It's a wonderful experience to live in the court yard. Manager are kindly, and the environment here is pretty good. It takes only 15mins to the school, and there is a Chinese supermarket next to the apartment.

The Court Yard offers students in Southampton safe and secure accommodation in a prime location. The accommodation is located just a short stroll away from the University of Southampton and Southampton Solent University can be reached within a sixteen-minute cycle. The Court Yard is also conveniently situated close to shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife which are all just a short walk from the property.

Honestly, sometimes the network is too bad to be detected by my phone. It will be better if gym is covered with Internet signal.

good place and near the university
We can walk to the uni in 15 minutes. During lockdown, sometimes the property manager would provide some snacks.
In the past six months, I have spent a good time in the apartment. During the lockdown period, the apartment can update the information in time, and at the same time add some regulations to social distancing, which can better protect health.
I really enjoy my stay in the Court Yard. It's quiet and nicely organised. I live in the Sydney Studio which is 28m2. I can only get 16m2 with the same price in Vita. That's the main reason why I choose to live here. The only disadvantage is that we don't have a reception.
We don’t have reception, so if we have problems, the only way to contact the manager is email. It is not efficient.
Excellent experience living here! The nearest student accommodation around university campus. I lived in London room last year and reorder for the next two years. It is very excellent for someone just want study without too much social. Quiet and valuable.

Good place to live if you want to be close to University . Room is spacious and modern. Building is quiet but good social area with pool table, table tennis, tv and study area.

Good studio space and quiet. Lot of friends live in building which is nice and make me feel at home. Internet is good and if issues they are fixed quickly. 5 minute walk to university and location is ideal with good transport to city centre.

Lived at Courtyard for 2 years and rebooked for third. Nice, modern building good size studios. Large common area to study/ socialise with friends and free gym.

Courtyard is nice accommodation. Studio is clean, modern and big space. There is not staff on site but they communicate regularly and respond quickly to any requests. Free pizza is nice and common area has pool table and table tennis which is fun to play.
