I’m an international Student and I’m very satisfied with my experience here and Cardiff University! Well managed and organised university which takes good care of international students. The facilities are easy to find and you can walk around campus safely. The staff is very helpful as well when you ask for support! Would always recommend to other students in my home university to study at Cardiff university!
I've been staying here for over a year, starting from the first day I came to Cardiff, and I've booked a room here again for the next year. Because I really like the clean and quiet environment here, the excellent location, and more importantly, all the staff here are very enthusiastic and helpful. No matter if we need help with anything, they can help me in time. I will continue to live here in the future.
In contrast to my accommodation, I've genuinely found my experience in the University amazing so far. The students are nice, the staff even more nice, and the people in general have made my stay here just enjoyable. The various facilities of John Percival, Student Union, library and PG study zone buildings is great.
I am a new PhD student at Cardiff University, and I have been looking around for accommodation due to my late entry. I can assure that the receptionist at Windsor is the best, most patient and professional of all the Cardiff student accommodation receptionists I have come across, especially Ash, who always confronted my enquiries with a problem-solving attitude. He is very professional and dedicated and he handled my case skilfully. And Nadia was also very eager to help me. She showed me all the facilities, such as, laundry room, social space, study room, and the yard. I think the staff at Windsor can make the stay better for the residents. The location of Windsor is the best, it is between the school and the city centre, which helped me to save a lot of time. It is very rare to find such a price in the city centre. So I think this is the first choice for all international students in Cardiff. I would recommend this place to everyone. I am grateful to have met Windsor, Ash and his tea
