Literally the WORST accommodation in Liverpool. Would strongly advise AGAINST booking here. Had no heating for 2 weeks, and drainage system broken twice...blamed for it all! Reception hardly open so getting parcels delivered is a nightmare. "Student ambassador" rarely around so if you ever get locked out you might as well sleep on the streets. Facilities always broken especially the front door which allows homeless people to enter... very safe and secure. Laundry facilities are dirty and unkempt, pretty sure your clothes come out dirtier than when you first put them in the washing machine/dryer. Overall a very poor student accommodation, save yourself the money and hassle, book ANYWHERE else but here.
