Upon arrival, the premises were clean with a fresh mattress being provided. The social spaces and facilities are adequate, with the pool table in particular being in good condition and allowing students to play together and make friends. The new machines in the laundry room have made it much easier to wash large loads. Kitchen is slightly small for 6 people but can't complain for the price.

I have lived here for 2 years now and going to be living for another year here. It has been a pleasant stay. The people at reception have been nice and supportive over the years. The social spaces are nice and have different games for the students to play. There is also a movie room where we can watch movies and socialise with friends.

Really good accommodation, staff are really friendly and approachable, and issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently. There’s a nice communal area to use and study rooms to book. There’s plenty of activities run throughout the week so always something to do. Would definitely recommend !

I go to university of Manchester but choosing to commute from Preston was the best decision ever. My accommodation is extremely clean, appropriate pricing and the staff are amazing. Taking a 30-40 minute train to manchester everyday for class isn’t a problem when i know i’m coming home to my cozy bed.

The staff are what make trinity stand out… the facilities are like any other student Accomodation and in some cases slightly lacking such as fridge and freezer space. But they excel in every other way, in the how they greet you, and take an interest to know you personally and will always take 10 minutes out of their busy days to hear about your day. They genuinely care that you have the best experience here as tenants and it really shows.

I have stayed at trinity for 6 months and would happily continue to live here, at times appliances would go wrong, but university wouldn't be uni if everything went perfectly. To be fair once we put in a maintainece request it would be sorted within a few hours depending on waht need to be fixed

I have lived in Trinity for about 4 years and I have re-booked for one more year. I love the layout of the rooms. The social space has recently been refurbished and it looks amazing. It is a good location close to the university as well as access to public transport links. There is an outside chill area which is lovely in the summer.

I have stayed here since 1st year (now in 3rd) and will be staying for my masters (so I’ll be here a total of 4 years. The staff are all really helpful and friendly, you can always stop for a chat if they’re not super busy. If you have a maintenance issue it gets fixed pretty quickly. The social spaces have been limited due to covid regulations but the common room is nice when it’s in use. I think the only issue is the laundry room (circuit laundry is not the best). Overall i would recommend staying here.

I’ve lived here for two years and both years have been fantastic! The staff are amazing; they are very friendly and caring, especially Chrissy! Maintenance has been great, and I have had no problems whatsoever with the facilities or residents. If you’re looking for a comfortable place to live that is safe, social, affordable, and have the sweetest staff, this is it!
I have lived here for the last 3 years. Reception is always very helpful and maintenance is quick to get to problems once you have put the issue on the app. They often have little activities in reception even during covid they have done little things to keep students happy and social whilst distanced.
I have been living here since the beginning of my undergraduate study at UCLan and it is really an unforgettable experience. It is close to both the city centre and the uni. The staff here are nice and friendly. Met many friends here as well and enjoyed a lot of fun events. 100% recommend this place :)

Out of 3 separate residences over 3 years of study. Trinity has gone above and beyond at every level of care. From attention to the needs of its residences, to cleaning surfaces multiple times a day in common acces areas for Health & safety during lockdown.

Really nice receptionists, always helpful and decorates the reception area on holidays and gives us freebies and puts on competitions. Really impressed with this accommodation been here for 2 years now.

Couldn’t of asked for a better experience for an accommodation which is something I was worried about moving out rooms are perfect double bed! Wardrobe and loads of storage space and your own bathroom no complaints of living room or kitchen size either! Staff are all lovely and the accommodation is a 5 minute walk from all of the shops couldn’t recommend anymore

Absolutely waste of money, not because it was a bad value but because I wish I chose somewhere else that actually cared for its students wellbeings. During the covid 19 outbreak the landlords and agency have been nothing but corrupt and uncaring to us. Leaving us in the dark with information. Find a halls who will care for you in uncertain times because these lot won't. It's also very intriguing theres a suddent influx of positive reviews this month, just look at trust pilot and you'll see how bad they are. They're promoting this site probably because they've rigged the reviews by making fake accounts. Not fault to student crowd off course, as you don't know a snake until it bites.
