Good uni, provide support and good facilities
Great university experience so far
Great university have always felt very supported and the facilities are improving
One thing that's made my studying at Coventry enjoyable was the diversity of students. It's definitely made me feel a lot more comfortable. Also the staff are friendly and I enjoy the social spaces.
As of again I would recommend Coventry university as your last resort. I wanted a change but quickly realised I had made a big mistake! 🤣 the whole experience was mediocre and tutors are practically useless during third year. Received minimal help from my tutor she seemed unbothered. Timetables are always messed up. They just can’t seem to get it right. Everything is just soo unorganised. Should’ve just went to a Uni in London. With that being said, the campus is nice to study. The hub is particular as well as the library and I enjoyed some of the modules within my Psychology BSc course.
Very educative environment for international students
The best place to stay in and wonderful environment
Lovely experience through my 3 years in this university
I really enjoy being at this university everyone is so helpful!
Good but can be better. Students are not well informed and lack of proper communication
Helpful teaching staff, campus buildings are close to each other.
It’s been a great experience here
The campus boasts state-of-the-art facilities that are designed to enhance the learning journey. The modern classrooms, equipped with advanced technology, facilitate interactive and engaging lectures. The library is well-stocked with extensive resources, both in print and digital formats, catering to diverse academic needs. Additionally, the dedicated student support services ensure that students have access to guidance and assistance whenever required. The campus embraces diversity and fosters an inclusive environment that celebrates different cultures, perspectives, and backgrounds. The multicultural student body creates a rich and vibrant community, encouraging cross-cultural learning and collaboration. This diversity of thought and experiences enriches the overall academic and social atmosphere. CUCL emphasizes a practical and experiential approach to learning. Through various hands-on projects, case studies, and simulations, students gain valuable practical skills.
All facilities are ok. I love how friendly staff is!
Coventry university is an excellent university with great study facilities to enhance students learning
Meaningful time and challenging journey of undergraduate
I recently had the privilege of attending Coventry University, and I am thrilled to share my outstanding experience with the world. Without a doubt, Coventry University deserves every accolade for being an exemplary institution that sets the bar high for academic excellence, holistic development, and an enriching campus life. From the moment I stepped foot on campus, I knew I had found a true gem in the world of higher education.
Study is good and challenging.
A dynamic and innovative modern university but the university admissions and cas letter processing programme needs great improvement.
Good campus, Mainly the staff is very cooperative and helpful. The teaching method is very unique and professional. Events are also organized to socialize which really helped a lot.
Facilities are okay, but some course tutors and lecturers are horrible. The teaching plan is just ridiculous especially for engineering, there are some good lecturers but that’s not enough to succesfully pass the exams. Most lecturers just read the slides, and seems that they are not really sure what they are reading.
I have been looking for placements for my course and many times Aston Martin, Lotus etc, have all been open for placements yet the uni hasn't notified anyone and when I find out about them its usually too late. Coventry of all uni's should have the best automotive connections but it seemingly doesn't
I like this university but it can be stressful to get help sometimes
Dunno what to say , but wouldn’t recommend it if you’re not strong headed
Not at it as on placement so ignore all of this
It’s truly sad that Coventry University is losing interest in supporting arts students (of all categories) but specially within the performing arts. It was my 2nd home and ill never forget it but it could’ve been better.
Coventry uni is inclusive and multicultural
Outstanding University providing everything you need to succeed. The staff are a credit to themselves.
Very little guidance and support from tutors and a bit difficult to get information and documentation. They don’t have an actual working student center anymore everything is online and is very difficult to get a timely response.
Very bad and it’s very hard to be able to use different apps or websites for information
Great place, beautiful lecture halls and great lecturers always willing to help.
Nice University with great faculty
Beat teaching with awesome faculty
It’s a decent university but you have to make the experience yourself.
University provides great accomodations and services with many great clubs and activities.
Flexible university schedule and acceptable teaching standarts
N/A the university is brilliant
University’s been a journey. Ups and downs. Mostly downs but that’s life I guess.
Great university with modern facilities and helpful staff. Amazing catering in the hub. The talent/careers team are fantastic in helping for work experience/ placement queries. Success coaches are amazing for personal and psychological help.
There should be more societies
As per the review, I'm clearly not happy with Coventry university. Support Services are just horrendous. I'm paying one year extra over a mistake made by someone in the academic services. I wish i never came to this university
The uni is good but not worth it
I have enjoyed studying here. Lots of amenities close by
It's a good university overall the staff are helpful
good university with good connections
Quite underwhelming, Social life isn't the best, an attempt at a student union, Coventry is a horrible city and most courses including mine is really not worth the money! I'll say if you have 90+ UCAS points and you're thinking of Coventry, don't bother. I will say though that the library and main hub are great buildings and are very helpful.
Worst uni experience, wouldn’t recommend this place even in my sleep
The uni is fine not good and the crowd is s***
It’s a great place and the staff is amazing and really helpful
It is quite okay just a bit of inequality with the way the staffs treat me as an international student.
Overall, it's good, but the school doesn't check the mail well.
Good facilities, great tutors. Liked my University a lot.
Great university, would recommend to all
My experience has been a bit of a roller coaster, but ultimately I made amazing friends which I’ll try to keep for life, the facilities are great for research, the lecturers and seminar tutors are really cool too, it’s tough work we get but they make it easier and it challenges me mentally so I like that. All round from the activities to the different resources that can help every student, I can say that Coventry University was the right choice for me.
Good university and in a comfortable city.
Coventry University is a great university for engineering. Would highly recommend
Very good environment and resources for students. Friendly lectures with their teaching skills. Really like to help students anytime when students ask them question. Answers students with all their selfless knowledges they have. Comfy library and student Union spaces for students to do their coursework and discuss about the coursework in the perfect facilities.
it’s a decent uni i guess. don’t come here if you want a social life.
A well developed infrastructure and facility for students which helps them to get involved in many extra curricular activities. Moreover the library is open 24 hours for students and has a good atmosphere which succors the them to do their assignments, read research books et cetera.
Awesome campus. I like the atmosphere. Very positive
I have enjoyed my Time at university
I have been attending classes since September and have completed all my assignments on time, however since the beginning of the academic year Coventry University has been failing to enrol me. I have begged and begged to be enrolled however i am being ignored and not dealt with properly. They keep telling me I have missed the deadline for enrolment however how is it possible to miss the September, October, as well as January enrolment dates when I have been asking for a link this whole time. This university is a joke. The Admissions team do not care about students and the engagement team are the same. I applied for a subject to begin in year 1 because I met the requirements for it, they offered me it and I accepted it, only for them now to tell me I am in foundation year??? How is this possible, but it doesn’t matter anyways because they will never enrol me.
Good overall experience but more effort on clubs and society
I have mixed feeling about the facilities because not all courses get the best facilities. I do know some of the newest buildings with great facilities but the older buildings can be refurnished. CovUni has more than 100 societies which is great.
Fantastic university will all support and guidence
It’s a very good well equipped university.
Coventry university is a great place to study at with the curriculum & extracurricular activities is just very well organised.
It's alright. I wouldn't complain
Everything is just perfect and student’s are very friendly and the staff is awesome
Good so far. Could improve on the buildings and social spaces. The hub is an amazing part of the campus and is really nice to do your work in.
There are a lot of clubs and societies. I find them very cool because in my country universities dont usually have them. I have made lots of friends here and I would recommend this university
The university is ok -ok but you can find your peer.
A very good university with good facilities
Its very good and have nice facilities
they have really good location
I study Biomedical Science here at Coventry university. The people doing my course are knowledgeable, straightforward, and mostly all know what they’re doing.
Very good university. Love the facility and social, just that the building for arts major is quite bad, because the new one is still under construction
A great university in terms of ranking worldwide and in UK. Best place to study Advancing Physiotherapy as your post graduation as you will find all the core modules to cover from including cardio, neuro snd musculo.
Helpful teaching staff, great campus, could have a better placement cell, overall great first impression
good uni, can’t really judge their facilities as i haven’t fully used them yet
Don’t have reliable support systems, lecturers are unhelpful.
A decent university with an excellent sense of education.
The tutors are very supportive and offer help where needed. Campus has facilities to nurture any inner abilities you may have and build your confidence. The courses are career aligned and makes it easier transitioning into your job role after school.
Coventry is a great University. I am grateful for the everything I have learnt so far. My classes are very engaging and staff are really helpful. There is much to learn and the support is also really good.
Great accommodation Friendly staff, Appropriate price, close to uni and town centre
I have had the most amazing learning experience at Coventry university and as well as Coventry city, the university is built on a very nice location plus the teaching staff and facilities are very helpful to my learning process
Library is a great space to concentrate and study.
A good university with good facilities and good tutors
Decent people, easy to get around, can be social and make friends
Overall good experience at university
Great campus with all the facilities. Got many connections.
I have only been on campus for one day
Very nice/ challenging university to attend.
It is good place to study you can learn so many stuff
The social life is amazing and the campus is really nice.
Worth the money that you paid for the facilities
Great university, societies are really good no matter what sport ur into or if ur part of any minority groups then there is loads of societies that will accommodate for any person. Great facilities all around for my course especially (engineering). There is a talent team that is there for any advice whenever u need the and lecturers in my experience have been really helpful with tutor sessions set up so u can talk face to face to them if u ever need any help.
Always ready to support lecturers
Actually, this is my first time in England, including studying. Personally feel very good in all aspects.
It has been an amazing experience till now
