Hi there, the building has a total of 166 rooms. Each of our room has your private space with a quiet environment. Hi how noisy are the student flats here. Have heard there is a night club nearby?

The flats are quiet. Everyone is very considerate and careful with each other and noise is not something to be worried about - you will be at peace. There is a night club far down the road. The road is very calm and has a beautiful view with trees and the castle above.

The staff are incredibly friendly and polite. The facilities are incredible and I make full use of them. The location itself is close to campus but also central to a lot of great Edinburgh locations.

Good location but my room’s view is not so good

The experience is excellent! I feel happy everyday after moving to this accommodation. The room is tidy and clean. The essential equipment is very good and useful.

Sometimes noisy outside but overall a good living experience. The reception is friendly. The room facilities are good. The slight disadvantage of the room is that it is not very soundproof.

The first day when I move into here I just feel the receptionist was really nice to help me to solve some problems in my room. He is really patient and every receptionists are nice and they will say hi to you in every morning. The room and all facilities are really clean!!

Everything works well, good experience. The heating device is not as good, turns off every 15min, doesn’t really warms up the room, especially when is winter. Although could be a bit noisy at night, it’s acceptable. WiFi sometimes works not as good, but mostly alright.

Everything is so nice, such as the team is so kind! But the Wi-Fi is not acceptable. It is so slow!
