Cardiff university is a great option with a lovely campus and lovely people. The campus is placed close to the park and the city centre which makes it easy to access for students and the student union is a great place to socialise and work
lack of support for mlang, and regard for relevant professors.
Cardiff is a small city and if you like quiet environment to study it's good. As an international student, unless you study medicine, all buildings, libraries are in walking distance.
Probably the best Student city in the UK. Great facilities and support when you need it. Great night out too :)
Not bad but could be more to do for students
Nice and spacious with lots of room. The decor inside is clean and well polished; Lots of on-site facilities such as the gym, cinema room and downstairs seating. Clean environment.
nice facilities, wish there was more free things for students
could improve better with the social activities
All in all, a fantastic university with a few issues that most universities have. Currently, they are expecting to cut jobs and courses which has caused a lot of unrest for students, so it feels right to mark them down on this. The SU and the current SU president is fantastic, well organsied and holds lots of fun events. The Uni is kept clean and there's usually quiet spaces available to study in.
eduroam (University internet service) kind of sucks but everything else I genuinely cannot complain about. amazing University. I'm currently a nursing student so I'm often on placements and lectures in heath park both of which are really good throughout the programme. kind of sad they're stopping further admissions from next year :/
