At Canvas City Point getting to class will be a breeze as you can take a fifteen-minute walk from Coventry University or a twenty-seven-minute walk from the University of Warwick. What bills will my rent include?
If you are staying in university-run accommodation or private halls, your rent should include any utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. Students are not required to pay council tax, however you may need to fill in an exemption form so make sure you check with your local council.
What is purpose-built student accommodation?
Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) are residential buildings designed for students. They are often located close to campus, boast modern facilities, include all bills, and often have staff on site to assist residents.
Will my student accommodation be furnished?
Student accommodation is typically fully furnished. Your room should include at least a bed, clothes storage, desk and chair. You’ll likely need to bring things such as bedding and kitchen utensils, but we have a full list here of everything you’ll need.

City Point is not only welcoming , culture inclusive and friendly , the staff always ensure your needs are met ! Unlike other accommodations the staff create events which help create bonding experiences with other residents ! You end up not wanting to leave because you realise you don't know what's going to happen to the friendships and experiences you gain/make .

Had a very pleasant Semester 2 stay with Canvas City Point this year. Staff were helpful and supportive (Neil and Charlotte especially). Facilities are good and outstanding value for money. Maintenance fixed quickly by Richard and overall a very enjoyable place to live.
I have had the most pleasant stay at canvas city point so far. The staff is very helpful and so friendly. They helped me with my movein and being a new person in the country I had no trouble talking to the staff and getting around the property as everyone is so welcoming. The location is so close to my uni and outdoors are so beautiful. Accommodation itself is very modern and spacious. My room has so much space to put my stuff and views from my windows are gorgeous. My favourite space in the property is the kichen space. It is so wonderful as I love to cook, I fell in love with it. Whenever I need any help and have any queries I know that someone would always be there to answer. This place truly feels like home away from home.
The building is pretty new and the staff are all friendly and helpful! The dorm is perfect for an introvert like me and the kitchen allows for some space to socialize if I want to. The best thing is the view! From my window, I can see fireworks during Christmas time. Love it! The only downside is that you have to clean the kitchen yourself so it really depends on what kind of housemates you have. But, overall it’s very value for money!
Generally speaking, living here is a value for money, especially in its en-suite cause it costs lower than most of other apartments that I know. And it still has nice space and property. But I do wish that reception could improve their efficiency a little around fixing things, that’s all.

It is a cool, comfortable and neat accommodation with wide range of facilities and good package for students social comfort and student satisfaction. However, there is need to improve on internet wifi connection needs of the students. Above all, l strongly recommend the accommodation.
I've been staying at City Point for about a year and will surely book again next year. The staff is fantastic, everything is so well organised, the people are pleasant, and there are so many different events that you will never be bored!
Love staying in City Point! Living in City Point has really lightened my student life in Coventry. The ensuite room is comfortable, the flat common area is large. We have 5 people in the flat, and the common room suits our need for cooking and leisure. Besides, the reception staffs are helpful and caring. Very recommend to students!

The location of CP is perfect, it takes about 3 mins to get to the Coventry city centre where I can get anything I want.
