Very clean and modern, nice surroundings but very expensive.
I was staying here the first year after opening and it was the best accommodation I could’ve gotten as a first year student. I was originally worried because of online reviews, but this accommodation beat all expectations I initially had. The staff are so friendly, the interior and exterior was just gorgeous, there is a little shop right next to the accommodation, it’s close to campus and it also *was* pretty affordable. The only downside I would say is that it’s not as social as halls would be, but much quieter which I preferred. Overall, I would’ve chosen to live here again if rent hadn’t increased. Thank you Parkway Gate team for making my first year in Manchester so memorable.

Cant be understated how good the location is with respect to both the City Center and the Uni. Rooms and kitchen are pretty tidy and people are really nice. Only problem is things seem to go Out of Order very frequently (like the Gym Treadmill or a Lift) but they are usually fixed soon enough.

People were really welcoming, WiFi is incredibly fast so if you’re interested in online gaming or doing work it’s great. Reception is really helpful, Jordan and Sam helped my stay become more enjoyable.

Great student accommodation and the reception is very good. Especially Carol Sou. She is very helpful. This is my second year I stay here and I have book the same room for the coming school year.

The location is perfect for me since it’s only 10 minutes away from the campus. Reception are nice. Only problem is that it was dirty when I first moved.

It’s great. My room is beautiful, my flatmates are peaceful, there’s a gym, study room, quiet room. The security is great, the receptionist are nice and helpful

Parkway Gate feels like a home away from home, the staff are lovely, Aisha and Carol are so nice and always really helpful. The property feels safe and secure and has lots of social spaces. Staying here again next year because I know very few people who live else where who have had such a positive experience with their accommodation.

Would not recommend as we have had multiple issues that don’t get fixed. Lift has been broken since September.
Sorry to hear you are not completely satisfied with the lift at Parkway gate. We have taken your feedback on board and we will upgrade all our lifts within the property by the end of this year. This accommodation is really a good value for money and the staff is very nice, especially aisha and 秋珍
Aisha is one of our friendliest student experience team member, who will be over the moon to see your review :) The accomodation fee also include an onsite gym, which is open 24/7. Great way to switch off after a long day :)
At parkway gate you live laugh love and Aisha is amazing always deals with issues promptly and all issues are resolved quickly! Management are also amazing. I am staying here again next year because I love it so much

Parkway Gate is a really quick walk to the universities nearby. Located in the city, it is super practical and has lots of services. The study rooms are well kept and perfect to work in. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Aisha has been really resourceful and welcoming when helping out with any enquiries. The rooms and kitchen are also very spacious!
Very happy to read your review. I know the team at Parkway gate does everything to make people feel home. Aisha is fantastic and her customer service is exceptional. Parkway gate is also one of the largest property in Manchester accomodating 754 students within the 3 blocks. The free gym is a fantastic opportunity to stay active. New Medlock house is next to us and you can use their a digital and a live music studio, or the dance studio if you fancy.
The environment is very good! All the things are new, the receptionist of Carol is very good especially.

Everyone on reception are very helpful and friendly. Aisha especially always helps with anything and is always a pleasure to speak to. Only issues with this accommodation is that one of the lifts in block 3 has been broken for over a month now and the wifi is slow sometimes.

On move in day my room was completely uncleaned and still had the mess of the previous tenant in the room. I had to wait two hours for someone to come and clean it and then cleaned myself because of the poor standard they cleaned it to. The WiFi goes in and out constantly and there is no social experience here for freshers as it is full of international and older students.
