Home to 259 students, Athena Studios is conveniently located directly opposite the University of Birmingham. Marine Ish and Drew is a great teams at Athena . Always be polite and helpful. Most of the time can speedy response what we need. Reception is on desk and whenever call is got someone to pick up the site phone most of the time. Location and environment is quite good.

Feel very comfy here.reception really friendly here and the cleaning stuff make sure every common area is keeping clean .very quiet if you want to focus on your stuff.Marine whatever something need help said like the room have little problem will help me to fix it.and treat me like a friend.Ish have a smiley face and helpful when I locks out.Drew is also patient when I pick up my parcel

I been here for eight months.location is really good.front desk service is good.whenever I go to pick up the parcel the staff are really friendly and good service attitude.I really like Marine always small talk to me.make me more comfortable while I stay here as she can speak Chinese. overall the living experience is ok.not bad.
From the day I stepped into Athena, it has been a second home for me; from making new friends, to the smallest interaction between peers; everything has been near to perfect. The amenities provided and the overall maintenance of the property has been impeccable. Nothing would have been possible without the dedication and hard work from Ish and Marine, who have really turned this place into a place like no other. Their constant effort to organise and conduct events and activities for the residents has been appreciated by all. Hoping to enjoy the rest of the academic year at Athena by making countless memories.

it was a fantastic experience ! The accommodation is comfortable and well-maintained, providing a perfect base for my visit. What truly set this stay apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff, I would highly recommend Athena Studios to anyone looking for quality accommodation with a personal touch.
The ventilation system in the corridor is not good, the air is not circulating, the summer is very hot, and there is no indoor fitness equipment. However, the front desk service is very good, can collect the express delivery, especially Marine Li, very responsible for our safety, and often chat with us, let us feel at home.
Although there is less public space, the excellent location of Athena Studio made me choose it. The variety of activities from time to time made it interesting for me. The staff here made me feel very welcome. Every time I entered and left the flat Marine greeted me gently, Demi and Drew were eager to solve problems. And the night team, they work hard too. The staff at Athena Studios are very nice people. If considering a flat near the University of Birmingham, Athena Studios would be a good choice.
Generally speaking, the Studios are good. When I met a problem that the light was suddenly turned off, I don’t know how to solve it. And after I told the staff - Nana, he was helpful and very kindly came to my room to solve the problem.
It is right opposite the school, very easy to get around and close to the bus stop, like a big family, my room had a great view and I liked many parts of the place, the staff, the environment and the new friends.

Overall, I had a good experience living in this studio. But the wifi is often bad and the fire alarm testing can be annoying sometime.

Aga, Marine, and Demi are helpful and nice!
The team is amazing,the reception Marine and Agha are conscientious and responsible. They often communicate with us about big or small things in the accommodation.The answers to the rent and other questions are very professional and detailed.
I like the receptionist Marine Li very much, every time I bought a lot of express, she will take the initiative to ask me if I need help and help me, every time in and out of the door will say hi to each of us, several times maintenance activities, she helped me deal with in a timely manner, people are really very nice, with her in, I am super safe feeling.

The smoke detector alarms on Wednesdays, which is annoying.

I have enjoyed my stay at Athena Studios and have felt safe, comfortable throughout my time. I would like to thank all the staff especially aga, marine and demi who are really helpful and kind and helped my uni experience be so much better.
