Save yourself Not worth the money at all So many issues Please live anywhere else !!! Issues: • Blind has no pull cord and is filthy • Sketchy and slow Wi-Fi • Bench for a dining room table (cheap quality) • Wobbly bench set up (one bench broke and was fixed, that broke again and the other is also broken) • Dirty and stained mattress • Joke of a room chair (kids party chair) • Fob on flat door doesn't work • Dirty window • Oven dials broken • A hallway light is broken • Showroom is very misleading • Not been given our post box key • Can't receive parcels as there is no reception or any members on site to let delivery men in, only time you can get parcels is when the front door is broken but a homeless man has probably robbed your parcel by then I've lived in 'Glassworks' and 'The Edge', have also been to see over 20 different accommodations over two years of living here and can safely say this is the worst I've seen by far

Some students choose to stay during the academic year, whilst others – particularly international students – require a tenancy that covers the entire year. You can also find student accommodation that is available for one or two terms, classified as a “short stay” on our search filters.
This is totally up to you! Catered accommodation means you will be served meals at set times in a dining hall, and you’ll likely have access to fewer kitchen facilities than if you were to stay in self-catered accommodation.
A guarantor is a person who signs a contract to agree to pay your rent if you are unable to. Most university accommodation requires a guarantor, and this applies to both domestic and international students.
Most likely, yes, you’ll need to pay a deposit. This will be refunded at the end of your stay as long as there is no damage to the room or property.
If you are staying in university-run accommodation or private halls, your rent should include any utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. Students are not required to pay council tax, however you may need to fill in an exemption form so make sure you check with your local council.
Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) are residential buildings designed for students. They are often located close to campus, boast modern facilities, include all bills, and often have staff on site to assist residents.
Student accommodation is typically fully furnished. Your room should include at least a bed, clothes storage, desk and chair. You’ll likely need to bring things such as bedding and kitchen utensils, but we have a full list here of everything you’ll need.
Currently living here. The wifi has been up and down for 5 months when they have promised multiple times it is being fixed. You never hear back from the property management team (Urban Evolution). I’ve sent countless emails and haven’t heard back from one. When I first moved in our washing machine wasn’t working took 3 weeks for someone to come round to fix it. The power is dodgy causing the kitchen hobs to not work. Flooring in rooms is old and some even have holes in the floor. Only positive is location. However, would not recommend staying here as it is too expensive for what it is.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Save your money, look elsewhere. List of problems in 4 months of living at Arndale House in a £139 pw balcony room: Many leaks (Contacted maintenance and all they said was they would have a look but just ended up painting over the mould) One of the leaks caused me to switch the electricity breakers and use my extension cord to plug the fridge in somewhere else because the water was pouring down the wall right next to the plugs. Whenever a leak happens they just say to contact them the next time it starts to leak and then they don't do anything about it. Missing fire blanket in the kitchen. Fire alarms haven't been tested once. Staff don't knock before entering your flat and don't give any notice when they will turn up. A woman showed up unnanounced at 3am while I was getting a drink from the kitchen saying the fire alarms had been triggered (it happened 3 days ago) Please look at my google review for the full thing as there is a character limit on here.

I have lived here for only 2 months and it’s what I can only describe as months of endless problems. Since moving in the washing machine was broken, we reported this on several occasions as we needed to wash clothes, we were told that it was broken due to Tennant damage however it was broken upon arrival. Also the balcony door of my bedroom is completely cracked on the outside so it doesn’t fully shut properly meaning I can’t lock it, when I reported it I was told this was a known issue however 2 months later I have received no update on what will happen regarding it. People in the building have had mail and parcels stolen multiple times due to the entrance door being very weak so people could easily gain access by forcefully pulling it. X1 do many things to rope you in such as offers of complimentary things. We were promised a year of free Netflix and have only just received it 2 months in. •Please please, if you are new to Liverpool - find a different accommodation
