I love the privacy of the studios and eveything is a smart use of space to put all my things and the space is also really modern. I also use the communal areas often to hang out with friends, study and also cook in a big group. I can do so much without really leaving the building so life is convenient and low stress. The location of CODE Fairfax Street is great. Commuting from to Warwick is only 20 minutes and since it is the start of the route it's never hard to get a seat. Getting a coach or train out of Coventry is super easy so it's not hard to go home on the weekend. Every single staff member from the office and security has been friendly and genuinley helpful. I have been in accomodations that the staff is nowhere near as nice. The portal means that there is a clear record of maintenance requests being submitted and then followed up so it is super organised.

We have two options currently available for electricity. Inclusive option (capped) and exclusive, where you pay monthly for what you use. For most up-to-date allowances and prices, we would recommend speaking to our team on our chat function www.codestudents.co.uk. With regards to which works out best - it really depends on your personal lifestyle. If you return home a lot, don't use a large amount of electric/careful with what you use - we would recommend the exclusive so you only pay for what you actually use. If you need any additional advice we are always happy to talk through the best option for you.

Really satisfied overall. A 2 minute walk from the pool meadow bus station which has a direct bus to Uni of Warwick. Is also right next to Coventry University. I’ve only had one minor issue so far but the maintenance team resolved it promptly. Would recommend to a friend.

Code in my opinion is the best private accommodation in coventry providing you with amazing studio flats, furthermore they are conveniently located next to the main bus station which is good for commuting, and it is close to many shops, cafes, supermarkets and even a pizza hut!

Amazing! I’ve been here for over a month now, met a lot of great people, and had an amazing time. Almost everyone I meet comments on how this place feels like a five-star hotel, and we often come back to that comparison. The lobby and facilities are fantastic, the staff is friendly and professional, and the location is ideal. The room is spacious and equipped with everything you need.

So far, it's been nice to live here. I've lived here for two years, and it never disappoints me. All the facilities are clean, the office is nice, and the parcel service is fast and very helpful and supportive. The room has everything you need and is clean, too.

Anytime I have a maintenance issue it gets solved very quickly. The online system to manage your booking, pay rent and login a problem is very easy and simple to understand. The standard studio is large and spacious. I have felt no need for upgrading! There's plenty of storage and the kitchen appliances work very well. The bathroom and shower and great. Everything feels recently new in terms of appearance and usage. The social events are very fun and worth going to! Alot of people are in the same situation and are looking for people to hang around with, so it's a great opportunity to make friends. Very easy to ask and sit next to people and join in on their games.

Fantastic Studio Accommodation with Great Amenities and Community! I’ve been living in this studio accommodation for the past three years, and it’s been an incredible experience overall. The location is absolutely perfect, providing easy access to shops, public transport, and university facilities. Whether you’re heading to class or exploring the city, everything is just a short walk away, making daily life super convenient. The studio space itself is well-designed, offering plenty of room for both studying and relaxation. It’s cozy but never feels cramped, and the layout makes it feel more spacious than you might expect for a studio. It’s been great for independent living, with a kitchenette and en-suite bathroom included. One of the highlights of this accommodation is the communal areas and events. The shared spaces are well-maintained, offering a place to hang out with friends, meet new people, or even get some work done outside of your room.

I think it is one of the best in Coventry it is clean and modern and you can choose when you want to socialise. It is really good for people who need their own space and the staff are very friendly and caring. The free use of the gym is so helpful and is great as you dont need to spend money on a membership especially if you only want to go a few times a week. The events were a shock to me i am not used to so much happening and the fact it is free, you are not just paying for the room but the events which really helps nourish your Uni experience without having to go out if you are not a big clubber but even if you are it also saves you having to go out because you end up socialising so much that you don't feel the need to.

Great location of the accommodation and affordable. There is also the freedom of choosing how you want to pay for electricity. There are many free fun events organised by CODE that are available for residents.

Located in the city centre so everything is accessible, plenty of things to do around here and access to uni could not be easier as it’s essentially next door. Staff are amazing and the 24/7 security is very reassuring Services like maintenance, post collection and cleaning are immaculate

I had a great experience in my first visit here, everyone was warm, friendly and happy to sit down and chat to resolve any queries. The room is spacious, and I found everything spotless clean on my day of arrival. It's been super convenient because most shops I can think of are just 10 minutes walking from here, and there are plenty of food outlets nearby - pool meadow is just a 4min walk and my uni bus leaves me right at CODE's doorstep. Overall convenient, clean and value for money. The best part is the social events at CODE - the team puts so much thought and effort into organizing them!! From veg and fruit giveaways to sip and paint and wellness days, they arrange everything meticulously - often offering free food and drink with the event. It's great for relaxing and for making friends. The common area has games, books and board games so it's fun and there's always a place to go to if you're bored. I love the cinema room and study spaces too. Lastly, the gym is amazing and huge.

Currently staying at CODE as a first year undergraduate, and I am really happy with it. It is definitely affordable for what you get, the location is perfect as Coventry University student, with it only being a couple minutes of a walk to my lecture room. The staff are all very friendly and the cleanliness is well kept on top of all around the building. The social areas are also very good with lots to do and plenty of space to socialise and meet new faces. Aswell as an included gym, i would definitely recommend to any student who is attending Coventry Uni or the surrounding ones.

This accommodation completely bring my dream home to the world. I am on a high floor, so I can see the beautiful Coventry view everyday. I prefer to be alone, so most of time I do not join any events. However, some of the events managed by Code are pretty excellent .This year I would like to try some.

Code is a really nice accomodation. The staff are extremely helpful and polite, which makes it easy to communicate to them about any topic you want. There a many study spaces as well which can help you during long periods of studying, as well as a cinema and a studio. The gym is very tidy and with loads of different equipments. There are many events during the month, which can be very motivational for studies, as well as mental health! The location is convenient and close to shops, as well as the university. It may at first be a little overwhelming, there's a lot to explore and find out about the accomodation, but they make it very easy to follow by providing a pamphlet, which has been a life saver. Overall the experience so far from the beginning of September till now has been very positive. I do recommend Code to any student.

The accommodation is wonderful, the highlight is the lovely staff who plan amazing events and are always really nice. The room is super spacious (I'm in an extra large studio) and has everything you need. Coventry uni is only a ~5 minute walk away and Warwick uni about 20 mins on the bus from the stop literally outside of the building. The social areas here are so welcoming and people actually use them (unlike some other accoms). Would recommend to any students!

It has been only three weeks since I moved into CODE Fairfax Accommodation. My overall experience has been wonderful, especially with the kind staff members and social events that take place here every other week. The only issue I had here was that on a Monday morning, I was attending one of my online lectures when the internet was out unexpectedly for more than an hour, forcing me to restart the lecture with my data. Aside from that, I have had a wonderful time at CODE and would suggest it to others.
The view is great and the room is well equipped and clean, plus there are many activities in here every week! I really like it.
I've had a great experience living here! The location is fantastic—just a 5-minute walk from my university and very close to the city center, making it incredibly convenient for both studies, leisure and dining. The rooms are cozy and equipped with everything a student might need, plus there's enough storage space—even if you have a lot of clothes! I’ve already stayed in my studio for a year and am happy to be staying for another year. Highly recommend it to any student looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live! :)

Code studio has all the amenities of life, the location is very good, the traffic is convenient, it is very convenient to go the city center to shop and eat.

I've lived at code my whole first year and now living here for my second year with my boyfriend in a dual occupancy flat. I really love how friendly and approachable the staff are in the office and at events. I really like going to the gym especially with it being open until midnight. Code is an amazing accommodation and haven't had any big problems:)

Energy bills are extortionate, which is unbelievable. Signing all the documents and the guarantor agreements is a NIGHTMARE every time. Continuing issues with the water and it being switched off for maintenance at least once a month. The washers and dryers aren’t great, there’s always at least 2 washers not working and other washers always leave my clothes smelling pretty grim. Room however is lovely, decent view and lovely facilities. Great location and so close to the uni. The security and maintenance teams are absolutely lovely, they’re all so sweet and helpful.

Great stay at Code Fairfax street, excellent team members who are always ready to help and are incredibly welcoming and supportive throughout. The location is also very convenient and easy to go. great accommodation, living here for a third year now. Only thing is that certain staff are not very friendly and do not want to resolve any of your issues, where other staff are more than happy to do so. I saw someone also commented about the lack of hot water which is something I experienced too. Otherwise it’s a fantastic location and feels safe - a home away from home.

I've been at Code for 2 weeks and it's been a really pleasant environment to come home to everyday. I love my room, the social spaces are really clean and nice. Code also holds events throughout the week and I really feel like they care for us.

Enjoyed the free fruits and veg fair. Allowed me to save money and be healthy! I enjoy the social spaces to make new friends and bring old friends around! Having my own kitchen for the price is very reasonable! However, the only issues I’m frustrated about is the kitchen hot tap constantly turning hot and cold and constantly having to wait like 10 mins for it heat up again. It’s very inconvenient when I work a full-time job in a care home AND I’m a full-time student and I also am a full-time business woman so I’m always busy and I don’t have time to be washing up dishes for 20 mins a day. I want to wash up dishes within 2-5 mins max. It delays my day otherwise since I’m soooo busy all the time daily. Another thing, maintenance STILL haven’t fixed my door since last week and I’ve phoned the reception/sales team and nothing is being done. This is a safety and security issue! Anyone can just walk in my room since I’m unable to lock it. Please I need this sorted ASAP!

I like code very much, the staff is very enthusiastic ❤️ There are many activities, and the activity room is very large! (This is very important) You can enjoy time with friends! The facilities are also very new. I have lived in Coventry for three years. This is the best apartment!

Amazing studio. The studio is worth it for the money and additional facilities are so helpful to clear the mind from the stress of studies. Staff is very helpful and friendly, in addition security is also good 24/7. There are events from time to time organized by the accommodation which is a great way to socialize and enjoy.

Amazing studio. Stayed at leicester code students and loved my time there so much I stayed another year! The staff are so friendly and always there to help with anything. If you have any problems the maintenance is really great and fast. My studio was amazing to live in as it was really spacious and light thanks to the large windows. My favourite thing about code is definitely the staff and how friendly and warm they all are. Also how good value for money it is!

I love living at CODE. The location is great, as I have an on-site store in the building and only need to walk 3 minutes to uni. The staff in the office is always friendly and happy to help me with any questions I have. Also, guests don't need to be signed in or out which is very convienient! But what I mostly like about CODE is their free events! I really enjoy attending grab & go events, quizzes and cooking classes! :)

This place is a scam. It is close to impossible to get back your deposit. If you're moving in make sure you take pictures of how you found EVERYTHING even small things because that was my biggest mistake. I was missing some miscellaneous items like a lid for a bin as I just assumed there wasn't one, I brought my own small bin anyway. Yet I ended up getting charged for that and a bunch of other things that wasn't in the room when I arrived. The price for replacing these items were also more that they usually cost, so it's 100% a rip off. Plus, like many other people, I am being charged for a new mattress despite it being left in the exact same condition as I found it. I know this as I used a mattress protector underneath a fitted sheet and a bed sheet, but it doesn't even matter since I spill anything. I am so annoyed as I feel like I threw money down the drain. I am still fighting it, but I’m nearly certain I won’t recieve my full deposit.

I couldnt get back my deposit due in 2019 until I come back again in 2022, they charged me 2xx pounds for 'damage of room facilities' Also the 'Tenancy Fee 100 pounds' paid upon booking was not refunded to which didnt mention on the tenancy agreemnt that will be taken by Landlord at last. Think twice before booking this accomodation.

The site is always kept sparkling by the on-site cleaners. You get a sense of how large the site is when in the games room which is very spacious and modern, adjoining to it is a communal kitchen where students can gather to eat meals or have a couple drinks before going out on a weekend, the outdoor area acts like a balcony and is very spacious with plenty of options to sit down in summer when its warm. The study rooms offer many private places to study alone or in groups rather than being cramped in your room constantly. The staff are friends and are always ready to help you when needed!
I chose to live in Code Coventry during my postgraduate course at Coventry. I wish I stayed here during my BA course! This is by far the best standard of accommodation I’ve stayed in, and I’ve stayed in 2 different types of accommodation in Coventry. The studios are spacious, affordable and comfortable. The communal areas are also great and a nice place to meet new people. The staff are really friendly and it is a safe place to live. Christine at reception/parcel collection is always lovely and friendly. Highly recommend Code if you are looking for a place to stay during studying at Coventry!
