Benson Yard Biography
At Benson Yard you couldn't be closer to campus as Liverpool John Moores University and the University of Liverpool are within a five-minute walk away. All the essentials are on your doorstep, including the city centre, train station, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
The building boasts fantastic facilities, such as a cinema room, music room, games room, lounge, and courtyard. There is also a gym, dance studio and study room for you to make use of and if you are wanting to make new friends, you can attend one of the many residents’ events. For your benefit, there is Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, all-inclusive bills and a cycle store. To make sure you have a hassle-free stay, there is CCTV, maintenance service and an on-site residents’ team.
Residents have the option of staying in an en suite room or a self-contained studio. Each room has modern finishings and is equipped with everything you could need.

Brilliant accommodation, nothing I could ask more of in terms of service and location. Staff go above and beyond with any problems I have had, especially Will and Rebecca, who are probably fed up of seeing my face at front desk by this point!

Rooms aren't all fitted with the Internet boxes that allow an ethernet connection, so despite glide saying everyone can plug in, they in fact cannot.

Excellent experience in student living. All staff are very welcoming and professional. Paul, Julie and Willy have always been so helpful and available whenever we needed. Cleanliness at the top. It's like a hotel, and I think its the best accommodation in this price.

Recently moved in, lovely place and staff. Always have some nice activities for the students going on. Pizza nights, hot chocolates and more.

rooms are lovely , laundry’s easy to handle , having a hoover and social spaces to hire out has never been easier , very clean accommodation , would definitely recommends , security are lovely and staff are a great help when it comes to accidently locking yourself out.

I am very pleased with the housing accommodation; not once have I ever felt uneasy or questioned my safety and environment, and this is due to the staff and security who are ever so good about being present. The building is well maintained, facilities are ALWAYS clean, and again, I cannot express it well enough--but I greatly appreciate the patience and helpfulness of the staff in all matters.
