It’s a lovely accommodation and u would highly recommend it to anyone who is attending Lincoln university next year. The bedrooms and nice and big with a lovely comfy and great sized bed. The bathroom is good however might be seen as a bit small but it does the job. The kitchen is nice, lots of space for food and things you need to make food. The living sofa is comfy and the t.v is nice and big

Some students choose to stay during the academic year, whilst others – particularly international students – require a tenancy that covers the entire year. You can also find student accommodation that is available for one or two terms, classified as a “short stay” on our search filters.
This is totally up to you! Catered accommodation means you will be served meals at set times in a dining hall, and you’ll likely have access to fewer kitchen facilities than if you were to stay in self-catered accommodation.
A guarantor is a person who signs a contract to agree to pay your rent if you are unable to. Most university accommodation requires a guarantor, and this applies to both domestic and international students.
Most likely, yes, you’ll need to pay a deposit. This will be refunded at the end of your stay as long as there is no damage to the room or property.
If you are staying in university-run accommodation or private halls, your rent should include any utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. Students are not required to pay council tax, however you may need to fill in an exemption form so make sure you check with your local council.
Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) are residential buildings designed for students. They are often located close to campus, boast modern facilities, include all bills, and often have staff on site to assist residents.
Student accommodation is typically fully furnished. Your room should include at least a bed, clothes storage, desk and chair. You’ll likely need to bring things such as bedding and kitchen utensils, but we have a full list here of everything you’ll need.

It’s prefect, diversity group. Met up with different nationalities students. Love to enjoy it
Really good place to live, even if it’s just for first year. A little bit of a walk from campus but it’s worth it for the washing machines alone, so you don’t have to pay for circuit laundry.
Modern, nice and clean! Comes with a washing machine
Love it here, all kitchens and living rooms on the bottom floor in every court makes it easy to befriend people during freshers week :) Great accommodation for the price but no cleaners come in, which is fair enough. Would recommend
Had more problems with the property then what I had last year and problems have not been resolved as quickly.
So long as you aren't running anything too heavy ie full on computer set ups etc WiFi is one of the best. Some of the most spacious rooms offered and well nice for the price. Only issue is the washer dryer for 6 people. Not well thought out as often doesn't dry and leaks from so much use! Staff are friendly and helpful but having stuff fixed can take some time depending on which staff member you talk to
Really modern rooms, even the average rooms are big enough with a LOT of storage, it’s very well designed, nice to have a washing machine/dryer in the flat too, nice to have the outside area to meet people too. Nice to have the reception where they collect your parcels and you can go and collect from ever if they’re not open 24/7 like it states. Close to Morrison’s/B&M and about 15 min walk to uni.
