However, we are genuinely sorry to hear you have not been enjoying your course. It is possible to change your course, so maybe it would be worth considering this. The Student Hub will be able to support you with this process, but in the first instance I would advise looking at our online prospectus at the other courses available to see if there is anything of interest to you, as well as discussing a possible course change with your current Course Tutor or Programme Lead. As I'm sure you're aware, as our library is being redeveloped the library facilities have been temporaily moved to the Dalton Building. I am sorry if you feel this is impacting on your studies. We have done our best to avoid this from happening. We are always happy to hear from our students about how we can improve as a University, and we certainly do not wish to negatively affect your time with us.

We are also currently undergoing an upgrade to improve the Wi-Fi service across the University campus so hopefully you should find that this improves.
