Overall, it is quite recently built and is close to a lot of grocery stores and gym as well. There is a pharmacy and a couple of restaurants and cafe in 5-10 min walk, which is really convenient. The bathrooms are en-suite and the room also has a lot of storage space.

Some students choose to stay during the academic year, whilst others – particularly international students – require a tenancy that covers the entire year. You can also find student accommodation that is available for one or two terms, classified as a “short stay” on our search filters.
This is totally up to you! Catered accommodation means you will be served meals at set times in a dining hall, and you’ll likely have access to fewer kitchen facilities than if you were to stay in self-catered accommodation.
A guarantor is a person who signs a contract to agree to pay your rent if you are unable to. Most university accommodation requires a guarantor, and this applies to both domestic and international students.
Most likely, yes, you’ll need to pay a deposit. This will be refunded at the end of your stay as long as there is no damage to the room or property.
If you are staying in university-run accommodation or private halls, your rent should include any utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. Students are not required to pay council tax, however you may need to fill in an exemption form so make sure you check with your local council.
Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) are residential buildings designed for students. They are often located close to campus, boast modern facilities, include all bills, and often have staff on site to assist residents.
Student accommodation is typically fully furnished. Your room should include at least a bed, clothes storage, desk and chair. You’ll likely need to bring things such as bedding and kitchen utensils, but we have a full list here of everything you’ll need.
On the ground floor could make some study spaces

Great accommodation slightly over prised but decent
Amazing. I was in St Marks first year and absolutely loved it! It was the perfect location just across the road from the university as well as being so close to Morrisons and the high street.
Overall rather poor management in terms of regular cleaning for communal kitchens and there needs to be more effort to put measures in place so people don’t feel isolated. I suggest they organise a monthly deep clean of the communal kitchen/lounge and a buddy system with student reps to be responsible for ensuring people within each flat join in with the freshers events/feel connected throughout their stay.
lovely fancy little flat!!! i got a free upgrade so its good value for me, but the regular 8k a year is so expensive for this!!!
Top notch accommodation with great value for money. Laundry facilities are within and are quite sufficient.
It is quite expensive but is the perfect location if studying is your main focus. Lincoln is quite small so obviously not far from the city centre but is a bit of a walk. Luckily there are shops nearby if you can't be bothered and most shops surrounding are open until late on most days (not Sundays). Two laundry rooms and you'll almost never have a day where it's full (only happened once to me). All social spaces, however, are outside so you can't really use them most of the time you're there, but the customer service in all access is really fast and the rooms are thoroughly cleaned when you get them.
The rooms are moderately sized, comparable to those in Cygnet Wharf and The Gateway, with a desirable amount of storage and access to plug outlets. The staff in the reception are lovely and always nice to talk to. The main issues with this accommodation is the same shared with Cygnet Wharf, you have no choice in the apartment (expected sadly) and will likely end up sharing with 11 other people. On the surface, that seems ok, however if you're expecting a quiet time, that's not what you'll be getting. To be expected during term time and in a student village, those coming and going from the clubs do make a racket quite early in the morning. The main issue arises from a 12 person apartment: the communal space and cleanliness. In the block I stayed in, we had numerous issues with bins overflowing and maggots. This isn't something to hold against the Staff but something to talk to your flatmates about, and something to expect sadly.
Generally not a positive experience. Immediately placed into a flat of 12, without choice. Especially for someone quieter, this is really difficult when you have no idea who you'll be placed with. Noise travels all the way through the corridor, and you can hear into people's rooms. Social space often used as a sleepover space, and not asked for permission beforehand. So this can be daunting to enter the kitchen lounge area. The blocks are very loud, particularly at night. Ideal for party students, but those looking for a quieter experience, or perhaps a bit more anxious, this probably isn't the right accommodation.
Great location being close to Isaac Newton building and met great people but not worth the money at all. Constant issues with cheap sockets and appliances having to be replaced. Had a few issues that weren't resolved for days. Great reception staff though, super helpful and nice.
