Overall my experience staying at Huxley is good. The management is nice and I enjoy the location despite it being a bit further from the city centre. It is very nice to be staying in a studio apartment - there’s everything you could need.

Huxley Studios Biography
Huxley Studios is the ideal choice for students as it’s just a fifteen-minute cycle ride from Edinburgh University. Residents have easy access to plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pubs, and cafes.
You won’t have to deal with the hassle and cost of communal laundry rooms, as there are free-of-charge washer-dryers located within each studio. Free coffee is available 24/7 from the breakfast bar. You’ll have access to the property’s incredible amenity spaces, including a karaoke room, study room, lounge, and a courtyard with outside dining. Each studio apartment features its very own 32-inch Smart TV. Residents have an on-site fully equipped gym!
At Huxley Studios, there are a selection of apartments to choose from. Each studio has its own its own private facilities including a dedicated study area, a 32-inch Smart TV, a modern en-suite, and a fully fitted kitchen, including an in-room washer-dryer and dishwasher. These apartments feature a range of sizes, with some of the larger studios hosting some additional extras, such as a dining table and chairs or a two-seater sofa.

Very nice accommodation. Very well equipped and I especially liked the location. The view along the way as you come back from Princes Street or on your way to school is great!
The apartment is located in an excellent geographical location. You can see the throne of Arthur when you look up, and it is also very close to Prince Street. If you are tired of studying, you can go for a walk. The bus is also very convenient, just in front of the apartment.

The temperature if heater should not be keep under 20 degrees thats not enough for the winter

Managers put a lot of effort. We had 2 in the past 3 months. It seems like Novel is not providing enough support to them. Big bins should be cleaned every X time or at least ensure they are by the proper entities. We had students doing it last month (volunteers). Thank you.
