Willowbank Mews Biography
Willowbank Mews is located only a five-minute walk from the Coventry University’s campus. The accommodation is situated near a range of great amenities like supermarkets, restaurants and clubs.
Residences can make use of the communal lounges that are equipped with TVs making them the perfect spot to relax, socialise and get to know your neighbours. Students can also take advantage of the spacious courtyards with picnic-style benches to get outside and enjoy the sun. For your peace of mind, there is an on-site maintenance team, on-site security throughout the night and CCTV systems across the development.
The accommodation is made up of different-sized properties available to accommodate every student's preferences and has en-suite rooms available with shared communal spaces. Rooms come fully equipped with double beds, wardrobes and study spaces so, all you need to do is add your finishing touches.

Willowbank Mews is reasonably priced for the central area near Coventry university, with acceptable internet and occasional social events over the academic year. The houses hold up to 11 or 12 people at once and as such the single kitchen with 3 fridge freezers, one washing machine, one dryer and one sink can become very cramped. The "social spaces" are cleaned by staff regularly, though this usually just means the floor and stairs are vacuumed. The utilities of my property were very poor with the boiler breaking down every one to two weeks in the evening hours and not being repaired until the following afternoon. This persisted for an unacceptable 4 months. The kitchen and my ensuite also had an infestation of silverfish, though supposedly according to the tenancy agreement, this was not the responsibility of the staff. Overall, the property had a stronger community spirit compared to student halls, with more opportunities to socialise but very poor maintenance.
Great house to live in for second year!! it was an enjoyable experience and a lovely house.

Nice and spacious living space. Including social space. You can decorate your room however you’d like, and security is placed overnight, every night. There are unavoidable issues now and then but are fixed within the week. I would recommend unless you don’t like noisy areas because Friday/Saturday parties can get pretty rowdy but security tries their best to get them to keep it down.

For student accommodation, you can’t ask for a fairer deal! The property was clean, spacious and in a great location for University. Maintenance was made easy, available by a simple call to the letting agency. Lettuce are a helpful and flexible agency to be a tenant for, always willing to do what they can regarding personal circumstances. Would definitely recommend!

Willowbank Mews is a social hub, great facilities to share with a large amount friends. Lovely location especially the back terrace with the river flowing behind.

My accommodation experience for the last 3 years was brilliant at Willowbank Mews. I have secured a further year to stay with Lettuce! From the friendly team to maintenance was unreal, they go above and beyond to care for their students. My ensuite room was a great size and great value for money. Location wise was spot on - literally 5 minutes away to walk!

Lettuce staff are kind and very quick to help with any needs you might have. They were very helpful throughout the year and always quick to fix any issues. The willowbank house is very new, clean and close to the university giving a good social atomosphere.. would definitely recommend to any student who have a group of mates and want to move into a big house that’s affordable

Overall had a amazing experience at Willowbank mews. Staff are always happy to help with queries and issues are quickly resolved. The room is a great size for studying and has great space and storage options available. Pricing was affordable making it ideal for a student who gets the minimum rent.

Really nice big rooms, some houses are shared bathrooms but theres 2 bathrooms between 4 people on each floor so it's fine. The only thing I will say is the wardrobe is really tall so if you're short its a workout to hang all your clothes. Staff are lovely and the fact its gated and has a security guard helps it feel safer. Looking forward to another year here :)
