Swansea University although frustrating has it's special perks like being close to the beach having some really great societies and clubs and just overall just having a bunch of things from wellness activities, pets therapy and mental health days.
Swansea University is an excellent place to study, offering a great choice of courses and having an outstanding range of resources and services helping with career building, business set-up and general well-being outside of study hours. Beekeeping was the highlight of my time there!
The campus does have everything it needs but is still somewhat basic. The library is a great place to work with modern facilities and lots of study spaces.
Good facilities, and staff are more than willing to help
one of the best campus to study
Lovely campus with so much going on. Love how easily accessible everything is, and has everything you need. Whatsmore its right on the sea front!
I came to Swansea university for my postgraduate studies and so far it’s been an interesting experience. The school is well equipped with standard facilities and student wellbeing is at the forefront. The various bodies in charge of student welfare are always quick to respond to issues or questions you might have. Resources for learning are also adequately provided. It’s a great place for study!
The only university that supports students to achieve success in studies and provides mental & emotional support. The well-being facility in university is incredibly amazing. Swansea University is welcoming and accepts students from any age group. I am an international student and struggled through mental health problems, the well-being department supported me throughout my degree. They encouraged me to complete it with peace of mind and hope. If the university did not provide emotional support facility then it would be hard for me to complete the Masters program. I rate swansea university 10/10
The university has a really welcoming ethos, and there’s so many societies to join.
Facilities in St Davids Park seem to be much less than on the main campus's. No clubs and societies and Wifi connection is poor in certain areas of the building. Eating/food facilities are poor with only one microwave and small fridge, which is not enough seeing as everyone has to bring food in from home as no facility to buy food on site. Teaching is good and the lecture rooms are plenty big enough
