I love this property, it is always kept clean and tidy, with a very new, stylish and modern interior!! Perfect studio flats for people in their early 20s. Flats are very spacious, with room for extra furniture if desired. For eg, I bought a TV stand and still have plenty of space left. The accommodation manager is the best, she’s very quick to respond, and always provides solutions or alternatives which will accommodate you and your schedule. Any issues get fixed within 24 hours!! The accom even have a small gym equipped with free weight included in the price! I love living here, I prefer it the studio flats over the average university halls. Value for money is definitely there !!! The only bad thing about this accommodation is the expensive price for circuit laundry.

Some students choose to stay during the academic year, whilst others – particularly international students – require a tenancy that covers the entire year. You can also find student accommodation that is available for one or two terms, classified as a “short stay” on our search filters.
This is totally up to you! Catered accommodation means you will be served meals at set times in a dining hall, and you’ll likely have access to fewer kitchen facilities than if you were to stay in self-catered accommodation.
A guarantor is a person who signs a contract to agree to pay your rent if you are unable to. Most university accommodation requires a guarantor, and this applies to both domestic and international students.
Most likely, yes, you’ll need to pay a deposit. This will be refunded at the end of your stay as long as there is no damage to the room or property.
If you are staying in university-run accommodation or private halls, your rent should include any utilities such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. Students are not required to pay council tax, however you may need to fill in an exemption form so make sure you check with your local council.
Purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) are residential buildings designed for students. They are often located close to campus, boast modern facilities, include all bills, and often have staff on site to assist residents.
Student accommodation is typically fully furnished. Your room should include at least a bed, clothes storage, desk and chair. You’ll likely need to bring things such as bedding and kitchen utensils, but we have a full list here of everything you’ll need.
Great accommodation, Kelly is fab!
I just moved into the accommodation last week and I absolutely love living here! The accommodation manager Kelly is so nice and friendly, very helpful to anything you might need and quick to respond to your emails as well as help you find solutions to your problems. The location of the accommodation is excellent, within a small walking distance from city centre and with everything a person in their early 20s might need! Definitely recommend to anyone coming to the UK and looking for a private accommodation that's clean, modern and has everything you might need within walking distance!

I really enjoyed my stay at The Bank, and would like to thank Kelly specially for making me feel very welcome.
A home away from home!!!! I wish I could rank it 10 stars especially for management (Kelly always has a solution for all my problems). Living at The Bank was the best decision I ever made as an international student, and despite the lockdown and its restrictions, management always found a way to keep everyone sane with the sweet treats, potted plants and thoughtful messages. And though it took me a while to get used to the small bathroom, I would still choose the Bank if I was to study something else...
Kelly who is in charge of this building has done an amazing job In these unprecedented time, we had a few hiccups at the first launch of the building in which she had responded instantly and without hesitation, she will regularly check in with us when we pass her she is always sat with a smile, and is amazing with how she’s coped with running our building within these difficult times! She even went the extra mile to set up some activities we can do in which got us out of our room or socialising when we could
It’s been a great experience here and since my campus is a bit far, I haven’t rated the location as highly as you’d expect but since most of the year was online learning, it actually worked out pretty well. The management has been great with announcements delivered when needed and the building has been kept clean as well. I believe this was definitely good for the price and would recommend it to everyone!
