My experience so far is okay and also I enjoy the school like library
Good university, people are really helpful, a lot of free access to database et sport

Overall the experience is good, there are some concerns regarding internet. Otherwise it is fine

The teachers are really eager to teach you all the knowledge! And there are various places to eat.

I really enjoy going to MMU, the facilities and the careers services are really good.

It’s been amazing by now. I have friends and have learn how to communicate better.

MMU is a good uni with really good facilities, support and opportunities.
Good so far, Manchester metropolitan university has good stuff in it.

Overall a good university could be a little more inclusive to international students.

The wifi is terrible and always crashes my laptop during lectures which isn’t convenient

The module covered a range of domains in sport psychology from professional skills as a practitioner to neuropsychology in sports. The course consisted of 3 semesters. In the first and second semesters, we had normally three days of on-campus classes in a week. The main facility we used were Institute of Sport and Platt Lane. I wished there would be more classes as I felt I could learn more from the classroom, but this is the nature of postgraduate students. It was quite independent learning experience. The exam style varied depending on the module from self-recording podcast style discussion to open-book test. Since the tutors were often leading researchers in their areas, it was intriguing to talking with them. The focus of module was mostly on the basic level of knowledge in sport psychology. I had been out of education for 6 years, plus my undergraduate was psychology and sociology. Therefore, I found that the structure of course was very helpful.

MMU has the nicest and most helpful professors. There’s also so many clubs to choose from and so many events that are on all the time giving students a diverse choice. There’s so many different buildings so they’re never too full and the cafes sell the nicest food!

MMU which is the second famous uni in Manchester. It has been five decades and famous for architecture as wells IT.

The university is good, my department are helpful and work hard to try and support students. There could be more available to students who are neurodiverse or have other disabilities in terms of events/socials. The student union can feel inaccessible at times and it feels unknown what the elected student officers actually do once they're in their roles.
