The fire alarms will probably make you deaf before you move out and there’s no television in the rooms.
Urban Hub has been one of the highlights of my University experience thus far in Preston. After a terrible experience with prior landlords, the manager at Urban Hub was extremely helpful when I last minute needed to find new accommodation. Coming from a country with newer buildings, Urban Hub is definitely one of the nicest buildings in Preston. Great experience living there so far!
They’re paying people 10 pounds each to write a review here. This place is a scam, they owe multiple people thousands of pounds refund. Despite being a new accommodation, the fire alarms are faulty and haven’t been fixed for over a year now, the WiFi is very bad, the rooms are overpriced , please do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. There is nothing “luxurious “ about this accommodation, it lacks basic facilities.
I really enjoy living here. The staff are so helpful and it’s quiet enough to be able to study and do things in peace. If this wasn’t my last year of university i would’ve definitely rebooked!

Urban Hub is a great place to live. It’s very close to our classes. It’s so modern and beautiful it is aesthetically pleasing but I would have to point out the poor management.
Super friendly reception staff, cosy and modern rooms, and great selection of amenities! This is a really nice accommodation to live in, especially if you are a masters student and would prefer to live by yourself in a studio flat! Great distance from the university, which makes the mornings easier. My room was clean, and everything was fully functional when I moved in and have had little to no issues in my time living here! 5*

The location is perfect for students with an on-site Tesco . The property is well maintained and always kept clean. The staff is really friendly and always ready to help . Would recommend!

Overall, it's a pretty good accommodation; the staff are extremely helpful, the rooms are spacious, and it’s close to the campus. The only downside I would mention is the number of fire alarms that go off every day.

Enjoy my stay here. Staff are lovely, friendly and really helpful, even go out their way most times. It makes the stay worthwhile. Environment is clean and inviting.
Great experience great location fast wifi
The reception staff and management are so lovely, I always enjoy saying hi when I go to collect my parcels. If I ever have any issues, they are always quick to help. While I don’t tend to use the social spaces often due to being busy, many other people seem to enjoy them.

urban hub is a great place to stay with extremely modern rooms which are very spacious and a good value for money. It is also very close to University of Central Lancashire with a 2-3 minute walk and has great access to local shop Tesco directly downstairs, perfect for a weekly shop.
A great place to live. The Rooms are comfortable and furnished to a high standard. Reception staff are always friendly and helpful. I’ve Never had an issue whilst living here!
Honestly amazing, from the rooms, to the different facilities provided in this accomodation is amazing, not only that but the staff are lovely and welcoming. The only thing I would change is the no staff after 5:30 during monday-friday, as if someone is locked out they have to pay 45 pounds
Very conviniently placed, however the amount of fire alarms that go off is almost concerning
The hot water is not working and there has been no response whatsoever from maintenance (6hrs). This place “looks” very nice from the outside but has multiple issues internally (isolator fan noisy, door not closing properly etc). You’re better off spending your money with the other accommodation buildings.
