Honestly I don't think there is a safer and better student accommodation around in Cardiff than Zenith. The amenities are endless and you have a very well equipped gym at your disposal 24/7 . If you require help or maintenance believe me, it will be resolved within 2-3 days max! I have no complaints. My family feel safe leaving me here because of the on-site security after hours. It really just is the best! Plus, the people who work there are all gems, so kind and helpful and have become dear friends to me.

It’s such a comfortable place to live. Between the social spaces and events to offer down to the Wi-Fi. Zenith offers a range of things. The best part for me is that I’m within walking distance of my university, Cardiff central, and the bay so I’m never bored or stuck.
I've been living in this student accommodation for about a month now as part of my 51-week contract, and it’s been fantastic. I booked it on short notice and was pleasantly surprised by the great offer I received—definitely good value for money! The location is super convenient, with the main city center nearby for shopping and groceries, plus a bus station right around the corner. For students looking for accommodation, I’d highly recommend this place. The facilities provided are top-notch, with different room types to choose from, spacious rooms, ample cupboard storage, and a well-sized kitchen. Overall, it's been a great experience, and I’d suggest it to anyone in need of comfortable, convenient student housing.

Met nice people. Easy to get to train station and bus station. Walk into town is easy and quick. The night security make sure you’re safe
I am very satisfied with my stay at Zenith Cardiff. From the first day I moved in, I felt the environment was very safe, with 24-hour security giving me peace of mind. The room design is modern and comfortable, with a soft bed and cozy decor that make it feel very homey. The little decorations on the wall add warmth to the entire space. The facilities here are abundant and cater to different needs. Besides basic study and living areas, there’s a karaoke bar, gaming area, gym, and a cinema room for entertainment. The weekly yoga classes are also a great way to relax. The rooftop terrace is a pleasant surprise, offering stunning views and is a perfect spot to unwind. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help with any issues, making me feel right at home. I’ve really enjoyed living here! It’s a lovely place with a great atmosphere. While it’s a bit of a walk to Cardiff University, the location is convenient, especially being close to the train station. The staff are incredibly helpful and always ready to assist whenever you need anything. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking for a welcoming community!

Really enjoying it, the induction hob can be a bit temperamental and gets dusty easy especially when moving in (I had to wipe round to stop asthma flaring up) staff really helpful and nice and not far from my uni
Such a great accommodation option especially in second year plus. The window’s sound proofing is really good so very quiet. Any maintenance queries are acknowledged and resolved super fast and the staff are all so friendly and ready to help at anytime. It’s a great comfort to have round the clock security and the social spaces are always clean and comfortable :)
I’ve been staying at zenith and I have nothing but amazing things to say about it. From the moment I moved in, I felt incredibly safe, thanks to the 24-hour security. The staff here are absolutely fantastic—always friendly, approachable, and ready to help with anything you need. The range of facilities is incredible and really sets this place apart. There’s something for everyone: a karaoke bar, game area, sky bar, a cinema room for movie nights, and yoga classes every Monday that are the perfect way to start the week. The gym is well-equipped, and the large dining room to host dinner. The studios themselves are impeccable, with modern, high-quality finishes that make it feel like home. One of the highlights is definitely the rooftop—it’s absolutely stunning with breathtaking views, and a great spot to relax or hang out with friends. Zenith is an amazing yet welcoming building that is perfect for all students who study around cardiff. It is walking distance from every thing you could imagine, especially city centre. The rooms are big enough for all your stuff, especially the 2 bedroom apartments. The building is well taken care of and is extremely appropriate for the rent payments. The staff are lovely and are so helpful with whatever you require! Well recommended!
I would suggest this accommodation at Zenith especially for those in second year or higher. Currently staying here and the accommodation has a huge impact on location. Close to town and the train station is a huge plus. Security is good and receptionists very helpful.
The location of Zenith is amazing, it’s a five minute walk from cardiff center and a 10 minute walk from the bay. The social spaces are great, the rooftop area is great for making friends and a great view. The staff are very friendly and resolve any issues quickly, and the internet connection is great, and who doesn’t love a free gym as well. Overall, I would recommend Zenith as a great place for any student to live.
Zenith is a lovely student accommodation building, very short walk from the town centre and within walking distance of Cardiff Central Station so is relatively easy to get to and from Cardiff University. The building is lovely and modern, always clean and the team put on events for students to get involved in which is nice. LOVE the bar on the 25th floor - great to bring your friends over to for pre's.
Very nice , Modern and clean flats. Amazing social spaces especially the sky lounge and roof terrace. Friendly staff and good security in the evenings too. Is on the expensive side but for what you get and the quality of where you’re staying it is more than worth it !

Room was in excellent condition and desk reception staff made me feel exceptionally welcome as a new first year student. Facilities are excellent and there aren't many student accommodations where you'll have a gym in the building!
Zenith is perfect ! Being in the centre and with such high quality facilities that after visiting my friends Como they did not have I have no complaints about zenith. Being a fresher I was nervous about meeting new people but everyone at zenith made me feel so much better! They always have events on which is just a massive bonus !
Zenith was definitely the best choice! It has different options when it come to the accommodation, the social spaces are amazing (rooftop, karaoke, gym, etc), the distance to uni so convenient, literally I just walk there. The location is perfect because is a middle point between the city centre, where all the shops and restaurants are; the Cardiff Central Station; and the famous Cardiff Bay. The staff is always there for you if you need any assistance, and they manage to do everything ASAP. P.S.: I totally appreciate the "breakfast" they have in reception every morning and the social events they do every week 😏
Zenith is great to live in, you get a lot of amenities which makes the price good as there's many places to be with friends. The people are friendly and helpful also.
Zenith is a modern and student-friendly accommodation. The amenities, design and staff are all fantastic, with everything you need from a gym to a roof bar that looks out over the entire of Cardiff. It doesn’t get much better than this

This will be my third year living in Zenith now and I love it so much. Feels like my home, I’m going to be so sad to leave it next year. The staff are all so lovely, cheerful and always happy to help. Compared to other accommodations it’s so much more modern looking, has a 24 great gym also. It feels like a very safe private accommodation which I love. The parties they throw in the 25th floor are always so cool and have freebies;). Couldn’t recommend this accommodation anymore. Made my uni experience so much better.
Admittedly, when I first arrived I thought my room would be very dull and lifeless but after moving in fully, it’s now much more homely. There was evident damage in my room from age but it still works! My only concern is my room can be viewed from the outside by the adjacent office building. Otherwise, the location is almost perfect!

No real complaints. So many availible social spaces at all times, and a modern and clean feel to the whole building. Responces to maintenance requests and other issues have always been quick and without fuss from staff. Although the price is high, the facilities that are availible make it worth it. The quality of the building stands out, with sound-proofing that removes unwanted noises from your neighbors. It couldnt be closer to the city centre and the University of South Wales.
I’m honestly pretty glad I got zenith over the other accommodations. I was overjoyed to be told I can play the piano when I first came to reception.

The Zenith student accommodation in Cardiff is a fantastic place to live, especially if you’re looking for modern, convenient, and sociable living while studying in the city. Located right in the heart of Cardiff, it’s just a short walk from both Cardiff city centre and Cardiff bay. One of the best things about Zenith is the facilities. The building offers loads of extras that you don’t often find in student accommodation, like an on-site gym, private cinema room, and even a games room. There’s also plenty of study spaces, so if you need a quiet spot to get your work done, you won’t be stuck trying to find somewhere. The rooftop terrace is a nice touch too. The rooms themselves are modern, clean, and well-equipped. Whether you go for an en-suite or a studio, you’ll get plenty of storage space, a comfy bed, and a nice desk setup. The studios are perfect if you want a bit more privacy. The team at Zenith are really helpful as well. There’s always someone around at reception to help.

Zenith is a beautiful building located in an ideal location for students. The building has lots to offer and the rooms are exactly what a student needs. As an international students I have found this building to be very safe and secure. Besides a few minor problems that are sure to come up in any building I have enjoyed my time here at Zenith so far.
I’ve just began my third year living at Zenith. The building is modern and well looked after. There’s also so many different facilities available, my favourite being the free gym and the sky lounge. The staff are always helpful and the maintenance team are always efficient fixing any issues that might occur. The affordable dual occupancy charge also makes it easy for couples to share a studio!

I’m currently a first year undergraduate student studying at Cardiff met and the convenience of this accommodation alone is worth every penny. You are situated right in the heart of the city centre of Cardiff with everything on your door step from food and shopping to the local Wetherspoons and the clubs in the city centre. As well as this, the feeling of living in such a well maintained and clean building with a modern look makes being a student just a bit homely away from home. Settling into Zenith was one of the most easiest experience and socialising in the social places such as the rooftop terrace and the sky lounge is so easy living within a student living building. The zenith team are great and easy to speak to and will help with any request you have. Defiantly not the last year I will be staying here and I know my friends will agree with me.

Zenith is an excellent accommodation placed within the city so its only a few minutes walk into the town center, which has well connected bus routs to the university. The staff are very welcoming and are able to help with questions. Zentig has a friendly atmosphere with many social spaces, good for studying and being with friends. The amenities included are excellent quality and they have many facilities to take advantage of. My overall stay at Zenith has been a positive one, it’s suitable for all.
Great accomidation, lots to do around the site. Great view from the terrace and Zenith is close to a lot of different shops.
Overall, per the last four weeks of staying at this accomodations, my worries towards the initial cleanliness of the flat and the overall lack of paint protection on the walls (leading to excess damage and marks) have been prevalent but eventually overtaken by my excitement towards the general accessibility of the location itself. This accomodations is extremely spacious and close to multiple grocery and convenience stores. As someone from the U.S., it has been comparatively amazing as its location near the town center has allowed me to confidently walk back and forth between numerous interesting locations as well as my classes at USW.
Living here is like a dream come true moment.. Zenith has more access to city centre and it's situated close to my school of journalism.. 10 mins walk from Zenith to my school and other amenities they provide are worth for money. They listen to our grievances and they do take care of us well.. As an international student, I was able to curate a home away from home... so that makes this place extra special too.
When I arrived in Cardiff, it was already 2 a.m., but there were still staff on duty who guided me to my apartment and repeatedly reminded me to complete the check-in process as early as possible during working hours. The apartment offers free breakfast on weekdays, and there are many large, comfortable study spaces. It’s also very close to my School of Journalism. Zenith is the best!!!

Zenith provides a comfortable space that makes myself, as an international student, feel welcomed. They have lots of events and things do to throughout the building. Though the space, location, and room is nice, there slight problems I have encountered with staff and management. For the most part, staff welcome me with a smile and are willing to help me with any issues. Though some, make me feel as if I’m an inconvenience them for addressing a concern. The TV’s don’t seem to work for many in the building and there are some maintenance issues (such as toilets & sinks) that don’t seem to be resolved as quick as they should. Security wise, the building is very safe and 24/7 security is appreciated. I would recommended Zenith accommodation to any students moving to Cardiff for school.

Lived in Zenith for my first year of university, which ended up being a pretty incredible year which set me up with some good life long friends and a tattoo of my room number! The location is incredible, being a stones throw away from the city center and also the train station which alone sold it for myself. The staff are amazing and always welcoming, massive shout out to the hero and legend that is Dan! The social areas are great with many areas you can chill in and use wether it the sky terrace or the top floor chill out zone to some of the study areas they have. Zenith does come at a bit of a premium compared to other university accommodations however I think for what you get and the vibes it's more than worth it!
facilities are amazing (as you would hope with the price) everything is very clean. the only complaint I have about my dorm is that the TV runs like an old android tablet and crashes every time you try to do anything but I'm mostly on my PC anyway so thats not a problem for me.

The location is ideal, just a short walk from campus, with easy access to public transport and the city centre. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-furnished, with a study desk and fast Wi-Fi, perfect for focusing on studies. Communal areas like the lounge, terrace, and gym were fantastic. The staff were always helpful, and 24/7 security made me feel safe. Zenith’s strong community vibe, with regular social events like movie nights, a variety of exciting events, and mental health support activities, made it feel like home. Plus, all expenses were included in the rent, making it convenient and stress-free. Highly recommended!

I lived at Zenith during my first year and have now moved back for my last. Genuinely one of the best places I've had the pleasure to live. Location couldn't be any better being right by the city center and train station. The staff are brilliant and very approachable with massive shout out the hero and legend that is Dan! Social spaces are incredible and always free to use if needed, it all comes at a slight premium to compared to some of the other halls in Cardiff but in all honesty for what you get it's more than worth it!

I’m currently staying at the zenith for the year, so far all staff have been lovely and wonderful expecially on moving in day, made the day less stressful and easy, the rooms are lovely, my apartment is a 2 bedroom with joint kitchen and individual bathrooms, I love the fact I have my own bathroom and that me and my roomate get along so well, the social areas are amazing, the decor is inviting and so lovely to look at, even doing my washing is easy and I even get notifications to know when my washing is done.

So far the zenith has been a paradise compared to my friends accom, with great social areas, good staff, fast maintenance teams. It was a simple and easy move thanks to the zenith staff and I think if I was anywhere else I would be able to tell I wasn't in the best accommodation in Cardiff
I have stayed there since September this year, and so far I have enjoyed my experience. I had a few issues which they are great at responding quickly and trying to resolve the issues as best as they can. The events that they hold are amazing and inclusive for all the students there, i.e. animal events and welcome parties !! Which I had lots of fun in, and zenith also made lots of nice drinks and food for us to all have whilst at the party.
Room/ location is amazing. The man who did the tour for me at the beginning was great too. But I don’t like going to the reception as every time I’ve been there ladies on the desk have been rude to me. Bit rubbish considering I spent so much money to stay there. They make me scared to go to the desk or ask anything because I know they’ll be rude. I’ve been too scared to ask how to get mail or book any facilities as they act like it’s an inconvenience. I’m a very confident smiley person so the fact they’re so rude to me and it’s affected my experience this much is rubbish. Even when moving in they were rude to my parents when we asked how to get to my room, and replied like it was a silly question! We’d never been to the building before that day and was an awful first impression. It’s really tarnished my experience here :(
Zenith has amazing facilities, the gym, study area, sky bar and roof terrace were amazing and I used them a lot. My room was very small, however cozy and I had an amazing view of the city on floor 17, the location is also so close to the centre of cardiff, which is great. The management of maintenance isn’t great. There were some things that never got fixed, despite me having reminded the front desk numerous times, for example my fan in my room was never fixed in the whole year I was living there. I loved living at Zenith, however the moving out process slightly ruined it for me. I had a move out inspection, and I had kept my room in pretty much pristine condition, apart from some tiny bits of paint which came off on the wall (you could tell the paint was cheap and could easily chip away). There is absolutely no leeway for expected wear and tear from living in the room for a year. I got charged £50 for a few little chips of paint coming off at the wall, which is very excessive.
Well as an international students. This place has been great. And I can cook food which I want in my own kitchen. Breakfast from Monday to Friday. Also there's a great place to study. And my personal fav the view from the building's roof top! Best place to relax. I wouldn't enjoy living else where as much as I do now
I came to Cardiff through Clearing so trying to find somewhere to live was a real challenge. Trying to get a room with Zenith was difficult (partly due to how many people were in the same situation as me, partly because I was told to email the manager and he’d reply back and he never did and then I only had half an hour to put down a deposit for a different room). Despite this rushed and intense time, I was given a studio. The room has a lot of space, heaps of storage, everything you need is in your room and the quality / standard of what I’ve been given was great. Zenith has incredible facilities and social spaces which has absolutely added to the experience. Despite paying a lot of money per week for rent, it’s absolutely worth it. I’m saving £100+ on a gym membership because the gym has great equipment and is right downstairs. The terrace area is brilliant for socialising when the weather is decent. The staff are great! The 25th floor is also incredible. Definitely worth the money.

An amazing place to experience university with great open facilities and staff on hand all day who are very friendly and extremely helpful with everything. The best gym around all other Cardiff accommodations. 10 out of 10 in my personal opinion.

I've lived in Zenith for almost 6 months now and have really enjoyed my experience here so far. The facilities are incredible and very well kept - there's a cleaner on my floor every single day. The staff are reception are always super helpful too. Notably, Zenith doesn't use laundry facilities by Circuit Laundry as most student accommodations do - the laundry system here is much more reliable. Zenith is on the higher end in terms of prices, but it is 100% worth it.
Great at accommodating before you apply for the rooms! Showed us around and talked about the finances and the plans with the rooms! No pressure and welcoming to any help and advice
This is one of the best accommodations I have ever been at the rooms are comfortable, there are tons of activities to do to strive boredom and has amazing and understanding staff, the beds are really comfortable and I love how close it is to my University
One of the best Student accommodations in Cardiff. The property Management is top tier and has made this a wonderful experience, I have felt completely safe and secure throughout my whole tenancy. The price of the room do not even compare to the amazing quality that’s given. Living at Zenith has made the transition into university incredibly smooth.

Lovely well decorated and well kept flats with modern appliances. Bedrooms are spacious with big double beds and windows with great views overlooking Cardiff. Lots of different rooms to be social in including the roof terrace. A great place to live.
Chose this place very quickly after not getting the halls I wanted on results day. It's amazing, with great facilities and clean and comfortable rooms. I'm in a 5 bed flat which still has plenty of space and feels a bit more like university halls, especially as I requested to live with 1st years. There are always events on but it's not quite the same as living in halls, being a bit quieter but I prefer that.

The place is costly but you do get a long of bang for your buck (gym, free yoga classes, breakfast, lots of social events and loads of games rooms!). Somethings small things could be better considering the price which would make the price much for reasonable - things like providing proper bins in the flats and including laundry in the price of the rent. But it is a great place to live and is a fantastic location! Staff have all been friendly too :)
It is the best place to live if you want a lively environment and the best student experience. The events that they do to keep you engaged keep you from feeling homesick and also help you meet various people. The staff is polite and always happy to help. The systems that are in place make you feel safe and at home!
The stay was a very good experience. Both the common area facilities and the stay were very comfortable. Especially the gym. It satisfied my training routine and made me more healthy. The front desk staff were very welcoming and gave me a sense of home here.
Myself rahul. I had a great experience in having an accomodation at zenith. I was an introvert until i come to zenith, but the atmosphere made me extrovert. The most amazing one was the basketball court which made me to know the sport well and the gym made me fit enough to stay healthy. I made new friends from zenith and came to know about the real life at cardiff. Thank you so much for providing such environment.

Chose this place by accident, but never regretted, even after a year! When I came to the UK as a student for the first time, I was intimidated but the staff and the atmosphere made me feel like I belonged. I met some of the next friends here! Lovely place, but moved in and hob was broken. So 5 of us had to live of takeaways for over a week and was refused any compensation (got very expensive) and they could never tell us when it would be fixed. Great location though, very close to the city. Lovely social areas aswell.

Amazing place to stay with top class facilities. Staff are always so helpful and friendly. The location is super close to the city centre and travel links, and free bike hire means you can get anywhere. Also between 7am and 9am Monday to Friday you get the free breakfast, such a nice touch and attention to detail makes life that bit simpler when you can just grab and go on the way to university. At night you can always find people to talk to and chill with in the social spaces, or if you want some alone time there are plenty of quiet areas away from your room that you can go to as well. It fascinates me who you can meet here, students from all over the world live at zenith and it’s great being able to talk and find out what life is like in different countries and make friends and connections from all over the planet. like to hit the gym? then zenith has one of the most equipped gyms out of any accommodation in Cardiff. Zenith is the best accommodation you could ask for in Cardiff. This review is coming from someone who was so sceptical because of the varieties of student accommodations to choose from. Zenith by far seemed the best at that time and I am glad I couldn’t have asked for a better place. Zenith is home away from home, indeed.
This is an amazing building for students! If you’re looking for a place that feels like home, a place for fun, making new friends and making this an amazing year for you, look no further, choose ZENITH! They offer breakfast during day weeks with juice, tea, coffee, fruits, etc. Bikes for free! Amazing gym 2min away from your room. The staff here are the best and more like a family to us. They’re super kind and would do their best to help you cope and enjoy your time here. On sight maintenance, ready to solve any problem, all you gotta do is report to reception. They arrange events that go on almost every day of the week, from “pampering day” to “coffee brew” to “crafts” to “rooftop picnics/pizza” to “basketball tournaments”.. the list is endless. They have a breathtaking sky lounge, gaming room. Their study area is spacious and you can book your own room to study, with tv and hdmi cables. Would highly recommend to any student coming to Cardiff and trying to find a place!
I have been living in zenith since the beginning of 2020 and I am still a current tenant so clearly I am loving my experience here at zenith. The location is just as perfect, it’s a walking distance to my Uni and everything I need in terms of food shopping and everything else. The accommodation is well designed and very clean. The facilities are just too good to find them anywhere else than zenith. We have got onsite gym, social spaces, rooftop terrace with the nice view of Cardiff bay. We also have group studying rooms which are perfect to practice your presentations and do all the Uni work. We have the loveliest team at zenith and they are always happy to help at anytime. The place is also providing a 24/7 security so you always feel safe at zenith. It is simply a home away from home ♥️
Definitely they best team ever and so easy to talk to! Zenith should be number 1 tbh. The managers are so lovely and if you need anything they will help you. I couldn’t recommend them enough. The facilities are top notch! Everything is super clean. They definitely prioritise the students welfare. This doesn't feel like a student accommodation but a home. So easy to make friends. It’s just a chill environment and I love living here. I was living at Adam street gardens and had such a terrible experience and wouldn’t recommend if you are thinking of booking with them.

Best student accommodation Ive every lived in!! Zenith has a rooftop bar perfect for sunset lovers and golden hours it also has a game area, a cinema and perfect study spaces overall the facilities are amazing! Location wise its aprox a 5-8 min walk to town and 10-15min to Cardiff Bay, however, you have a supermarket right next door to Zenith and we are also offered bicycles to explore around :) Zenith staff regularly organises activities such as movie nights allowing us to choose the movies or basketball tournaments and much much more.. The staff is great, always helping out and making us have the best experience (especially Angela, always so friendly and helpful). I love the Zenith experience and Very much recommend! Thank you Zenith, will miss you all!
Just like it’s name suggests it doesn’t get much better than Zenith. Top tier student accommodation with great facilities, great staff and value for money. 8 minutes from the city centre meaning everything is accessible to you . The residents are offered bikes to ride Incase they can’t be bothered to walk😂. The social spaces are the envy of every other place in Cardiff. Equipped with a rooftop bar and games area, a cinema, a roof terrace and fabulous study spaces, it doesn’t get much better than Zenith. These spaces are a chance for people to meet and make friends and the administration at zenith facilitates this. It regularly organises movie night and allowed the residents to choose the movie. Administration at Zenith is top notch. They really work to ensure you enjoy the Zenith experience. From things like organising movie nights to organising basketball tournaments. Perhaps it’s the simple things like offering printing help. They are always there for you! 💯 Recommende!

Zenith is located at the heart of Cardiff. I've lived here for nine months now and I wish I lived here during my first year as well. A well equipped gym with a serene study area as well as an awesome lounge makes it the best bet for any student really. The receptionist was amazing and they are very helpful with any questions I have. Big ups to Angela, Javi, Elle and the rest of the staff. Y'all rock!! I highly recommend this accommodation to any student looking for a place to live.

Despite numerous lockdowns and differing covid restrictions, Zenith was an amazing place to stay. The facilities are great and the rooms are nice and modern. The staff are by far the best quality Zenith has to offer. They were always on hand to help with anything and are all round really lovely people to talk to. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The staff are the friendliest and the accommodation provides so many fun activities and events and great facilities. It's location is also very convenient as it's close to both the city centre and Cardiff University. If it's too long of a walk to uni, you can take the accommodation's own shuttle bus!!
I have been living here since the beginning of the year, and the experience has been amazing so far. The staff is very friendly and is always available to residents. The activities organised weekly give us the opportunity to break away from the boring routine of the pandemic and to discover different hobbies. However, my room, which is an essential studio, is the aspect that makes me so happy when it comes to living in Zenith. The room has everything I need and more than that, I have an amazing view of Cardiff Bay and a space where I can even carry out my modelling activities for my architecture course.
Have lived here for over a year! Honestly the social spaces in the building are so unique and fun and the reception staff are so helpful, they really do try their best. The free shuttle bus to the Student Union is always a plus unlike other accommodations where you’d have to walk or get a public bus! Would recommend to any student whose looking at going to University (in Cardiff)!!!
I have lived in zenith for just over a month now, and am absolutely loving it, the staff are so kind and friendly and nothing is ever too much. It is hands down the most beautifully done student accommodation, and the attention to detail is amazing. The free extras are absolutely unparalleled (free gym, free breakfast on weekdays, free bikes, free private bus to the uni). Zenith really does feel like home.
