Nothing today apart from to many students, not enough jobs
Good compact campus next to town. SU is good during day and at night, and cheap. Good friendly nightlife, and friendly people. Good facilities. Uni gym is busy though. Get wifi all over campus.
Friendly people, great lecturers, lovely city
Fantastic clubs, anything you could want is available. And if it's not, then just set one up yourself!
Halls Rant: Halls overpriced. Alexandra Works in particular is pretty s*** - the reception states on the door what times it's open but no one is ever there when you need them during those times. I never got my full deposit back for "damage" which I know was already there and wasn't my fault. And I was in a flat with three Chinese third year exchange students who didn't speak much English. Finally, the lift broke and even though there is CCTV in the lift they didn't know who did it and the whole building was charged - this also happened around the time everyone was moving out and it took weeks to fix. Moving out from the fifth floor wasn't fun.
Love my time at Plymouth - could t have gone anywhere better!
pretty underrated despite good staff and courses
Very nice place to live with everything walking distance. Good university facilities also
Class time at Plymouth, cheap nightlife and good fun. Definitely made by joining societies and fully committing to them
It has been a great first year!
