At Lady Nicolson Court, you are sure to make lots of new friends. Throughout the year, the friendly on-site staff organise an exciting schedule of social events offered, and in your spare time, you can catch up with friends in the communal lounge. You’ll also enjoy high-speed wifi in every room of the building.
The studio apartments offered are all kitted out with everything you need, including your own washer/dryer machine. Regardless of which room you choose, your flat will come with a fully equipped kitchen, desk and chair, wardrobe, shelving space, and a cosy double bed. Rooms are also available for dual occupency if you wish to share with a friend.

Very nice reception team, and perfect location, but the lift broke down from time to time

I only moved in here for one year, but the experience has been incredible! All the staff are lovely, and always ready and willing to help whenever needed. The reception is also 24/7, so there is always someone on site to make sure everything is ok. The rooms are big and really well equipped, and the location is basically right across the street from the university campus. Overall an amazing experience, miles ahead of any other accommodation I have previously stayed in, and one that I would highly recommend to anyone.

Very excellent location next to the main campus, and just 5 minutes walk to the main library. 24/7 nice reception, you can pick up the parcel whenever you like and people are friendly here. There are washing machine, microwave and large refrigerators in the room. I would say there are no drawbacks to this accommodation except that it is a little expensive.

All the staffs are nice and kind，they are all available 24h making feeling safe. Rooms are big.
The staffs here on weekdays are super nice. The location is great, very close to the uni and supermarkets. Wifi is great too.

Pros: Very friendly and responsive management staff. Literally beside informatics forum so only a 5 minutes' walk to campus. Great cleaning and maintenance team. Cons: On the expensive side. Not much social space and experience inside the accommodation. (I don't mind though) Neutral: Internet speed generally fast but the wifi is a bit shaky sometimes.

This accommodation has nice spacious studios, which are well equipped, and it also has a great location. The staff at the reception were always very friendly and helpful. Overall, me and my partner have spent three years here and it was a very pleasant experience.

The only criticisms I really have is that the internet can be spotty and there's nothing wrong with a coffeemaker in the common room.

The team here are so personable and always go out of their way to make you feel “at home”. Always greated with a smile and happy face. They often do very good social events and will often put out some nice treats for us to enjoy! They will always cheer me up and I look forward to interacting with them when Iv has a stressful day. Not only the front of house team but the maintenance and cleaning team will always on the ball and help out whenever they can! No job too much effort.
