Ala (the manager) is nice she helps me a lot in the heights.
very good!!The front desk is very friendly and the repair speed is very fast. The geographical location is very convenient for commuting to and from school.
the university itself was one of the best decision i ever took but the thing that also made it a bad choice was career service as there is no real help from the career service
BCU is an okay university with some strengths, but there are areas that need improvement. The campus facilities are generally decent, and the teaching quality is satisfactory across most courses. However, some basic amenities could use attention. For instance, the WiFi can be unreliable, which can be frustrating when trying to access online resources or participate in virtual classes. Additionally, the toilets across campus could be better maintained. On the whole, BCU is a reasonable place to study, but enhancing these facilities would greatly improve the student experience.
Great uni, great experience. Staff are easy to talk to and uni provides a lot of facilities for students. Always clean and up to date,
Uni has been okay, my department can be a bit lazy with uploading lecture slides, but overall not bad.
Good wifi however some technical issues during periods which is to be expected, do receive regular communication regarding this which is excellent. Campus facilities amazing on site shops and restaurants which make the student experience more pleasant.

Just started uni. Campus is modern and comfortable. Not a lot of facilities but the services offered are good and helpful.
I didn't feel out of place as the university is very diverse and the student studying places are fairly good. Help regarding careers is easily accessible.
Has many facilities that are there to support the students studying.

This is an outclass university getting multinationals together as teams without any discrimination of language, colour, religion, nationality and gender.
Currently experiencing issues with network on campus
BCU is a great uni to start your path career, and to interact with societies and students from different cultures and areas.
My experience has been excellent so far
The module lecturers aren’t always on the same page and often give out contradictory information about assessments.
BCU has so far been a great experience where it is a university with a greatly diverse community and a university that relates to the city that it resides in!
Love the facilities available for students
My experience at uni has been okay I’ve been for induction and navigation and everything was fine I could make my way around without getting lost there was help. So far so good
I just expected more from Fresher's week. It was not the best this year.
It’s a good university, but very last minute with loads of things, like telling you your timetable, or placements.
Labelling to help directions aren’t the best. The layout of the university isn’t well thought out. A good thing is two buildings are across the road from one another. Student support isn’t as accessible as they make it seem.

I was on south campus so a bit far from everyone else and the facilities but over all good. Well-being services were not very good. Not much support and very vague info.

The WiFi disconnects every time your device switches of, lots of cafe and shops to buy essentials from.

The university is good for multiple reasons.
Amazing support and facilities available
Campus is wonderful. facilities are outstanding.
The internet could be better in my opinion. Is not that fast, takes too long to connect
University has been good good change of pace
Lots of fun, great layout and a very generous ruling.
best university ever and love everyone and everything
really enjoying everything, good security in my accom
everything has been good, better than expected
Good and knowledgeable lecturers, very enjoyable, interesting and useful course and a good campus with lots of stuff
BCU feels lacking compared to rivals such as Aston in terms of facilities and the student union. Whilst there are a lot of good societies there is no common student area, unlike Aston and UOB that have dedicated Student union buildings. BCU just has a pub that only a few students go to and beyond drinking is not a suitable.
Everything has been amazing, 5 stars
Everything has been really good

its a calm university good campus
The uni is good with high levels of education of all stages
Great Accomadation the staff is always here for you especially the night team sean and nos
Had a great experience here and everyone is supportive especially Sean
My university is great and very supportive
Although the facilities are great , the mental health facilities could be improved
University does well to keep up with students and make sure they work to the best of their ability
The sound campus I study at is great with a number of facilities for food and good place to sit and have a chat with friends.
I feel as though they could provide more support for those who really need extra help
I studied at 2buildings which are all different but the environment is so good.
Very good, location wise very good. Can access a bus from town easily. Only issue is finding accommodation near to both campuses.
Super friendly lecturers, even previous lecturers still keep in contact with you throughout your academic year to know if you are struggling in any way. A variety of club to join or for you to start your own.
Good place to stay at and good education
Good university if confused staff can help with any questions
Great, love my course. Tbh just want to leave a review for my accom
