As International Student who only stayed for one semester I couldn't have asked for a better accomodation. Especially during the arrival and departure the service was exeptional. Not just the, throughout the whole six months o e coudl always count on the true team for help. The Socials might not be for everyone but there's so many to choose from that you'll find one or two to go to at least. Extra plus point: no additional costs for socials especially those outside of the accommodations grounds. Downside was (until January 2023, might change again) a semi good Bus connection during the week and none on the weekends - with the new bus routes though that problem has been eliminated. It is still a bit outside though so walking anywhere still takes time. Better to get a bike for which they have seemingly endless racks! Also no real security issue, my bike lights and tool bag stayed from day one till I left without being secured in any special way. The next supermarkets are about 15 min

Some students choose to stay during the academic year, whilst others – particularly international students – require a tenancy that covers the entire year. You can also find student accommodation that is available for one or two terms, classified as a “short stay” on our search filters.
This is totally up to you! Catered accommodation means you will be served meals at set times in a dining hall, and you’ll likely have access to fewer kitchen facilities than if you were to stay in self-catered accommodation.
A guarantor is a person who signs a contract to agree to pay your rent if you are unable to. Most university accommodation requires a guarantor, and this applies to both domestic and international students.
Most likely, yes, you’ll need to pay a deposit. This will be refunded at the end of your stay as long as there is no damage to the room or property.
If you are staying in university-run accommodation or private halls, your rent should include any utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. Students are not required to pay council tax, however you may need to fill in an exemption form so make sure you check with your local council.
Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) are residential buildings designed for students. They are often located close to campus, boast modern facilities, include all bills, and often have staff on site to assist residents.
Student accommodation is typically fully furnished. Your room should include at least a bed, clothes storage, desk and chair. You’ll likely need to bring things such as bedding and kitchen utensils, but we have a full list here of everything you’ll need.

You won’t be disappointed with True Swansea. The gym has all the equipment you could dream of. The social areas are modern with a quirky feel, the slide and swings are a great touch. The staff are so helpful and friendly and have accommodated me from the start. The rooms are spacious and clean when the en-suite in the studio flats are huge. Would definitely recommend this accommodation. Special mention to Leah the manager of the complex, my experience wouldn’t have been this good without you.
True swansea is really beautiful place to live as a student. It has the best study spaces in all the student accommodation in swansea. You get to socialise and enjoy a lot here. But you have to walk a bit for every place and bus stand.
I rent privately and live with my family, This is a great place to live! Renting gives me the space and calm, without distractions from other students. It does make me feel isolated at times, though.
No accomodation on St Davids Park and not listed on this list
Newly built and slowly settling in, however there are definitely areas that could be improved. The staff do their best with what they have and the gym is an enjoyable experience this year.
I live in privately rented accomodation and there is no option for this.
Has got all the facilities including gym wifi and parking lot for bikes.Though location is quite far from bus stops .Facing Parc tawe river it is one of the best locations to have accommodation
I struggled to find accommodation.
Accessible, clean and good location
I live at home and don’t use student accommodation but I’d imagine the conditions etc are more than acceptable.
This place made me feel home with all the facilities it provides and the interactive activities monthly.
Interesting sometimes may be noisy due to position
