Having lived in another student accommodation site previously, this is by far the best place I have stayed in. The staff on site go above and beyond and I feel like I could go to them with anything! Steph always has a big smile and the maintenance man Mark gets any issues sorted the same day. Puppy yoga was a huge bonus!! I couldn’t recommend this place enough and will be staying here for the rest of my time at uni :)

Leonardo Biography
Leonardo is ideally situated in the heart of Leeds within easy reach of Leeds Arts University, the University of Leeds, and Leeds Beckett University. Everything you need and want can be found right on your doorstep, including the train station, which is a short walk away.
The accommodation hosts exciting social events and provides a great selection of social spaces, including an outdoor social area. If you are looking to work up a sweat, you can make use of the free gym. For added convenience, there are study rooms, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, all-inclusive bills, and contents insurance. To ensure you are well looked after during your stay, there is CCTV, a security team 24/7, and a residence team 24/7.
Leonardo offers residents the choice of staying in a self-contained studio or shared apartment. All rooms come fully equipped with all of the essentials, such as a study area, storage space, en-suite shower room, and a small double bed.

All the Answers You Need About Student Accommodation
What tenancy length do I need?
Some students choose to stay during the academic year, whilst others – particularly international students – require a tenancy that covers the entire year. You can also find student accommodation that is available for one or two terms, classified as a “short stay” on our search filters.
Should I stay in catered student accommodation?
This is totally up to you! Catered accommodation means you will be served meals at set times in a dining hall, and you’ll likely have access to fewer kitchen facilities than if you were to stay in self-catered accommodation.
What is a guarantor and do I need one?
A guarantor is a person who signs a contract to agree to pay your rent if you are unable to. Most university accommodation requires a guarantor, and this applies to both domestic and international students.
Will I need to pay a deposit on student accommodation?
Most likely, yes, you’ll need to pay a deposit. This will be refunded at the end of your stay as long as there is no damage to the room or property.
What bills will my rent include?
If you are staying in university-run accommodation or private halls, your rent should include any utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. Students are not required to pay council tax, however you may need to fill in an exemption form so make sure you check with your local council.
What is purpose-built student accommodation?
Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) are residential buildings designed for students. They are often located close to campus, boast modern facilities, include all bills, and often have staff on site to assist residents.
Will my student accommodation be furnished?
Student accommodation is typically fully furnished. Your room should include at least a bed, clothes storage, desk and chair. You’ll likely need to bring things such as bedding and kitchen utensils, but we have a full list here of everything you’ll need.

It is fast to get maintenance service here. I am satisfied with the room size and the environment. En-suite room is big in the city center.

The location is amazing. It's so convienient to go to supermarket, uni and shopping center. I live in an ensuite room, the bedroom and the common kitchen is vey big. And I really like the decrotaion style which can make me feel calm. I am looking forward to this month's puppy event. Staffs here are sweet and always willing to help us.

Overall the experience has been great thanks to the whole management team who are so friendly and welcoming to all guests. However, there was some disappointment in my mezzanine room not being fully built in time for me to move in, causing me to downgrade to a different room, however I did get good compensation for that and it was not the staffs fault for the construction not being ready.

I'm glad to live here. I live in a cluster and the kitchen is really big where I can host my friends. The heating works well and gave me a warm winter. The location is perfect for a student cos most of us are rely on public transport and walking. I can buy everything nearby also when it's late. I am looking forward to the second puppy therapy event. And it's convenient to chat with staffs who can speak Chines and make me feel like home.

I live in a studio in third floor. It's so big, maybe because Leonardo has the brilliant designers lol. There are so many amazing restaurants nearby and I can't decide what to eat sometimes. I can walk to the train station without worrying about any late. Facilities are brand new and I think I'm the first one to use it. Staffs here are friendly and sweet.

It's very close to supermarket, mcdonald's and shopping center. My studio is big and also has a good view. Puppy therapy is my favourite event. And staffs here are very friendly.

The location of leonardo Apartment is excellent, with easy access to the city center and the school. Across the road is Morrisons, there are many Chinese super League nearby, full of happiness. I took part in a raffle for the apartment when booking the room and was lucky enough to get a gift card of 3000 pounds. I wish everyone the best of luck！
