni - the uni alone is great although the personal life experiences you go through at times are probably anything but...
It is great that your experience here at MMU is good, however it is important to have a balance, have you explored the clubs and societies that are available at the University. These are a great place to meet people.
My time at Man Met has been fantastic. There is always a time of support and opportunities available. My confidence and ambition has continued to grow throughout my time at University. I now run our Law society which is doing extremely well and has in turn provided more and more job prospects.
Lots of support, lots of engagement from the university itself and a welcoming atmosphere all around
Great facilities and great teaching. I always felt safe at MMU and I always had the full support of lecturers and careers hub staff whenever I needed them.
Excellent uni, everyone happy to help whatever it is. great resources and facilities.
Thank you for your commens. We are fortunate to have such good facilities and resources here at MMU. The library offers so much support and information.
Living in accommodation is good for the social life, and a great location as it’s in the central of Manchester. there are societies for everything that also offer a lot. The university it’s self has everything you need, and the tutors personally I find helpful. It’s all round a great university and I’m glad I’ve came.
From being here I've come to the realisation this is a very middle of the road uni. Don't expect anything special. Nuff said
Wasn't my first choice uni when I started, but it's been over a year since I graduated and I wouldn't change a thing. Great standard of teaching, genuinely insightful and passionate lecturers, good range of facilities, mad sports clubs, the list goes on. Three years at Manchester Metropolitan and I feel like I can call Manchester my second home.
Banging uni, loads of support if you need it, and very quick WiFi on campus
Lovely atmosphere everyone really friendly.
Good, under-rated university, tutors do a lot for you and very good social.
I studied LLB Law at MMU and it was by far the best experience of my life. I applied for 3 universities in London because I thought that’s where I wanted to go, but I went to look at MMU first and it set the bar sky high. I knew I was going there as soon as I’d seen it, and that the other places didn’t stand a chance. Everything was beyond amazing! I recommended a friend from home to go to MMU and she’s now currently in her 3rd year studying PR and marketing and she’s having the best time. She contacted me shortly after starting just to thank me for all of the advice, and said she couldn’t imagine herself anywhere else! The city is incredible, the people are so lovely, and everything is all in one place. Couldn’t have chosen a better university to go to, and I’m so so happy I went there. If I could relive it, I would, even the exams and the coursework!!
I’ve studied here for 2 years (2017-2019). Overall good experience and would recommend.
Good first few months really enjoying my time
fantastic that you have had such a positive start.
Amazing university, with a great support system for struggling students. Facilities are outstanding, Brooks building in particular has helpful staff, great communal area and a good cafeteria.
The best university ( I have been to 2 others, one in Uk and one in France)
Such a good uni with new buildings and amazing staff
Really impressed with the uni, buildings are lovely and modern, lecturers are really helpful and knowledgable I’m happy there !
Great university helpful staff came through clearing so glad i came here everyone is so polite and nice
It good that you were able to secure a place through Clearing, and it has worked out well for you.
The facilities are constantly being upgraded so it's a great place for people who do STEM courses. The student union has amazing staff and a union shop which is stocked with food, stationery, hoodies and art supplies. It also has an advice center with staff member that genuinely care and are empathetic to every problem large or small. The careers service is very professional and they will help you in every aspect of job finding from helping you touch up your CV to sending you job vacancies by email every time they are available. Perfect uni in every aspect.
