THE BEST STUDENT STUDIO FLAT IN BOURNEMOUTH It is big room that you have your own kitchen,bathroom,your bed, desk, wardrobe. You live in town centre. It is modern, cosy and luxurios. This accomodation is better than university' accomodations. I highly recommend every student who wants to live alone for studying efficiently. Receptionists are very welcoming and professional.At last, it is very affordable and cheap for this centeral and modern studio room. The room gets great sunlight and there are cabinets for your belongings in both the kitchen and the bathroom.

Mercury House Biography
Mercury House is just a fifteen-minute cycle from Bournemouth University, so you won't have to worry about being late for class. Living in this area of Bournemouth means you have plenty of shops and restaurants right on your doorstep.
Residents can enjoy the free monthly events and social spaces such as the common room complete with a TV, table football and pool table. There’s on-site laundry, high-speed WiFi, a vending machine and safe bike storage for added convenience. To ensure our stay is as comfortable as possible, there is CCTV, on-site maintenance, contents insurance included and all utility bills included.
You’ll have your choice between five studio options, all fully furnished and kitted out with everything needed for a cosy stay. Each room features a double bed, study desk and chair, plenty of storage space, an ensuite shower room, a kitchenette, and a breakfast bar.

It’s been a great experience with the amount of space and location
Laundry not great. No air fresher, super hot inside, and the timer of washer is not accurate, inside of dryer looks dirty. Room great, accommodation nice location in down town Bournemouth. The stuff here really the best part of this property. kind and patient, good for everyone who just arrived in England.

Mercury House offered great accommodation from the clean and well-thought out studio rooms, to the lovely reception staff who are always happy to help, have a chat, and plan amazing weekly activities to help you get to know others in the building. The accommodation is also in the town centre, a short walk away from the beach, and a short bus journey away from the university. I loved my time living here and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for studio rooms in Bournemouth.

This was a really good student accommodation to stay in; there's a bus stop right outside that the uni bus stops at every hour, the rooms are nice and well-lit with more than enough storage space for everything, and the staff are very friendly and helpful whenever you need anything. The only downside is that you don't have much of a view from the windows, but that definitely shouldn't put you off staying here!

Awful!! AVOID!! Unless you want to be kept awake all night by the night club next to your window then go ahead and book.
We are sorry you are experiencing issues in your room due to noise outside of our control. We are limited to what we can do but we recommend you raise a formal complaint with the local council if you continue to have issues. A recent article in Bournemouth Daily Echo announced that Cameo will be ceasing trading and in its place space for 2 new shops. We hope that outside of your noise issues, you have enjoyed living with us this year. We are proud to currently be the number 1 rated property in Bournemouth on StudentCrowd which shows most students love living with us.
I am a resident and also a volunteer warden. Any other building or any other set of staff would make this a less than ideal position to be in. However the cheerful, helpful, warm, and welcoming people at Mercury house really make it an easy place to live and help out. All in all a joyful experience to live here. Also there are free snacks that always make your day a little better.

Property management are one of the best things about this accom. If you have a problem it gets sorted pretty quick. 10/15 min walk from the beach, literally 5 mins away from town centre. Pretty good location for socialising. There’s a reason I stayed here the 3 year duration of my university course. It’s not going to be perfect because it’s uni accom at the end of the day but I’m pretty sure I’ve had way less problems than any of my other friends at other accommodations.

My university course started later in the year so I was struggling to find a room that fitted my needs as a mature student. The team here at Mercury house were very helpful and everything moved very quickly to get me moved in and settled before my course started in January. Communication is also very clear and easy between the team when any issues arise.

I have had the pleasure of staying at Mercury house, and I can confidently say that this has set a new standard for student accommodations. From the moment I came, I was impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere that greeted me. Mercury house has offered a great location convenience. The short walk to campus made early morning lectures a breeze. There is a close proximity to every local daily amentities. The facilities at Mercury house are top notch. The communal spaces are thoughtfully designed, fostering a sence of community among residents. Our own lockers are great convenience through getting our parcels and letters. My room at Mercury house has been the prime highlight for me personally. My studio has been more than just a place to sleep - it was a sanctuary. The modern furnishings and ample storage space and the personal bathroom and kitchen had made my stay exceptional. The management and staff go above and beyond and maintanance issues are always adressed promptly.

Great space to live in. The people who manage the place are great in every way. It's well maintained. There is ample amount of light coming through the windows in my studio. The bus stop to university and other locations is also very close. Only thing I hate is the view I have got from my room (402) which is of a parking lot, but that's okay, not everything could be great every time. Also, other thing is that if you have a large suitcase, know that you don't have space to fit it under your bed or in front of your bed, you might need to keep it behind your bed where the breakfast bar is, so keep that in mind.

Friendly and very kind staff! Always there to help the student. The maintenance guys are the best whatever needed are always there to fix it. Wifi is not good enough as well as the laundry machines and prices. Also, it would be good if there was a study room.
The accommodation is well maintained and if there are any issues, it gets resolved within a reasonable timeframe. The staff are helpful and polite. Would be better if there were a few more washing machines but overall living at mercury house has been a good experience and would recommend it.
Trish is a great staff, to be honest, the staff here are very nice, they are very responsive and always solve problems quickly. And the house is very suitable for living alone, there is enough storage space, the microwave and refrigerator, and the stove will be checked for problems before moving in. During the period, staff will come to inquire and check the room facilities. It is very close to the two business districts, about ten minutes away, and fifteen minutes to the beach. The only regret is the two big nightclubs downstairs, as the soundproofing is a bit poor, but if you're lucky, you'll get a room on the opposite side of the nightclubs (because the building is cylindrical). All good, soft mattress, very safe, privacy and plenty of activities to do. Overall, if you're looking for value for money accommodation, this is a good choice. I used Google Translate so some sentences may not be clear, but here is a good alternative!
