A very good accommodation but not enough space for social activities and interaction with other occupants
The uni has a great location, good facilitys and in genral has all the right people to set students up for succeses
I think the campus is amazing to spend time with. And it’s easy to get a bus to be there.
BU is the perfect mix of modern and the old (and kinda run down bits, not much but like an old primary school vibes hahah). Fusion is my CHILD, it’s SO PRETTY in there, I love sitting in there for my breaks. So bright and comfy. Lots of cafes around campus too!! I love both libraries too, but I’ve actually been to Lansdowne library more! And it’s so modern and nice, but sometimes a bit cold with the air con. It’s easy to find all the rooms etc, each building has a little list of what rooms there are outside which helps, but it’s quite a small campus anyways!! There’s also a doctor on campus, which I signed up for, and have been to once. It was very easy to get to and book with, which was surprising! The labs on campus are so nice too. Easy to get to and are always clean. The lockers are confusing so half the time I don’t even use a code and just shove my stuff with my friends. The bus stop on campus is so good too!! All in one place and they come like every 5 minutes
good campus, clean, spacious rooms
First time attending university and I have found the experience already fantastic
Good overall. The facilities are of good standard
There is a good host of diverse societies and clubs with my favourite being the football campus league which is made of teams of just students.
Honestly surprising how budget friendly this accommodation is, that it still exceeded my expectations. The rooms are comfortable and spacious enough, the staff is always available and super friendly! It offers you everything you need for an affordable price, honestly wouldnt trade this place for another! Location to the campuses and beach and other venturing sites are super convenient which makes socialising so much easier with all these fun places to go to.
I believe the university should reach out more to employers so as to help international student get part time jobs
