The Spinney Biography
Available exclusively to postgrads, The Spinney is one of the University of Birmingham’s closest residences to its campus, Birmingham Medical School, and University railway station. It’s also a quick three-minute walk to Pritchatts House, the heart of life at Pritchatts Park Village. Here you’ll have everything you need on your doorstep, including study and social spaces, a laundrette, 24/7 reception, coffee and vending machines, and a games room.
Every flat in The Spinney is self-catered, although Student Living Plus (catered accommodation) upgrades are available if you want to spend less time cooking and more time enjoying student life. You’ll share a bathroom, kitchen and dining space with between four and ten flatmates – and benefit from leafy views across the village.
Each room comes equipped with your student living essentials: a bed, study desk and chair, plus plenty of storage. A blank canvas, you can make it your own by adding your own personal touches and home comforts – a true home from home.
