Amazing uni, easy to get to, amazing teachers
Great gym, social spaces, staff are lovely
I’ve never tried to use the careers, student union or societies but from what I have seen they look good.
Great uni, made lots of lovely friends, love the city
a good place to learn. definitely the best choice i made:)
great university , would definitely recommend!!!
Good experience at uni, id say marking takes too long and some of the staff are rude and unprofessional. Which is a shame as a lot of the staff are so helpful.. it’s just some that let the team down. Good facilities and wifi is good for studying.
LJMU is a brilliant university, they are very invested in their students and helping us out and put on the best events and support for students!
Great place to study and always full of friendly people
LJMU has amazing campuses and facilities
Brilliant uni with lots of good social events and a great well being team
-Great sports & learning facilities -Careers advise and Union advise isn’t advertised enough/properly. -Most teachers are friendly and very helpful -Each building is close enough together with many libraries across the city.
Ljmu is an amazing uni, it offers amazing opportunities and many courses
Very good. Staff are friendly.
Good University and great courses with lots of friendly staff to help you with any questions.
Really welcoming and friendly university, all the staff go above and beyond!
All kinds of help and support avaliable to students. Plenty of places to study. Student life building needs more managenent on volume levels in study spaces.
I'm on my first year, after doing a foundation year, and I've enjoyed studying at LJMU so far. There are loads of accessible places around campus and there is lots of helpful guidance by staff. I've found that my social life has also improved and I enjoy studying in Liverpool.
love the uni - location is great! love it
ljmu was the best decision for me as a student
Really good uni and provide really good support to help you through you’re degree
I enjoy this uni a lot. However the tutors could be slightly more helpful with issues of work or abcense. Other than that i really enjoy my course and experience a lot!!
LJMU has been a great choice for me. I really like all my teachers, and I feel that they've created a supportive and caring environment.
Great university however the only problem is that the Wi-Fi in few rooms of the buildings is very poor.
I currently study psychology all the lecturers are exceptional, they are all very friendly
I love my university and i have very positive review on it
Great University for international students.
Great experiences and good university
Have had a great time at LJMU. I've put myself out there and found a great society full of amazing people. (volleyball society) The actual course is well run and engaging. (Mechanical Engineering)
Very resourceful university with highly skilled professionals.
Such a warm welcome staff are I hand for anything you need help with
Staffs here is very nice, love to be here
Love to be here, staffs are so good
The campus and facilities, specifically for nursing students is amazing. Staff support and guidance not as good. But overall it’s pretty good.
LJMU has been an incredible place to study with all the staff showing just how much they care about the students.
Since the Coronavirus pandemic hit I found that I didn’t have the usual university experience on the nursing course. We were given a lot of new assignments that had never been done before (so we never were provided with any examples/guidance that my friends from the previous year got given), so this all caused undue stress to me and my Cohort. I still feel that we were left to get on with everything and constantly told to pass our opinions on to our Reps, only to be told that it was too late for any assignments to be changed as this would have to go through committes/boards - our opinions fell on deaf ears, nothing was changing for us yet the Cohort coming behind us informed my friends that their assignments were amended based off our recommendations/feedback. I did make good good friends through my experience and I got on very well with the Lecturers, but we just felt let down as a whole Cohort which is sad.
University has overall been ok, staff weren’t always available to speak to when needed
Nice and friendly lovely staff
good environment and university students
I often play games with my friends in the public space. When I came here last year, I often studied on the ground floor, the only problem is that the light is too dark, so I need to bring my own light.
i have gotten comfortable during my time at LJMU.
Excellent, I love the university!!

Good experience so far, lots of different facilities
There truthfully isn’t much to tell due to COVID for two years but in my first year it was really great I really enjoyed going to the different societies and the student union seemed to have something new every few weeks.

Good university, in a good area
Great university in a top city.
Poor service with COVID being the overused excuse. They put my final year completely online and then cancelled the graduation when other unis had theirs. Stay away from this uni
I have been at LJMU over Covid so I don’t know what to say as I haven’t been to campus
I have absolutely loved my first six months here, it has exceeded my expectations and I am so glad that I moved here!
Because of the covid restrictions I have not been able to attend campus or use a y university facilities
As a first year pandemic student, the university has worked hard to keep the morale high and learning at a good quality.
The university has been incredible, even with COVID they have been resourceful and helpful
it is nice i don’t know about the student union because of coronavirus or what clubs there are cause of coronavirus
