Amazing 3 bedroom flat/appartment with great communication, office, and maintenance team. They reply and sort out issues efficiently and with minimal waiting. And with the occasional free curry from the food van that comes on Thursdays is a great positive! Is in a perfect location being within 5 minute walking distance from uni campus and a maximum of 15-20 from the stores; and 10 minutes from morrisions. And a positive for some would be having McDonald's just across the road Only negative in my opinion is the occasional dust that occurs within the bathroom but it's easy enough to clean up

Some students choose to stay during the academic year, whilst others – particularly international students – require a tenancy that covers the entire year. You can also find student accommodation that is available for one or two terms, classified as a “short stay” on our search filters.
This is totally up to you! Catered accommodation means you will be served meals at set times in a dining hall, and you’ll likely have access to fewer kitchen facilities than if you were to stay in self-catered accommodation.
A guarantor is a person who signs a contract to agree to pay your rent if you are unable to. Most university accommodation requires a guarantor, and this applies to both domestic and international students.
Most likely, yes, you’ll need to pay a deposit. This will be refunded at the end of your stay as long as there is no damage to the room or property.
If you are staying in university-run accommodation or private halls, your rent should include any utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. Students are not required to pay council tax, however you may need to fill in an exemption form so make sure you check with your local council.
Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) are residential buildings designed for students. They are often located close to campus, boast modern facilities, include all bills, and often have staff on site to assist residents.
Student accommodation is typically fully furnished. Your room should include at least a bed, clothes storage, desk and chair. You’ll likely need to bring things such as bedding and kitchen utensils, but we have a full list here of everything you’ll need.
When I first moved into Saul House I loved it (apart from the god awful red notice boards and curtain). However as time went on found myself liking it less and less. The building itself might as well be a sauna making it inhabitable in the summer. Personally didn’t like the staff found them rude and unprofessional just felt uncomfortable whenever I had to encounter them. I got locked out of the building once and had to call the out of hours number to get back into the building I was then told that if they were to let me in they would charge me £30 ,which isn’t stated anywhere in the contracts. The washing system is run under circuit but is very out dated and doesn’t run on the app or card instead it’s coins and is more expensive than most accommodations circuit laundry. Wouldn’t recommend this accommodation there are so many better alternatives in Lincoln.

Amazing accommodation with a great view and a comfortable facility where all shops are accessible. Would definitely recommend this appartment.
great place to live in with amazing view. Sharing for three students is convenient and nearby to shopping stores.
GOOD accommodating with friendly on site staff to help whenever needed , easy access to nearby shops and near to campus, good wifi and comfortable room making your stay a memorable one
The accommodation was actually Exchange Works, Arundel Street but that doesn’t seem to be an option on here. The location of the halls was absolutely spot on. It was on the same street at the university which is perfect. Reception got things fixed immediately and the room was such a perfect size
I'm a first year student and I wanted a place that was close to the uni and shops. This place fits perfectly with that in mind and also the room space is amazing, ensuite's spacious and is defiantly not a wet room. Great value for money
Great accommodation
Terrible if you need somewhere habitable to exist and study.
Perfect for Postgraduate students
