Great supportive team of tutors and content
Nice campuses but not enough study spaces, you’re lucky if you can find a seat in the libraries. Good courses and teaching.
The facilities are fantastic and all the staff care for their students
They are very unsupportive and it doesn't seem like they care for the students, they just care about money.

The experience studying in Edinburgh is really good.
Excellent academic community. Various students come from different backgrounds. The teachers come from different places in the world as well.
The friendly and approachable nature of University staff creates a welcoming environment, making it easy for students to seek assistance or simply engage in pleasant conversations.
The experience at Edinburgh does vary a lot by department. There are definitely problems with the management but I’ve had a good academic experience with the School of Philosophy, Psychology and Language Sciences (PPLS).
The university is decent, lecturers are always happy to help. The student union do what they cN but need more support

The university is exactly what I want it to be
For the amount people pay f*** all is provided. They do not even give us hot water when library hot water taps are broken for ages and asking for 2 pounds in library for some ramen. DO NOT COME HERE. This uni is cheap asf and doesn’t care about its students. We’re just cash cows really. Such a joke of a university

It is really fun to study at the university of Edinburgh! The Student Union and the Societies regularly organize exciting and interesting events where you can get to know other students. The university buildings are in a very good condition. The seminars are interactive and focused on joint discussions. The only shortcoming of the university is that there are hardly any local Scottish students. This makes it a bit more difficult if you are interested in intercultural exchange. In addition, essential courses in my program were cancelled last minute without providing adequate replacements. In view of the high tuition fees, I found this very unfortunate.
It’s quite an interesting life
Overall, a nice university. I like it.
As an ECA student, workshops spaces are sometimes hard to book, especially towards the end of each semester, takes a lot of time for waiting. As a PD student, there seems only two main lecturers teaching over the programme for all years. Probably more teaching staff is needed, to reduce lecturer’s workload and increase student’s experience.
Very good university with a great learning atmosphere and a good library. There are lots of activities to attend.

The University of Edinburgh is an outstanding institution with a rich history and a diverse range of academic programs. The campus is beautiful, and the faculty and staff are supportive.

Almost everything with the University of Edinburgh is good. The only bad things is accommodations. Finding accommodation in Edinburgh is very difficult if the international student comes to Edinburgh without booking accommodation. Indeed, it is NIGHTMARE. Other perspectives are excellent except accommodation

It's good university with a few institutional problems, they are too easy to take Chinese money and their are far too many strikes for international students especially that pay so much to be here

The university is great for its eduction quality and student experience, and the city of Edinburgh is fantastic. My year here is really wonderful and unforgettable.

Good staff support and equipment available to rent when needed
I'm doing archaeology and social anthropology at the university of Edinburgh. I really like it. The facilities are class and the campus is beautiful and very walkable. The student support is also great.

workload at UoE is really heavy and I feel extremely stressful. Luckily, the clubs and societies at UoE provide me with several interesting opportunities to relax myself.
Eduroam is quite temperamental, it doesn’t work in lecture halls but it does in Maki and Ramen???
It‘s a lovely place to learn new things and experience with new friends.
Staffs are very helpful in answering the questions and are passionate about the subjects they teach
It is a beautiful campus with facilities that are usually in function with little upset

Strongly recommend to invite more valuable companies to our school’s career fair. I am sad to hear about that our school is not some big companies’ target school, even though we are top 20 in QS. What a joke.

Great place to study. Facilities are great too. Would like to have free shuttle busses to other campuses as they’re not in walking distance from central campus.

Love this place. Music school staffs are super wholesome, badminton club is the best club ever.
really nice with knowledgeable staff and convenient devices which really help me understand lecture more easily. The school free shuttle bus solve the transportation problem between different college, which is really frequent that make my school easier

UOFE is a well equipped university, however, the university has some questionable investors and the way they treat staff is abysmal.
Honestly wish someone had told me to save my money and Google the content I was interested in
the new nucleus building is nice on kings. sometimes have felt unwelcome to use university facilities but they have a lot of cool facilities to use. The main library could be bigger but the opening of the new study space at kings has definitely helped
