The most amazing university experience ever.
The newly renovated rooms are very comfortable. The closest flat to the Business School and the School of Geography.
Beautiful campus, located conveniently close to the city centre. Very well equipped for academic and social needs. Sprawling with culture and opportunities for bettering your education, future career, and hobbies.
I love studying here, it has everything you need, the staff are lovely and the facilities are excellent.

Leeds uni is good. As a PhD student, I perhaps don’t have the same exposure/experience as most there.

Compared to other buildings, Roger Stevens could do with some work. Otherwise Campus faculties are incredible and there are plenty of opportunities to do anything you’d find an interest in at the Student Union
Amazing campus with many facilities and events, there is always something to do with many societies to choose from.
University of leeds is one of the best I would say in terms of everything. The staff are supportive and friendly.
Lecturers don’t care and don’t respond to emails, no support from them or student support services, no face to face meetings, would not study here again

Terrible organisation of timetables with multiple often conflicting sources, got gaslighted by the disability support officer for my department and little understanding/ will to support individuals with mental health problems and/or learning difficulties
Wish I had more information on graduate jobs in the uk, especially as an international student.
It has been a good time there with nice professors
campus is really really nice, student union is good and has so many activities and event, loads of cool societies. However this university is not good with communication, particularly my experiences with the language school and with the accommodation team. I think the teaching quality is usually good, but my first year of language classes was really bad tbh and sometimes certain modules have felt unorganised (maybe because of the online learning I'm not sure).
Decent uni and good seminar tutors
I think I was very nervous about getting to university but once I got here, I had the absolute best time. But I do believe that the university experience means trying new things and challenging yourself and putting yourself out there, navigating through places you've never been, and Leeds has been the perfect place for it with amazing support, though they could be quicker. My academic advisor was amazingly supportive and was an absolute delight. The professors are pretty darn great, they're helpful and encouraging. First-year has been an absolute pleasure. Looking forward to the next!
Good university good links to city centre
I loved my time studying at the University of Leeds, the campus was always full of students socialising and I loved that the student union had lots of cheap places to eat and drink. The campus was located next to the city centre, which was ideal for getting the train to other places or shopping. I particularly enjoyed the Media and Communication school, the staff were generally friendly and encouraging, and the facilities were excellent for the course.
The campus buildings look very beautiful and have all the things needed for students. The lecturer also provide support and advise to the students.
Leeds has a lovely campus, very green and very student friendly. I’d certainly recommend to anyone looking to be close to the city yet still have a campus feel

Not the biggest fan of city universities, as I have realised this year
As a first year student coming out of the pandemic, I haven't been on campus that often but I've been to the weekly club night Fruity Friday the union a bunch of times with friends and its great for meeting people at you university and is quite cheap. The shops there are useful for my friends who are on campus regularly, there are a few food places, a co op etc.The only issue with the union is that a lot of it is underground so there's no service in some places. I tend to just use my mobile data at in-person lectures or tutorials because the on campus wifi takes a while to connect to and can drop really easily. A bonus is the freshers fair, they've done it twice in my first year (beginning of first and second semester) and you can get a bunch of free stuff or coupons, its a good way to find businesses that are in the area or even just get stuff to decorate your room. I haven't interacted with the careers service yet but I had to put a rating so my ratings more neutral
The best university experience I could wish for
Leeds Uni is great so far! I am an international student and the process has been good. Lots of societies to join and a great place to socialize. They have a lot of facilities to help with jobs, internships, and career help. Student support has been helpful, just make sure you don't leave things like extension requests to the last minute during exam season as it takes a long time to get a reply. Accommodations really vary so research for your first year. Lots of things to do on and off-campus, and the city center is accessible and has tons of clubs and food choices. Uni of Leeds has been affected by the teacher strikes, so be aware of that. There have been issues campus-wide with certain classes and programs not offering the best service due to this.

Modern campus in a great location just outside of city centre so not like some that are scattered around a city and difficult to find, everything in one place and easy to navigate. Large study spaces and libraries with coffee shops on campus. Wifi can be temperamental but works majority of time. All modern buildings and great student union with its own club downstairs.

Great but too much strikes. Many courses are cancelled and that’s unfair.
The campus is friendly lots of things to do, lots of study places there's park surrounding the campus so if you're feeling like going for a walk its great. Safe neighborhood everybody is friendly

Good uni overall. However, they need to stop using covid as an excuse to not give us a proper teaching experience considering there aren’t any covid restrictions left. Some courses are better than others though

University of Leeds is one of the best places to be.
I love the campus and its facilities. Lots of refreshing greenery within campus. The union organises diverse activities that are very welcoming and open for everyone. There's a wide range of clubs and societies that hosts regular events. There are lots of spaces to grab a coffee with mates after that pesky 9 AM seminar as well.
Not much to complain about. The atmosphere and study environment are quite nice.
Very good support services, there's always a website to go to for any and all issues you may have. An incredible amount of clubs to choose from. I myself chose this because of all the good reviews that this place got, and I gotta say, they weren't lying. There isn't anything particularly bad about this university.
