Everything was good. All bills included. Worth for the price. The management was friendly and efficient. Just the wifi was quite weak and slow sometimes. Nothing to complain other than that

All the Answers You Need About Student Accommodation
What tenancy length do I need?
Some students choose to stay during the academic year, whilst others – particularly international students – require a tenancy that covers the entire year. You can also find student accommodation that is available for one or two terms, classified as a “short stay” on our search filters.
Should I stay in catered student accommodation?
This is totally up to you! Catered accommodation means you will be served meals at set times in a dining hall, and you’ll likely have access to fewer kitchen facilities than if you were to stay in self-catered accommodation.
What is a guarantor and do I need one?
A guarantor is a person who signs a contract to agree to pay your rent if you are unable to. Most university accommodation requires a guarantor, and this applies to both domestic and international students.
Will I need to pay a deposit on student accommodation?
Most likely, yes, you’ll need to pay a deposit. This will be refunded at the end of your stay as long as there is no damage to the room or property.
What bills will my rent include?
If you are staying in university-run accommodation or private halls, your rent should include any utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. Students are not required to pay council tax, however you may need to fill in an exemption form so make sure you check with your local council.
What is purpose-built student accommodation?
Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) are residential buildings designed for students. They are often located close to campus, boast modern facilities, include all bills, and often have staff on site to assist residents.
Will my student accommodation be furnished?
Student accommodation is typically fully furnished. Your room should include at least a bed, clothes storage, desk and chair. You’ll likely need to bring things such as bedding and kitchen utensils, but we have a full list here of everything you’ll need.

For the value of money the accom is okay, not maximum tier facilities tho, no social area, study area, main reception is down the road so there’s no active maintenance/ reception in Hayward. Please check what’s provided in your kitchen as of the contract as well because that will shock you
Hey! Thanks for your review, so glad you are happy here :)
The layout is reasonable but the gym and reception are far
Hey! Thanks for leaving us a review :)
Worth the price. The rooms are spacious, bills are included, and the location is amazing. The management is friendly and always willing to help.
Hey! Thanks for your review, we are so glad you are happy living with us.
I love how responsive the staff is for any issue here. Only downside is that there is a lack of social place as everything is in art loft it is inconvenient and we miss out on many events plus no open space for us to socialise which ruins the experience of living in a student accommodation. Welcome goodies which every other accommodation gave was not provided which was quite disappointing. So these little things can be improved upon to improve the experience . The staff is cooperative and lovely tho.
Thank you for taking the time to review your experience at our building, we appreciate your kind words and feedback! We will be sure to pass this on to our great site team :)
I've stayed here for the last two years of my studies, I'd say that I enjoyed it a lot more last year as I feel that staff this year have lacked a lot. Though the location and amenities are good, I feel that maintenance has been really lackluster and I have missed out on major repairs, yet there has been nothing done about it. I'm grateful for being so close to university, and though I have recommended all of my friends to try this company last year, I now would not recommend it. Staff are lovely but the company could clearly care less. People are also really hard to get a hold of

Really good area, short walk from town and campus and always feels safe. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly and the staff are lovely.
Thank you for taking the time to review our building, happy to see that you are enjoying the area and that the site team have been great!
I generally really enjoy living here - it's perfectly located for uni, city centre is close as well as Princes and Sefton park. It is very reasonably priced considering ensuite/unlimited bills paid. I would recommend booking here, but it is worth knowing about a couple issues before moving in: The fire alarm can go off a lot, usually during the day but occasionally at night, which is not great. There isn't a hoover, bin, mop, kettle, toaster etc when you move in, so that is an additional cost. Staff are really friendly but it does take a while to get maintenance (though I've not had anything major). Finally, although the rooms are well sized with plenty of storage, the kitchen is pretty small - only room for one person to cook at once!
Hi, thank you for leaving your Hayward House review! Happy to see all the positive words you have shared and the areas we can improve!
Great location and staff are generally happy to help but not always that timely with it! Decent flat for the price, a bit small for 3 people.

Really enjoyed my year at Hayward house. Perfect location, cheap rent, amazing facilities. The staff are super nice and always helpful. Definitely recommended.
Thank you for leaving your review for our Northgate porperty, we are happy to see that you are enjoying your stay with us
No hoover available for residents. One would have to walk 10 minutes away to the office and carry the hoover back. Unresponsive with maintenance complaints. Multiple problems when I moved in

I am a third year student and this has been the perfect place for me to live. By far the best university room/flat I have had, loved every minute of being here. It is definitely on the quiet side, but thats what I was looking for. 110% recommend to anyone :)
The place is amazing for someone studying in UoL and also you have all the amenities nearby. I’d definitely recommend this place.
We’re so glad to hear that you’re enjoying living with us. Thanks again for leaving your feedback, it’s appreciated :)
it’s convenient and suitable. And it is very spacious. The staff are very helpful and makes me feel at home.
It's the worst accommodation I have been in. I paid about 140 per week but it does not provide a vacuum cleaner or even a mop. The bathroom is in a horrible state and has limited space. There is no social area inside the building and U have to walk 3 blocks to go the reception to get my parcel
The accommodation is disgusting. The walls are very non-soundproof and I am woken up by the traffic lights and people on the streets every morning. The appliances inside are old and badly-functioned
It’s so bad and the staff are very impolite. When i moved it everything was dusty and the kitchen is badly equipped. The shower place does even have a door and the whole bath room floods when I shower.
