I am a bachelor’s student and my degree is for 4 years. And since the beginning, I am only staying here and am only going to stay here. Corporation Village feels like home. I love every bit of it. So much facilities including gym for such a low price is mind blowing! And the management! Don’t get me started! They’re literally my family! So supportive and encouraging! When I have the slightest inconvenience or just want advice, I run downstairs and they do abracadabra, everything sorted! They treat their residents like kids, trying to give them the best, pamper them and take all their tantrums. Santosh is just so supportive, so is Sai and the manager! And don’t get me started on the security staff, super cooperating! Makes u feel so safe! I am glad I found a home in Corporation :)

The location is also ideal for students, as it's just an 8-minute walk from Coventry University or a 25-minute bus from the University of Warwick.
The residence boasts some fantastic social spaces such as a residents lounge, gym, games area and steam room. Other amenities include their 24/7 concierge service and their regular scheduled social events. On the more practical side, the building is fitted with high-speed WiFi, quiet study spaces, and on-site laundry facilities.

What tenancy length do I need?
Some students choose to stay during the academic year, whilst others – particularly international students – require a tenancy that covers the entire year. You can also find student accommodation that is available for one or two terms, classified as a “short stay” on our search filters.
Should I stay in catered student accommodation?
This is totally up to you! Catered accommodation means you will be served meals at set times in a dining hall, and you’ll likely have access to fewer kitchen facilities than if you were to stay in self-catered accommodation.
What is a guarantor and do I need one?
A guarantor is a person who signs a contract to agree to pay your rent if you are unable to. Most university accommodation requires a guarantor, and this applies to both domestic and international students.
Will I need to pay a deposit on student accommodation?
Most likely, yes, you’ll need to pay a deposit. This will be refunded at the end of your stay as long as there is no damage to the room or property.
What bills will my rent include?
If you are staying in university-run accommodation or private halls, your rent should include any utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. Students are not required to pay council tax, however you may need to fill in an exemption form so make sure you check with your local council.
What is purpose-built student accommodation?
Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) are residential buildings designed for students. They are often located close to campus, boast modern facilities, include all bills, and often have staff on site to assist residents.
Will my student accommodation be furnished?
Student accommodation is typically fully furnished. Your room should include at least a bed, clothes storage, desk and chair. You’ll likely need to bring things such as bedding and kitchen utensils, but we have a full list here of everything you’ll need.

Moving into Corporation Village was one of the best decisions I made during my time in the city. From the moment I arrived from Nigeria, I could tell it was a well-managed and welcoming place. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed to settle in. The accommodation itself was modern, clean, and well-equipped. I like this property just for its location which is near to key facilities like bus transport and for shopping. Cleaning needs improvement as the lifts in B block are always dirty and stinks. Lifts needs service regularly and not working properly as the doors are not closing oftentimes. Prices are reasonable.

The best affordable place to stay with best amenities and services. The staff here in the office are really friendly and helpful. Would suggest you guys to stay in at this place, cuz it's in the heart of the city.
So far (I've only lived here about a month and a bit) I love this accommodation, the rooms is gorgeous and the recent welcome party was amazing. The only slight downside I have experienced is that there are somewhat frequent troubles with the lifts but its usually just one of them having troubles which is easily solved with using a different one. All in all this is a great place to live and I really enjoy living here, especially with the amazing view from my room. Team was Awesome,Especially Sai and Santosh were really great and helpful all the time.
Good but comes with some errors anyway they come and fix it

Very bad management overall with constant fire alarms triggered on weekends. Also, a lot of issues with lifts never working or water/electricity and sink related issues
Enjoyable stay with great experience
Terrible building maintenance, staff always say issues will be fixed soon but they never are. Heating and hot water issues constantly Elevators are rarely operational for longer than a month Staff always say they will deal with something but in the end they just ignore us Dryers barely working, even after cleaning filters and putting appreciate load i have to dry my clothes twice Maintenance issues take a month to sort out and that's only when the staff don't ignore you completely Security guards are friendly and helpful

In the reception they are very friendly, especially sai she is very friendly and kind natured always cheerful with smile. whenever we ask to solve the problem regarding room services she tried to solve it soon. I’ve been staying here for more than a year and I’ve never had any issues as of now. Even if there were things to be fixed it would be done as soon as possible. It is also very accessible and convenient for travel. Reception staffs are really helpful and I personally like how Miss. Sai handles with issues patiently and acts accordingly. But I’m not quite satisfied with my privacy and security here because once when I was sleeping, I had someone knock at my door at 3Am and even before I could wake up and open the security just barged in which shook me off. He just came in and took back the post saying he posted it under the wrong room. I felt it was very inappropriate and unethical to do so. I’ve been feeling very anxious since then. It would be really nice if you could work on this. There used to be CCTV and they remove it as well. I don’t feel safe like before but I hope things change. Apart from this one thing it’s a good and affordable place to stay.

My review has two parts. The first part covers the general issues faced by everyone staying in Corporation Village, while the second part covers the problems I personally encountered. I strongly suggest reading the entire review before deciding to stay in Corporation Village, and if necessary, all the evidence is available. When I moved in March 2022, the system and facilities were quite nice. We were provided with play stations, kitchen accessories, and mail service. However, as of mid-2023, none of these amenities are available. The playstation has been taken away, most of the kitchen items like blenders have been removed, and the mail service has deteriorated significantly. Previously, a staff member from the reception would deliver letters to individual rooms and provide a notification slip for parcels. Now, parcels and letters are left at the reception, making it difficult to know if any mail has arrived. The letters are stored in a large box with hundreds of other mails,

I have been a tenant at this accomodation in a very strange year. I chose it because I did not have a group of flatmates sorted by February, and right when I was starting to look for accomodation for next year, the pandemic began and I couldn't look for anything and just needed something secure. While there are certainly some issues that I could point to, living in the Tower got me through this hard period alright and I am grateful for that.

It’s very lovely here in terms of services and they have excellent staff especially Kate and Leah at the reception but improvements have to be done in terms of social life and welfare but apart from those two I’d say it’s beautiful living here
